President Biden’s son Hunter, a longtime junkie and a known drug abuser, has been indicted three counts related to an illegal purchase of a firearm and possession while using narcotics. Two of the counts are related to Biden the younger lying on a 4473 background check form when he bought a Colt Cobra revolver and stated that he wasn’t a user of illegal drugs.

Hunter Biden

The third count is a charge of possessing a firearm while using an illegal narcotic.

As NBC News reports . . .

The historic indictment against the son of a sitting president comes after a plea deal that might have ended a years-long probe into Hunter Biden fell apart and just as House Republicans have launched an impeachment inquiry in an effort to seek bank records and other documents from the president and his son.

The case is being overseen by special counsel David Weiss, who also headed the investigation.

That sweetheart deal was too sweet to get past a federal District Judge . . .

The agreement started to fall apart at the court appearance where it was expected to be finalized after the judge presiding over the case raised questions about some details. “The agreements are not straightforward and they contain some atypical provisions,” U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika noted, including one that could theoretically protect Biden from other tax-related crimes in the same time period.

President Biden, in his more lucent moments, has been less than candid about his son.

The White House has been largely silent on the investigation, but the president defended his son in an interview with MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle on May 5.

“First of all, my son has done nothing wrong,” the president said. “I trust him. I have faith in him.”

Literally no one believes that Hunter Biden didn’t lie on that 4473 form. And as photos and other information on his abandoned laptop have made clear to, well, everyone, he was clearly using drugs while in possession of a firearm.

The gun in the photo above is clearly not a Colt Cobra. The Cobra was apparently the gun his sister-in-law dumped in a trash can in a parking lot across the street from a school. As we’ve asked — and few others seem very concerned with — what happened to all of Hunter Biden’s other firearms. He had, according to text messages, at least five more.

Inquiring minds want to know. But don’t hold your breath waiting for answers.

Meanwhile, it shouldn’t escape your notice that with today’s move, special counsel David Weiss has now charged Biden with the least serious crimes he’s alleged to have committed, and ones that are the least politically embarrassing or inconvenient for his father, who’s ostensibly running for reelection.

And so it goes.

  1. Was she his sister-in-law? I thought she was his lover. Oh, wait, she’s both, because that piece of human excrement banged his dead brother’s widow.

    • “that piece of human excrement banged his dead brother’s widow“

Well you know, that’s what Jehovah commands.

And Jehovah’s law as recorded in the holy Bible states she can’t get remarried until she obtains written permission from Hunter Biden.

      • miner. You’re doing for religion what you’re doing for guns. You’re selling as many bibles as you are guns. And you apparently are too damaged to see it.

        Fascinating.

        • Deuteronomy 25:5
          King James Version
5 If brethren dwell together, and one of them die, and have no child, the wife of the dead shall not marry without unto a stranger: her husband’s brother shall go in unto her, and take her to him to wife, and perform the duty of an husband’s brother unto her.

        • Miner’s always ragging on the Jews. There must be a reason for that. They should come up with word that means hostility toward Jews.

        • I think the idea was not to leave starving widows to die because they had no provider. It was probably a world wide common occurrence regardless of religion or lack of same.

I don’t think hunter was taking over his brothers duty. He just wanted to get laid.

  2. I’m just waiting for the other shoe to drop something along the lines of a double Jeopardy complication, and the chargers get dropped.

    • It matters not.

Since senile Joe can croak on any given day you can be darn sure that Hunter’s already has a signed pardon in his possession right now.

There’s no way that he’d ever get tried, convicted, and ordered to jail before Nov2024 so old Joe can run for re-election and Hunter can pull out the pardon post-election.

Ain’t no F’n way will a Biden be seen behind bars.
We’re a full on banana republic.

  3. A nation of 403s. Burn in hell. Awful, everywhere, at all turns. Why would any god desire to preserve this sick freak-show? Noah is out there, waiting……

    • Drugs have many positive effects. Ask a Veteran that has used them to cure PTS or addiction. Ibogaine has an 88% addiction cure rate. Stop falling for propaganda.

  4. My son Hunter did nothing wrong. No joke! He’s the smartest guy I know. Hunter and I got arrested trying to break Ghandi out of prison and he said to me…we were standing at the footmima–eg–eh–excuse me–the foothills of the Hima–well, anyway…I love my son Beau.

