I may be wrong about this, but wouldn’t the 43 and 43x use the same holsters? I thought they were basically the same pistol except for the width and length of the grip. The part that’s inside the holster would be the same on both pistols, right?

I was thinking the same thing.

      Exactly what I was thinking

An earlier TTAG post about the G43x asked the question about holsters and the answer is no. There are small differences in the 43x that make the holsters for the 43 not compatible.

When I first started buying self-defense pistols and started hanging accessories (e.g., laser guards) on them, I had a very difficult time finding hosters that would fit them, since most holsters only fit the unaccessoried gun. Enter Crossbreed. I can vouch for Crossbreed holsters – I have several of them for my different pistols – IWB, OWB, &c – with various after-market accessories. The company’s service is good and quick with reasonable prices, and I’ve never come up with a complaint about their products. My guns fit their holsters very well, and the product is built to last.
