The “money shot”: juror B29 did not say George Zimmerman “got away with murder.” Under the gun for twisting the juror’s words, ABC News has yet to release a transcript of the full interview. Are there no depths to which the mainstream media will sink in order to pursue their race-baiting anti-gun agenda?

IMHO, This is much to do about nothing. Editors edit, that’s what they do. Hearing and seeing both the earlier and the newly discovered versions of video really doesn’t move the needle here guys.
By cutting her comment down and so tightly, they changed it from her addressing the people that say he got away with murder to her saying he got away with murder. It was done very subtly, and like others said, ABC will say they edited for time, but what was said was in fact changed.
This is exactly it! They changed the context. It is one of the oldest dirty tricks in the book.
This is about as bad as the garbage NBC pulled. This is egregious given they are literally editing news stories to have a certain outcome. These clowns aren’t journalists, they are hacks.
No, this is nowhere near as bad as the NBC thing, I don’t think. It’s not good, but it’s possible she even feels he got away with murder, and if so, it’s not an intentional misrepresentation of fact. What NBC did was absolutely an intentional misrepresentation of fact.
I said about as bad. Keep in mind that this is AFTER the trial so it is no where near the impact except maybe fanning the flames for a Fed. Case. The NBC audio was played dozens of times daily and pushed by Crump et al. which let to the Police Chief getting fired and a special prosecutor getting set up. Frankly, I think there should be some criminal charges as well as civil suite in there and I think some of that rests with Ben Crump and his punk partner.
They are telling the larger truth; they are telling the truth that we all need to hear; the truth that can’t be told by telling the truth. Only by lying can the real truth be told.

The problem with this women and like many just like her, they believe that the person who shot the other person is guilty just because he was the shooter. THOWOUT everything else, one person killed another so they believe it is murder plain and simple.
You see this all the time on the news reports. In a recent case here in my state, a person with a mile long list of past convictions for burglary and assault broke into a house and started to beat one of the owners of the home, the husband come out and sees what is happening and shoots the intruder and kills him. The community is in outrage that this good boy who did nothing wrong was you guessed it “murdered” which is the word they used.
Many of the protestors cannot comprehend nor will the media nor the politicians allow the mental consideration of “self defense”
Thankfully the jury did its job, but her feelings are purely emotional and without consideration of the facts and that is the feelings of a lot of protestors. Facts be damned, my feelings are more important — don’t you be hurting my feelings.

There use to be a time when you could trust THE media to print the truth, but that time is long gone. We have grown accustomed to the media and we pick and chose which of the political fence we stand. How can we ban propaganda from the media? What is the feedback? Is this just the free-market where the media gets to print anything they want, and the truth be damned? The truth is ALL media is biased to some degree or another. I guess that’s our only consolation.

Years ago, I was going to be interviewed on a politically charged (non-gun) subject. I called my uncle the AP Photographer and asked him for advice. His advice was simple.
1) Get your own tape: If they edit or manipulate your answers, you will be able to sue, using your own unedited recording of the conversation as evidence. Its up to you whether you let them know you will be getting your own audio. If your goal is for an honest conversation, full disclosure is best as it will keep them honest. If your goal is to score some bucks, then recording without their knowledge is best. Remember, even in all party consent states, you are clean. Everyone knows a recording is being made.
2) If you can, get them to agree to air all your answers in full. In exchange you must offer that all of your answers will be X seconds or less in duration.
