After taking the Gunwerks Long Range University class last June, I subscribed to their YouTube channel. They recently uploaded a very cool video showing a quick trigger change and bedding job on a Remington 700 Sendero. Looks like an easy way to make a good rifle a lot better, especially at long range.

What is the brand/model of bench vise shown in the video?
I was wondering the same thing and I think it is a WoodRiver – Patternmaker’s or Gunstock Carving Vise.
