The Biden regime is not a sustainable political entity. It cannot continue to exist in its present state because it will collapse under the weight of its own spectacle. As a result, it needs a catalyst to move its increasingly unpopular agenda forward. The catalyst they are trying to create is a defined internal enemy. A bogeyman they can use to justify tyrannical “emergency” actions, which mask the truth of the regime’s activities and enable it to eliminate any credible political opposition.

Since the national security apparatus is the primary regime backer within the permanent bureaucracy, you can expect it to use the provocation-reaction-counteraction template that is the favorite of organizations like the FBI. They provoke and harass the target until it punches back—at which point the target is labeled a threat and a counteraction is justified.

Traditional Americans need to recognize this tactic because they are the antagonist in this regime’s Greek tragedy. If the regime’s enforcers can get traditional Americans to look like they are about to commit violence, then they can justify the passage of the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act and can implement draconian gun control policies. Once they’ve attained the legal authorities to neuter their political opposition, they can move to further isolate them under the guise of national security.

Keep in mind that agents provocateurs and government informants are now a part of the political landscape. The regime wants to restrict or eliminate constitutional rights it deems problematic, including the Second Amendment. Don’t make it easy for them by following their agents provocateurs. Those who continuously espouse violence are poseurs and provocateurs. Government informants are paid to lie for their handlers. Treat both of them like any other undesirable character and walk away.

  1. So … don’t say stupid stuff, don’t threaten to do stupid stuff, don’t let anyone get under your skin, and make your own decisions based on your own observations.

    Check.

    • so…. do nothing.

      Check.

Fools. Confusing peace with quiet will continue the complacency and expedite the removal of every drop of LIMITED freedoms we currently “possess” (are allowed?) with it.

The problem is there are not enough threats, and too little follow through. When is the last time a politicians was held accountable for their actions and accused of “tyranny”? Oh, that’s right… this election… Look how much we did.

      Zero.

      • Impeachments over sex scandals… (new york) what do they accomplish? Nothing.

The rule of law is joke, and we are cowards for allowing it to continue. Everyone wants to act like they are doing something when in reality, those who do something get criticized by the people here for being “violent” or “stupid”.

Get off your fucking asses. Your vote doesn’t mean shit and neither do your comments. Morality is a construct and we are led to believe that being “law abiding” is morally right. Do you want freedom? Then it requires violence.

      • Morton isn’t talking about doing nothing, Montana, what he’s talking about is understanding the strategy and tactics of the fight. The Jan. 6 “insurrection” is a perfect example of what Morton is talking about.

Watching the videos, and knowing what to look for, I could clearly see and hear the “agents provocateurs” at work. These guys were well trained in analyzing crowd behavior. At the right time they started “defining the situation” by agitating and creating violence. This created social contagion swept up bystanders by Ashli Babbit.

I saw the exact things happen during the Antifa and BLM riots. Same tactic. Same result. Those guys at the Trump rally were hard left and very well trained. Just putting on a MAGA hat doesn’t turn Antifa or BLM into patriots. The net result what that leftist politicians, aided by media oligarchs successfully branded the 600,000 genuine patriots and the entire Trump constituency as “white supremacists” and “insurrectionists”. That’s what Morton is talking about in his article.

    • Does that mean that I shouldn’t believe the Q’s warnings about the lizard people systematically infiltrating our government who live off the blood of our children? If I don’t concentrate on conspiracy theories what’s left? The truth? Reality? Common sense???

Oh…..that might actually be a good plan. Weird.

  2. This is probably the most succinct, straight-forward, and helpful post I have ever seen on this website.

I think what freedom-oriented, conservative people really need right now is clear direction and leadership. Thank you very much and, if possible, please keep it coming.

  3. If the regime’s enforcers can get traditional Americans to look like they are about to commit violence, then they can justify the passage of the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act and can implement draconian gun control policies.

Good thing there isn’t a concerted effort by the billionaires, corporations, educational institutions and majority political parties of the world to do something so outrageous and dangerous as mark any straight, white or male as an enemy of their utopian crusade.

