Reply See my comment below. An unlawful order is just that unlawful, and thus is not allowed to be obeyed. Reply All I can say is Thank God there soldiers that know to obey in order that is unconstitutional and thus illegal is a CORT MARTIAL ABLE offense. Acording to the UCMJ Reply If I were in that situation, I would hope that I had the guts to stand up against those orders.