    • “My son, like a lot of people, like a lot of people you know at home, had a drug problem,” President Biden said at the time. “He’s overtaken it, he’s fixed it, he’s worked on it, and I’m proud of him.”

And all Hummer’s “former” connections are busted big-time, right? Right?

  5. Glad to see they added a false statement counts. If SCOTUS affirms in Rahimi, then the “possession by user of illegal drugs” count probably goes bye-bye . . . but a false statement on a governmental form may be a different kettle of fish.

    • “but a false statement on a governmental form may be a different kettle of fish.”

I’m not so sure about that. Something tells (my totally non legal educated self) that the Rahimi decision will hinge on violent vs. non-violent (or threat thereof of violent) behavior convictions.

Paperwork convictions well could skate, as they should, in my opinion.

      Change my mind, please… 🙂

      • EDIT – I think Thomas will be fine with that.

He well understands the Left’s desire to expand the sea of legally-prohibited people as wide as possible with kinds of bullshit process and paperwork crimes, and the lengths they will go through to accomplish that.

I think the post-Rahimi decision world will be light-and-tight as to what a legally-prohibited person is, going forward.

Thomas is fully aware the games they will try and play, and will craft the decision accordingly.

Look at what we were expecting from the ‘Bruen’ decision, and what we got, for example… 🙂

    • sentencing will also include the stipulation that his cocaine cubby hole locker in the White House has to remain locked.

  6. Biden will get less than he deserves if anything. Dumpster won’t be convicted of any of the approximately 5000 crimes in all those indictments and more than 20 women who have accused bone spurs of sexual assault are lying gold diggers and dumpsters useless, worthless children are as pure as the driven snow. Embrace the suck peasants. 😩😩😩😂😂😂😎😎

    • “Embrace the suck peasants.”

You obviously speak from lots of extensive personal experience in sucking people off, son…

      *Snicker* 😉

  7. The 4473 question are 100% unconsitutional. You can’t take away someone’s fundamental rights without a conviction. In fact when they get released from jail, they are entitled to get 100% of their rights restored automatically.

This guy is a scum bag for sure, but our rights apply to all.

    • Except that his dad and the rest of this fascist scum would not hesitate to take your rights away simply because you choose to exercise them. They work around the clock to take your rights away.

4473’s and background checks to exercise a right? Maybe hunters lawyers will take this to the scotus and have all this crap paperwork declared unconstitutional. Wouldn’t that be ironic?

  8. If hunter draws a judge who may not be sympathetic to his drug problems he could receive some much overdue tough love…from an inmate named Bubba.

    • Why is everyone so happy that when someone is sent to jail, they could be a victim of homosexual rape? When we take away someones’ freedom(which is bad enough) we owe it to them to protect them from violence.
It is NOT funny. If there is one thing taught to us along with DNS evidence, it was that many people were wrongly convicted. Thank God, many have gotten out. How would you like you or yours to be wrongly convicted and them be subjected to homosexual rape for the stay?
I am not one that feels that someone convicted deserves this type of thing, and as long as they deny it, there is always the chance they did not do the crime.

      • You’re not necessarily wrong, but…Hunter isn’t going to jail. He deserves ridicule. He had sexual relations with his underage niece. Joe took inappropriate (according to her own words) showers with his daughter. That family has always been out of control.

  9. As most do not like Hunter Biden the lying about and getting arrested for filling out a 4473 form, wrongly, will work against all of us when “they” deem it necessary.
What proves addicted to or user of?
States with legal marijuana users? Every purchase is documented. When “They” see fit, the legal marijuana users will be or could be prosecuted.
I would enjoy seeing Hunter get arrested, but not for “lying” on a giverment permission document.
The Right to Bear Arms Shall Not Be Infringed.
We the people are perfectly fine with filling out a giverment document to be granted permission to exercise a Constitutional Right, and if We the people do not tell the truth when requesting the giverments permission to exercise a Right then we can be arrested and serve an extensive prison sentence.
    Is this Freedom?
    .
How is this for a novel idea.
To purchase a firearmn you must present within one hour prior to your purchase a clean drug screening.
Any convictions for any illegal drug use committed at any time past or present is a disqualifier.
“I went to rehab and have been clean and sober for 600 years.”
    Sorry ,No Sale
Yay, Hunter is in trouble, I hate JBR.
    Eyes wide shut

    • Oh. but my doctor prescribed, [ insert anything but antibiotics, insulin, or BP meds] , well then you must be mentally unstable or addicted to, and therefore unfit to own a weapon.

