Honest to God truth…I saw another doe last night on the way home after sundown, only a mile from my home and walking only ten feet from the shoulder of the road. There is a small group of four or five that regularly walks by my house here in suburbia. We have them here in SoCal, for sure, but you can’t touch them in many areas.
On the other hand, it *is* nice to see wildlife after dealing with human critters all day at the office.
LOL, I see that nobody’s reading this particular article, but if you’re still here (end credits scene from Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, anyone?), I saw another deer this morning from my porch before heading off to work. SoCal suburbia at its finest.
