From Wilson Combat . . .

The SIG-SAUER 365 Series is among the most reliable and safest ultra compact 9mm pistols ever designed and now Wilson Combat has made it even better with a host of our proprietary custom modifications to improve handling, shooting and optics capability. These sixteen new models of Wilson Combat Custom WCP365’s produced in our Berryville, AR facility in conjunction with SIG-Sauer are among the ultimate in a production every day carry gun.

The SIG-SAUER 365 is an outstanding self-defense choice but we have reimagined it from top to bottom with your choice of a standard or XL Wilson Combat polymer grip module that was developed for superior ergonomics and improved recoil control. Our significant improvements in shape, texture, and overall ergonomics will give your WCP365 the superb feel of an expertly hand sculpted custom gun.

The WCP365 stainless steel slide and 3.1” chromoly barrel wear the most advanced black DLC (Diamond-like-Carbon) physical vapor deposition finish available. This ultra-hard finish has chromium and tungsten underlayers for long-lasting corrosion and abrasion resistance.

Wilson Combat engineers have changed the WCP365 slide’s shape and texture to make it more tactile under stress with our exclusive X-Tac pattern cocking serrations, side top serrations and heavy slide bevels all around. We have also perfected the action of the WCP365 and in combination with a Grayguns trigger and our spring modifications we can make the excellent 365 trigger even better. Each new model will be offered standard or action-tuned for those who want the best trigger pull possible in their defensive firearm.

The Wilson Combat WCP365 can also be ordered with an optic mounting solution or your choice of direct milled option (With cover plate and rear Battlesight) for the Trijicon RMRcc, Holosun 407K or 507K, SIG Sauer Romeo Zero or Shield RMSc.

With enhanced shootability, better ergonomics and superior optics sight capability-the Wilson Combat WCP365 has taken an already legendary product to the next level of performance.

  1. This is great, I unironically really wanted a Gucci P365. If any gun deserves the treatment it’s that one. Not a bad price either…

    • I want mine with the Gucci double-G emblem in the form of a custom-cut one-piece Swarovsky AB flatback crystal. No, make that two of them, one for each side.

    • Wasn’t the 365 platform the gun that TTAG tested and discovered it failed the drop test?

And then Sig *insisted* there was nothing wrong with it?

Until they finally recalled it? 🙁

        • “No, that was (1st generation of) the P320.”

Fixed that for you. 2nd gen resolved all of that, and for the 1st gen as well though the ‘Voluntary Upgrade Program’. Which arguably should’ve been mandatory.

Concerning the latest class action suit’s deceptions and misrepresentations…

          https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZASNyzdEgx8

      • The first P365’s had the striker dragging/scrapping across the primer of a spent casing during ejection cycle possibly causing the striker to break. At 25 minutes Military Arms Channel shows examples on the spent case.

        • That problem has been resolved for 3+ years.
Although it’s not a ton of rounds, I’ve got a 365 with about 6500 rounds through it.

I’m still on all original parts. I was thinking it might be worth it to spend $40 on a new striker assembly, which includes the cups and spring. I consider it to be maintanence. Maybe a new recoil spring also.

I’m the farthest thing from an Sig fanboy. In fact the 365 is the only sig handgun I own or like. It’s an exceptional little gun. There is nothing that size that is as easy to shoot well at speed. Sure Springfield matched and even bettered the 365’s capacity. But it’s much harder to put rounds on target when shooting fast.

      • Nope that was the P320, and Sig resolved that issue before the P365 was released. There were extraction issues in question with the Gen 1 P365 which were immediately addressed by Sig. The P365 is now known by anyone who actually knows WTF they’re talking about as a rock solid reliable top quality 9mm pistol that set the standard for high capacity easily concealable Micro 9’s. IMO the Wilson 365 is a niche market boutique pistol for that discerning buyer with more money than good sense. If I were itching fir a reason to spend an additional $600-$800 upon the purchase of a Sig P365, I’d spend it on ammo and a couple of extra 12rd P365 mags.

        • One can get the Wilson grip module, which is nice for $65, and the tactical-trigger sear control “springs” for an almost 1911-like break for <100. That little gun, mine is actually a p365xl, is as accurate and easy to shoot as any bigger gun I have.

  2. “SIG factory magazine release”…ain’t that F’n great!

Wilson kept the ONE thing that I changed out on both of my P365’s. The Armory Craft release adds just enough depth that my stubby thumbs can reliably release the mags without changing hand position. It appears that enough people have complained about the factory release that Sig is now advertising their upcoming version of an extended mag release on their site.