Be a model citizen. Even be a ravenous commie lefty who supports all their bullshit. Eventually if you’re straight, white or male your number will get pulled.

    • Die a Freeman, or submit and consign yourself and posterity to slavery and servitude until a generation comes along that has the spirit and the willingness to pay the real price for Freedom? The same Freedom that our generations have squandered, sold, and lost for false promises?
No. This slide towards tyranny needs to stop while there is still a chance for a peaceful resolution.

    • “…they can justify the passage of the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act and can implement draconian gun control policies…”

“They” are going to do this anyway. It does not matter what you say or how you act.

“…you can expect it to use the provocation-reaction-counteraction template that is the favorite of organizations like the FBI…..

AND! Antifa, BLM, Socialists United Workers, and all the rest in San Fran, Seattle, Oregon, ect where the Riots took place. Same tactic

Not much can be done to inform people when the MSM is on the other side painting us as the enemy every day. At best we are fighting a delaying action right now.

  4. “They provoke and harass the target until it punches back—at which point the target is labeled a threat and a counteraction is justified.”

Unless you’re BLM or Antifa. If you’re associated with either of those groups, you’re arrested, then quickly released so you can commit more violence. Sometimes if you’re motivated enough, you can get arrested and released twice in the same night.

So basically BLM and Antifa are acting as the deep state foot soldiers that we all figured the alphabet agency guys would be.

  5. This is a catch 22 situation due to the nature of how our society and government work. If they provoke and we don’t react, they creep the narrative and further acclimate the people. If we react the provocation-reaction-counteraction template applies.

    • Depends on the reaction. If it’s weak, small, and localized, it plays right into their hands. Wash, rinse, repeat. If it’s widespread and sustained, the counteraction template breaks.

Would enough people who are opposed to the left/wrong side actually recognize the need and have the motivation and commitment to take those risks and show up — everywhere, consistently — in numbers big enough to break that system? It doesn’t seem likely, but then you never do know.

      • It would not be unreasonable to consider any attempt to physically confiscate constitutionally guaranteed property to be a legitimate justification for a reaction by citizens.

It matters not the strength, size, or locality of the reaction- by simply employing equal force to defend against the violation of our constitutional rights would stand on its own merit.

What happens next would be completely up to the parties actively violating our constitutional rights. I have no contention that any continued action taken against citizens who are simply defending their constitutional rights would quickly become widespread and sustained. Much to the detriment of the aggressor.

And if that is the path that they choose, then the citizens will do their duty and right the ship of state-
as per The Constitution of the United States of America.

Take an illegitimate action and it will be met with an in-kind legitimate reaction.

    • I think you’re absolutely right, and well said! The question I’ve been struggling with is what effective actions are available.

  6. Seems like a damned if you do, damned if you don’t situation to me. If you stay silent you’re just letting an illegitimate regime end the democratic process and turn the country into a 3rd world dictatorship with sham elections. If you voice your objections you’re branded a violent insurrectionist and persecuted. Personally I’d rather go down like a lion than a lamb.

    • It does seem to be getting closer to reaction time. I never thought I would see the day that our nation was so divided. Democrats truly want to destroy our country.

  7. Regarding the guns dot com ad.
I fell for it. They had an advertised 5 inch model 29. I emailed and called to confirm. Got confirmation on both. So I bought it.
The box was labeled 6 inch. The gun was a 6 inch.
Scam artists. I never even filled out the paperwork. Just sent it back.
    Fuckers.

  8. I do not believe in some of the things the writer of the article wrote because in our country demographic and population are not on our side. Every 10 years, the census is counted and redistricting happens. We are squeezed from having a voice in blue states through redistricting every 10 years at the state and federal level.

One of the best lines in the article is “They know that if Americans can’t muster the strength of will to organize, rise up, and use the political measures that are short of armed rebellion, then they most assuredly do not possess the strength of will and courage to cross the line to armed rebellion.” We are at this point. We can not muster the strength of will to organize and rise up like we saw all last year during the riots. They, the rioters, Antifa, and BLM did have a loose organization to make much of what they did happen last year. They used big tech to help in that and cash donations to fund them from unknown individual and political parties, while using our legal system to circumvent their crimes when they were committed.

