Looks like the twist rate was wrong. Bullet was unstable and started to tumble. Hit target base first.
Inconsistent grain weight and core distribution. Tends towards instability at higher velocity/pressure.

Not bad for a first shot. I’m usually happy if I hit within a foot of the target or so on a first shot at any distance of 400+. It almost got a lucky bounce anyway!
