From cbs.com: “Police say they saw (Demarquez) Nelson fire shots at a car in the 3400 block of South Indiana Avenue just before 1 p.m on Monday. At one point, police officers fired shots at Nelson, but no one was injured, police said. He was apprehended after the foot chase. Nobody was hurt.” Police were on the spot and saw the initial shots Baby Face fired at the car because he did it about two blocks away from CPD HQ. NFW! Can you imagine how much worse things could have been if law abiding concealed carriers had been allowed to saunter through that neighborhood, too? We bet you can.