As much as conservatives hold individuality so precious, it is our down fall in many respects today. We can not get organized loosely for much of anything and we do not protest. We do not have a show of force on the streets. We can write or make phone calls to make our opposition know in deep blue states to no avail because they control the narrative. Demographics and population are against us in blue states where large cities control what bills are passed in those states and in congress. It will slowly happen to Red states also. So, where does that leave us without a voice in the desert of blue.

They, the Democrats, can push through the bills they want like gun control through congress in a matter of weeks. Why did the Republicans over the last 60 years not protect the 2nd Amendment better? It is because they did find it important enough. We have had presidents like Trump, Reagan, Bush, and Bush 2 that gave us lip service about the 2nd Amendment when they needed money and the support to win office. It is the same for Republicans in Congress. They need the money and the support to win office and will sacrifice the 2nd Amendment to get re-elected or just compromise the 2nd Amendment into nothingness. Where is our support for the so called Republican party and representatives for 60 on years? Lip service is what we get. We will have to be the ones to save the 2nd Amendment for everyone. We have choices, to the streets? or something else? as a show of strength if we can muster it.

    • Unfortunately I currently have very little confidence we can muster it. It’s on the Senate now but we need to make them earn something for a change anyway.

  9. Most of the people carrying guns at protests are Feds. Most of the knuckle draggers in The Oaf Queefers, III percenters, so-called militias, and other groups of “patriots” are also Feds. All of the so-called Neo Naughtsees are feds. Count on it. Don’t go the the protests. Don’t carry guns at protests. Don’t comment on their web sites. If you do, they are playing you like a violin.

Stay the hell away from all of this crap.

  10. Voting over violence, clearly where we need to be as well as haranguing our Congress critters and Senators. We should continue to recognize the left and their propaganda arm otherwise known as broadcast media are the enemy of our Constitution and our freedoms. You should always be suspicious of them when they pretend that real science supports any position they advocate since they frequently doctor the data or just make it up as they go.

  11. “AND HOW WE BURNED IN THE CAMPS (Gulag Archipelago) LATER, THINKING: WHAT WOULD THINGS HAVE BEEN LIKE IF EVERY SECURITY OPERATIVE, WHEN HE WENT OUT AT NIGHT TO MAKE AN ARREST, HAD BEEN UNCERTAIN WHETHER HE WOULD RETURN ALIVE AND HAD TO SAY GOOD-BYE TO HIS FAMILY? OR IF, DURING PERIODS OF MASS ARRESTS, AS FOR EXAMPLE IN LENINGRAD, WHEN THEY ARRESTED A QUARTER OF THE ENTIRE CITY, PEOPLE HAD NOT SIMPLY SAT THERE IN THEIR LAIRS, PALING WITH TERROR AT EVERY BANG OF THE DOWNSTAIRS DOOR AND AT EVERY STEP ON THE STAIRCASE, BUT HAD UNDERSTOOD THEY HAD NOTHING LEFT TO LOSE AND HAD BOLDLY SET UP IN THE DOWNSTAIRS HALL AN AMBUSH OF HALF A DOZEN PEOPLE WITH AXES, HAMMERS, POKERS, OR WHATEVER ELSE WAS AT HAND?… THE ORGANS WOULD VERY QUICKLY HAVE SUFFERED A SHORTAGE OF OFFICERS AND TRANSPORT AND, NOTWITHSTANDING ALL OF STALIN’S THIRST, THE CURSED MACHINE WOULD HAVE GROUND TO A HALT! IF…IF…WE DIDN’T LOVE FREEDOM ENOUGH. AND EVEN MORE – WE HAD NO AWARENESS OF THE REAL SITUATION…. WE PURELY AND SIMPLY DESERVED EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED AFTERWARD.” – ALEKSANDR SOLZHENITSYN
We should never let it get to this point, we need to use 2 Corinthians 10:3-6 (weapons are not carnal but mighty… ) and hope to fulfill 2 Chronicles 7:14 (Turn from our wicked ways… heal our land) pray for Proverbs 24:19-22 (send sudden destruction on rebellious officials)

    • Phantom30……I’m kinda into those scriptures……..and a heaping serving of “……no son of a bitch ever won a war by dying for his country. He won it by making the other poor dumb son of a bitch die for his country.” Gen. George Patton, circa ~1944. It’s gonna take a liberal….pun intended……application of the Second Amendment to save our America, Freedoms, Rights, and Liberties.

