I’ve always felt that semi-auto holsters that incorporate a magazine holder are impractical. When do you want the magazine on your strong side?
Mag carrier is on the weak (left) side.
Look at the photo. The mag carrier is attached to the holster, which means it would be on the strong side. Nobody who has ever tried to reach for a magazine with their pistol in their strong hand wants that.
