Everyday Carry Pocket Dump of the Day – John in CO

As John writes, this is “everything that goes where I go. Not pictured is a cheap leather bifold wallet.” See it all at Everyday Carry . . .

what model Glock? I assume it’s a 9X19, so it’s either a model 19, or possibly a 17. It would be nice to know.

    1. avatar strych9 says:

      It’s a 19 Gen 4 according to it’s owner.

  2. avatar strych9 says:

Where are you carrying that SOCP?

I could never get the pocket clip to work with pockets, the sheath had too much retention on the knife and came with the knife 9 times out of 10. Works great if I use it as designed though!

    1. avatar Jon in CO says:

Depends on the pants. If it’s work pants, I wear the 5.11 tac lites, and those little pockets in the front, the open top ones. The rest of the time, I put it in the back pocket of my jeans, on the side. Never had an issue.

      1. avatar strych9 says:

Back pocket, genius. I never thought of that.

        1. avatar Jon in CO says:

When you draw out, pull it away from your body when it’s in the back pocket, the bottom of the sheath will catch on your ass/back and stay in really easy. It’s pretty comfortable in the car too.

  3. avatar C.A. says:

    What make/model for the holster?

    1. avatar Jon in CO says:

It’s a White Hat Holsters Max Tuck, horse hide. G17/19/etc.

  4. That’s some serious forward cant on that holster made more so with the position of the clips.

  5. avatar uncommon_sense says:

What?!?!? Where is your one (or two or three) spare magazine(s)?????

    1. avatar Jon in CO says:

It’s rare I carry a spare mag. If I do, I just toss it in a pocket.
