Citrus Heights is one of the “bad” parts of town; a lot of lowlifes. (Kudos to KCRA for misspelling Josh’s name . . . reporting at its finest.) Seems to me like common sense that a gun shop is highly likely to be burgled. Some serious security measures would be appropriate rather than plate glass (or plexiglass) and skimpy accordion barriers. The Sheriff can’t patrol every high-risk business establishment and that one store probably has more firepower than the entire Sheriff Department.
