So I’m not surprised that the first I’ve heard of IWA 2016 is in this video from the Fieldsports Channel. There’s plenty of firearms-focused appeal here (a.k.a., gun porn), including pimp pin-striped gun stocks and a gi-normous British night site/range finder thingie with WiFi streaming. Too bad the Brits don’t have a larger domestic market. I wonder why that is . . .

All those European hunting youtube channels make the IWA look like some sort of Fudd show.
In reality, there was also a lot of cool stuff from HK, Sig Sauer, CZ, Steyr, Canik, Ruger, S&W etc., including lots of modern sporting rifles and a few interesting handgun reveals like the CZ SP-01 Shadow 2.
More of a Bolt Action and Shot Gun show, really.
Not really among others H&K revealed there a civilian version of the MP 5 (semi auto only) and one of their semi auto rifles, right now can’t remember which. But if you want you can find a video shooting the MP 5, by a very good competition shooter on youtube.

Sorry, can’t help you there. Since I don’t have a German Gun License I haven’t ordered from any website.

At least in Germany and some other European states you can, if I understand the laws correctly. Most likely not in the US, according to you’re import and our export laws.

The channel that hosted that video ‘the shooting show’ never do anything on handguns or AR-15s etc or range shooting etc. They have also done nothing to help fight the proposed EU-gun text ( the proposed changes would further reduce EU citizen”s choice to use certain types of guns).
They are just interested in shot gun type hunting of pigeons, crows etc. They then cover deer stalking and of course rich guys wearing tweed and ties who like to shoot pheasants. Their aim is blatant advertising revenue from none-too subtle product branding on their videos.