    • Novel idea – issued a card at birth. Government gives you money, entered as a negative number- you give the government money, entered as positive number. No consequences, just something for you to think about after a long day dodging F150s. Or maybe bragging rights.

Graduate high school, apply for Full Citizenship. National service/training (6 months minimum), registered to vote, now a Full Citizen. No background checks…

Not a full citizen? Hoops, lots of hoops…

  10. Hunter has had so many hookers on the tax payers dime they should declare him an STD health hazard and the CDC ban and permanently quarantine him in a small room in a biohazard containment facility.

    • “Hunter has had so many hookers on the tax payers dime“

Interesting claim, how exactly did the taxpayers foot the bill for Hunter’s Hookers?

I thought you guys were saying the money came from Burisma?

  11. Give him a fair trial and then hang him. Ordinary people would have been indicted, convicted, served their time and been out of jail already, with a criminal record that made them prohibited persons.

  12. I’m the last person on earth to defend Hunter Biden but the gun he has in his hand while holding his love gun is clearly a Gamo PT80 air pistol and not a firearm.

    • “clearly a Gamo PT80 air pistol and not a firearm“

You need to get with the program and toes a party line, no need for any of your pesky ‘facts’.

    • Matt, it doesn’t matter what is pictured — it’s not evidence of anything. He’s not facing any charges for possessing an airgun.

The fact according to the indictment is that he lied on his 4473 when purchasing a Colt revolver.

  13. He really really likes taking pictures of himself. Seems like his idea of a good time might be to get all cracked out get butt naked and take some selfies. These Bidens are just plain odd.

    • They do have some peculiarities. I think its daddy issues.
JRB hates oil yet grandpa was an oil man.
      Showers?
      Hunters lust.
I believe there was/is a lot going on behind the curtain then we will ever know.
I have never been more ashamed of my Countries presidents until now.

      • He doesn’t really hate oil though. He loves it. He hates you and me. All of the elitist climate alarmists love oil. Oil allows them to jet all over the world. They only hate average and poor people. That’s why they’re all for increasing the price of energy. They’re also for increasing the price of vehicles. Their policies are so extreme, you have to assume they enjoy making the lower classes miserable. It must bring them joy as they laugh in their private jets.

  14. Did any of you notice there is already precedent concerning all of these charges that they can argue in court? Softball case. He will serve no time and it’s appropriate because government has no authority to outlaw what we put in our bodies. The questions on a 4473 violate our bill of rights anyways!

  15. Well I guess that contradicts the Far Right Fanatics that claim background checks are useless because people caught lying are never prosecuted.

    • dacian, the DUNDERHEAD, NOT Hardly, little fella. Just because Hunter was indicted does not mean a damn thing. MOST people caught lying on the AFT form are NEVER PROSECUTED. Only 14 were prosecuted in 2019.

  16. I’m finding it hilarious to see all the talking heads that have screeched over and over that we need more, “common sense gun control”, including stricter background checks simultaneously saying that this one guy lying on a background check is no big deal because he’s just a poor, struggling, drug addict. So, apparently, drug addicted, influence peddler, tax dodgers should be allowed to illegally obtained guns but gainfully employed, responsible people with no criminal history should be subjected to greater scrutiny and more regulations. Makes sooo much sense.

  17. The “gun indictment” is a diversion to keep JB out of the loop. If any of the media would do it’s job, i.e., really get informed about tax fraud they would see three things about the statutes of limitation. First, the civil statute for most returns is 3 years, second, the six year statute applies if there was an understatement or misstatement of at least 25% of income in the first 3 years and finally for criminal fraud (tax fraud which HB was clearly guilty of and therefore would have lead to the big guy, JB) there is no limitation. Therefore, the DoJ could have investigated/indicted HB as far back as they wanted to go. Another cover-up by the DoJ and Garland. I am an accountant and have practiced for 48 years.