  12. Non violence was the way to win public support for the civil rights movement in the 1950s and 1960s.
And that was the way conservative Christian groups used to fight government funded abortion clinics. Anti-war groups did the same at military recruiting stations.

The question is are white conservatives and white Libertarians, willing to take a beating??? Just like civil rights workers took a beating???

    • Good question. Will people give up higher paying jobs and move to a state to live with more like-minded people? Will you sacrifice an income to home-school your children? Will you stop watching mindless crap or cheering for your favorite sportsball team?

    • Uh….Chris T in KY……and we’ve got massive citizen numbers of Government Plantation Dwellers slaves to the Socialist/Elitists, massive abortions, and cemeteries full of soliders KIA. How did that work out for them????? “………no son of a bitch ever won a war by dying for his country. He won it by making the other poor dumb son of a bitch die for his country.” Gen. George Patton, circa ~1944. Beatings are to dying as Stage 3 Cancer is to Stage 4 cancer as Socialism is to Communism. Always taught it is better to give than to receive. I’ll take life, health and freedom.

  13. Uh…I’m sure John Boch will be the one to hold his hand up and say “ENOUGH!!!”

Shut up. Be good victims, let them pass their tyrannical legislation and programs. Don’t act up. Check. Americans have had that play down since at least 1934. Play by the enemies’ rules; lose by the enemies’ rules. That’s what has gotten us to this point of passing more gun control….100% background checks, extended waiting periods…….and more on the way. One bite at a time; Death by a thousand paper cuts. Just shut up and watch it happen…..as we have for nearing a 100 years!!!!

Had Patriots played by those rules 250 years ago, we would be speaking the King’s English and giving a damn about the Royals and having no guns…..75 years ago, we would now be speaking German and Goose stepping and having no guns……today we’re “GETTING IN LINE” ABOUT TO HAVE NO GUNS because we’re too rascist, too alike, too straight, too insurrectionists, too un-Woke, too not PC, too out spoken, too likely to assemble, too patriotic, too American, too successful, too responsible, too self-sufficient, too white. too American, too much heritage, too proud……too not them……too not in line. YA VILL GIT EN LINE!!!! MACH SNELL!!!!! Learn from history or be doomed to relive it….or die from it.

Libtards just skimmed, scammed, squandered and bought votes with $1.9 TRILLION of your money. We have been robbed again!! They are bankrupting this country. Well, your money if you are a Productive Citizen…which are becoming fewer and farther between. Socialism is great until your run out of other peoples’ money. Some of you are not playing fair, paying your fair share……all you got…..some of you non-Elitist still have some.

Negotiation, compromise, common sense, racism, cancel culture, equality, diversity, et el….nicey nice……are the enemies’ playbook top plays……..LOSING strategies for America. “In matters of style, swim with the current, In matters of principle, stand like a rock.” -Thomas Jefferson NO MORE!!!! My Freedoms, Liberties, Rights are not style. WAY PAST time to swim with the current….it’s a drowning current. Play Nicey Nice, Roberts Rules, get out to vote, get along, reach across the aisle,…..I call BULLSHIT!!! Time to stand up, shout out, and do what is necessary take this country back. It is way past time that we make believers out of the Leftard/Socialist/Elitists that American Patriots are dead serious as a heart attack about defending our Freedoms, Rights, Liberties, traditions, history, and way of life.

Our Founding Fathers would already have been finished shooting a second time. They are ashamed….spinning in their graves…..for what we have relinquished of what they put all on the line to give us. As one Father said, “……a Republic….if you can keep it.” Well, we haven’t.

