Which Proves. . . What?

Here we have sensationalism gone awry. In other words, this CBS 21 report on kids and guns fails to be sensational. Clearly, the producers wanted something “bad” to happen in their little experiment. (I’d love to get my hands on those liability waivers.) They spend a good part of the piece explaining that it fucking well could have. Now, check out the news babe’s stand-up at 3:46. HER FINGER IS ON THE TRIGGER. How’s THAT for a deadly discovery about gun safety? After the report, the golf sweater-clad anchor tells us that their pet doctor recommends that parents should talk to their children about guns “as soon as they understand basic concepts such as good and bad.” So, for some, never.