  3. 11 to 12 hunnert bucks. That’s why we have companies like Taurus flourishing. Some folks just want to protect themselves. Not make a statement.

    • Taurus outsells Glock 2 to 1 yearly.
They have really kicked up their game in the last 5-7 years.
They aren’t the redheaded stepchild of guns anymore.
I impulse bought a new GX4 for $275 with transfer fee a month ago.
I haven’t one stoppage and am considering it as my summer EDC.

    • This. Aint nothing special about their fancy Glocks/SIG’s just because they stamp “wilson” on it. This ain’t cast away. Get that ball outta here.

You want to make a statement and get buttery smooth? Go with a Staccato.

  4. Bill Wilson never fails to impress with the whoring of the Wilson Combat name.
For decades it was 1911 parts and then guns which were very good.
Then they moved to Beretta 92G parts and guns.
Then ARs is different platforms. Some Glock sights and barrels.
    Now they have a $1400 Sig P365.
I wonder if it has a Shok Buff, for $1400 I want a Shok Buff in a CC gun.
I’ll stick to their 1911 magazines and recoil springs.

  5. The shadow line in the top pic made it look to me like it has really unusual milling and I was intrigued. Further inspection of the other pictures convinced me that it was just a shadow. Oh well. I kinda like the green but, I’m odd that way. Probably not gonna drop 1.2 grand on a spruced up carry piece, though.

    • 1.2 grand?

Don’t you mean 2.4 grand? For a carry piece having an exact spare comes in handy if it ever disappears into a police evidence locker for a year or more… 🙁

      • Well, yeah, kinda why 1.2 grand is off the table.

Fwiw, my carry piece was 499.95 plus tax, transfer and tip.

(why can’t I put in a plus sign, btw?)

  6. I like Wilson Combat pistols. I have since the 70s. My dad was a watchmaker. Don’t think I like this.

    • i get your point but i’m laughing because without thinking about it “my dad was a watchmaker” slipped in there seems sorta rainmanish.

      • tsbhoa.p.jr., “rainmainish”? Did you coin a new word? Should we call Webster’s? TBJ I’ve met Bill Wilson a couple of times. He was always interested in my dad’s watchmaking. Some readers may not know that Bill Wilson is a watchmaker, also. Aren’t we here to share knowledge and opinion?

    • Watchmaker…how cool! I have two pocket watches from the late 1800’s that are absolutely beautiful. Much respect Gadsden for your father’s talent.

      • Thanks. muckraker. I don’t even wear an automatic watch anymore because I don’t have anyone to service them.

        • I understand completely. I had my Hamilton serviced and the idiot doing it marred two straight slot screws with an undersized screwdriver. I called him out on it and got the “that’s the way they were when you brought it in”. Stupid me. Now I take pics to document everything!

        • I should qualify that this Hamilton has a crystal backing that shows the absolutely beautiful workmanship. I’m amazed at how they did this in the 1800’s

  7. lemme think… the wilson version of a polymer striker fired 9mm… nah.
    they should massage a csx.

  8. All those models and not one with a picatinny rail built in! I’d buy one of their grip frames if they’d add a pic rail.

    • Not sure if base 365 or XL is big enough for it. Macro maybe but anything for a pic rail is more for my full size generally.

  9. “365 – among the ‘safest’ pistols ever designed” 🤔. Weren’t there issues with the 365 early on??

  10. The P320 was the one that wasn’t drop safe and dangerous. Sig “recalled” them.
The P365 had a lot of broken strikers and would fix those w/o any hassles.
Both problems were taken care of but Sig does have a habit of using customers as beta testers.
The P320 was unsafe, the P365 was unreliable.

  11. Their grip frame looks like a worthy, inexpensive upgrade. The rest, not so much. Why spend that much on some super-duper coating when you could save that money to buy another P365 if yours has rust issues? You’d still have money left over, and your used P365 would still have value.

  12. Sooooo, they made a P365 look like a newer Taurus??? And when you look at their list of “upgrades,” it’s all moniker. The boomer spritzing logos all over things isn’t cool anymore. Shift soon or go defunct.

  13. “SIG-SAUER 365 Series is among the most reliable and safest ultra compact 9mm pistols ever designed”

XD please, please settle down! i would love to see the census on this.

I always thought the Wilson grips modules were CNC polymer, holding one first hand it screamed cheap injection mold. It was slick like the Glock gen 3 grips, P80 frames feel much higher quality.