“Ordinary citizens don’t need guns, as their having guns doesn’t serve the State.” ~ Heinrich Himmler.“

In other news, a new poll has found that 1 out of 3 Democrats are just as stupid as the other two. ” With Republicans rapidly dumbing down to join the stupid masses.

  14. LOT OF GOOD COMMENTS . SO .
CAUTION WHAT YOU SAY AND WHO YOU SAY IT TO . CAUTION WHERE YOU POINT YOUR GUN , LOADED OR UNLOADED WEAPON . UUUUM
JUST GLAD DON’T LIVE IN NORTH KOREA.

  15. Yes shut up and lay low and do not give the scumbag Party of Jim Crow Gun Control something bad to say about you.

Never mind turning the table and opening your piehole to hold the democRat Party monetarily liable for its long, long history of race based atrocities which includes Gun Control.

Far too many of those with the free advice are also quick to criticize wimpy Republicans while they cower to keep mountains of democRat Party filth hush hush.

Frankly if this were a shooting match with Jim Crow Gun Control democRats some participants couldn’t hit the broadside of a barn.

  16. The answer is to create a third option. I suggest, as I did over a year ago, that if you haven’t done so, try reading Letter from Birmingham Jail where MLK pretty well nailed this. If you have read it, a refresher is never the worst idea.

I would, however, point out that this line of thought can only be taken so far.

If TPTB really, really push this you’re not going to think pretty hard about things. Breaking laws and accepting the consequences for doing so as a manner of drawing attention to the injustice probably will not work if the government decides to use “terrorism” laws to come after you because they’re either not going to take you into custody (You have died of gunshot wounds inflicted by federal agents.) or they’re going to set up a secondary “system” to deal with such people, which is to say that you won’t be treated the way Dr. King was, by the traditional legal system. You’ll get the Gitmo treatment.

If that were to come to pass it would be worth pondering how far you’re really willing to go. Such pondering should be done in advance of actually having to make the choice.

There would seem to be a cottage industry in “othering” these days, and while that did exist in the Jim Crow South it was a different flavor of this disgusting practice. That level of racism came in the form of a feeling of superiority rather than a feeling of outright fear. There is a difference between the relatively soft bigotry of “separate but equal” (with everyone understanding the euphemism) and the desire to destroy your enemies.

These days, what I hear from certain sectors (some of which are within government) is less like the racism of yesteryear and more like a recorded speech by Col. Kurtz. The former is disturbing but still relatively mild form of contempt while the latter is pure crystallized hatred. It’s the latter that has been, and still is being, actively fomented. This, I would note, is a job made all the easier by the current “pandemic restrictions”. It’s easy to not see other people as people when you never see their face and have very limited interaction with them.

I noted a few years ago that mostly this stuff wasn’t concerning at the time and wouldn’t be unless race was injected into it. Race has been. So have other issues which have been exacerbated by the current economic, social and other situations centered around the government response to Covid. Even our highest elected leaders play into this. From Newsome to Biden, the othering is pushed.

The veneer of society wears thin. Plan and act accordingly.

  17. Facts tend to be inconvenient. Which is why most people don’t want to talk the about gun ownership of black people during the Civil Rights Movement. And they don’t want to talk about black people mailing guns to friends and relatives. Who lived in Southern States. Because no white gun store owner would sell to them. Before the 1968 gun control Act you could mail guns to people. Using mail order catalogs. And we were still a safe and free country back then.

I read the Reverend Martin Luther King’s letter. It was promoted a great deal in college where I read it. Interestingly my literature teacher had the class read the letter as a class assignment and comment on it. She was also vehemently anti-gun. She was probably unaware the Rev King had applied for a carry permit after his house was bombed. Eventually he would become completely non-violent and give up his guns. And urged others to do so. However he also said that disarming yourself was not a requirement. Because he understood that that was a private decision the person had to make. And the protection of one’s family was never far away from everyone’s mind. And the Reverend King knew that he was surrounded by armed guards. That is something that today’s anti-gunners don’t want to talk about.

    • In my first semester at college I took a Philosophy 101 course on the writings of Martin Luther King Jr. What I learned in that class determined my choice for a major, and I graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy.

Thank you, Dr. King. You were a truly gifted, brilliant man.

  18. The right and proper way to respond to passive-aggressive shenanigans is to smack down on them so hard, that even though it’s the response the provocateurs wanted, they won’t do it again. It wasn’t worth the hospital bill.

Reciprocity with interest is quickly becoming the only language the leftilibral goon squads will understand.

  19. Seems to me that the tactics of bum rushing the capital had an effect. That is, TPTB were made afraid. Is why the NG is still on station, increased police, fencing with Concertina wire ect

TPTB don’t see it as a LOL invasive selfie action as I do. No, they see it as what might have been. They see it as people with guns coming to put them against a wall. Many of them, Pelosi is one of them, are living with that thought in their head. It doesn’t matter if it’s true, they have the thoughts about it and the Orange man/supporters every day.

Was it the desired effect? Probably not, but the tactics are clear. We have to follow in some fashion the tactics of Antifa/BLM/rest of that lot. Writing our Reps does nothing! Some intern is in charge of correspondence. We are going to have to get in the Anti’s faces or get run over. To win, gun owners are going to need to get into the gutter and fight dirty as hell.

That’s my rant for this week.

    • You have a valid point here but I suspect that the whole “fence thing” would have happened sooner or later regardless of what happened on 1/6.

That little fiasco may have allowed them to accelerate the timetable but the “white DVE”/”white nationalist”/”racist” meme was already running strong years before 1/6 and being hyped up HARD for months beforehand as well. You can go back to 2017 and see what I said about the oddities of the time; I said that this wouldn’t really get totally out of hand unless race was injected into it. I didn’t intend that to be an instruction manual but apparently someone took it that way.

I know a lot of people here are not, uh, “fans” of hiphop but I would point out that if you actually listen to things other than candy/mumble/corporate rap music, you’ll find that there are a lot of pretty intelligent people in hiphop who have talked about some of this stuff for a LONG time, like back to the 1980’s/early 1990’s.

They knew that a police state was being built even well before 9/11. The justifications for that system being built varied but the underlying argument of “public safety” and “national security” was always there. Heck you can see that kind of justification in the 1968 GCA, or the ’34 NFA. It’s just accelerated to the point now that it’s very obvious to a lot more people because “ludicrous speed” is… ludicrous.

The reason behind the acceleration is multifaceted but if you think back to the politics of the 1960’s, with 20/20 hindsight it’s not hard to see how we got where we are today.

Numerous systems that undergird our society are very close to, if not actually, exponentially degenerative at this point and we’ve hit the point on the graph where the line goes nearly vertical, so it’s quite likely that things are gonna get wild very, very fast.

How do things go bad? Usually it follows the same pattern. “Slowly at first and then all at once”.

  20. There’s an old adage that one cannot be truly peaceful unless one is capable of extreme violence. Otherwise, one is merely a victim awaiting to be chosen by violence itself.

  21. Chairman Mao did have it right in a few of his quotes.

“Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun”

“A revolution is not a dinner party, or writing an essay, or painting a picture, or doing embroidery…A revolution is an insurrection, an act of violence by which one class overthrows another.”

Our elitist class is scared of us and pretending to be our friends.

Our old enemies are giving us better advice than some of our “friends”. With friends like these, who need enemies?

  22. The problem is all the armchair warriors and wannabe tough guys who are always trying to prove that they aren’t playing with Barbies when nobody’s around. They fantasize about how awesome they’ll be when they get that chance to play Rambo.

It has nothing to do with being quiet and doing what they tell you to do. It has to do with not saying and doing stupid sh!t that gives them reason to remove you from the fight altogether. Definitely speak up but do it with a little intelligence if possible. They already know that Americans are willing to take up arms to stop their attack on our constitution and are scared. That’s why they try so hard to get you to say or do just enough to justify their actions. It’s like a giant, dangerous game of “I dare you”. They keep daring people and the easily manipulated keep falling for it.
