A suspect has been arrested in the death of a Kentucky man who was fatally shot amid a protest in Louisville over the killing of Breonna Taylor, police said Sunday.

The suspect was hospitalized and being interviewed by homicide investigators, interim Louisville Police Chief Robert Schroeder said at a news conference. The person’s name was not immediately released.

Police were conferring with prosecutors on criminal charges to be filed, Schroeder said

Tyler Charles Gerth, 27, of Louisville, died after being shot at Jefferson Square Park in downtown Louisville, authorities said.

In a video of the shooting shown during the news conference, the suspect was surrounded by several people before shots were fired and people scrambled for cover. Schroeder said the suspect had been participating in the protests since they began and had been arrested a few times.

“He had been repeatedly asked by other members at the park to leave due to his destructive behavior,” Schroeder said.

Another video posted on social media later showed at least one person bleeding profusely on the ground.

The shooting was at least the second during nearly a month of protests in Louisville over Taylor’s death. Seven people were wounded May 28 when gunfire erupted near City Hall, prompting Taylor’s mother to issue a statement asking people to demand justice “without hurting each other.”

Taylor, a 26-year-old Black woman, was killed in her Louisville home in March by police who were serving a no-knock warrant. Protesters have been calling for the officers involved in her death to be charged. One of the officers was recently fired.

Several dozen people gathered Sunday at the park. A few Louisville police officers arrived to hand out flyers that said overnight camping and cooking were banned at the site, but protesters would be allowed to continue gathering during the day. Police removed tents from the site and told protesters they could pick them up at a separate location.

John Kriner knelt for nearly 30 minutes at the site to pray for peace. He said it was his first visit.

“I just want there to be peace and calm,” Kriner said.

For weeks, the park has been the epicenter for protests in Louisville after the police killings of Taylor and George Floyd, who died last month at the hands of Minneapolis police.

Taylor’s boyfriend, Kenneth Walker, was originally charged with attempted murder after he fired a shot at one of the officers who came into the home. Walker has said he thought he was defending from an intruder.

The no-knock search warrant that allows police to enter without first announcing their presence was recently banned by Louisville’s Metro Council.

    • Me too! With all of the salad and soy-based meat alternatives that are passed around I too would be hangry all of the time.

I just had a realization, these protests are promulgated by the left. A lot of these leftists are on a meat-free diet for some reason. So, they wouldn’t kill an animal because of their beliefs, but they would kill a person?

      • Yes, yes they would kill a few humans! Don’t you know the high exalted overlords want to reduce the world’s population to half a billion? There’s a lot of work to do and they’ve got to start somewhere.

    • I admit it is disappointing. We counted on racist white supremacist Trump supporters shooting and driving cars in to crowds…. Heck, we even printed news scripts for our propaganda officers …er….. unbiased news reporters to disseminate to the public. All we got were scared woman driving away trying to save their lives and bums and gangsters shooting each other. It’s almost as if Trump supporters are decent people….. naaaahhh!!

      Eric Swalwell 2020

    • Must be all the treatment chemicals in the water, and all the stuff that can’t/won’t be filter out. Hormones, floride, RX drugs, pesticide and herbicide runoff, arsenic, industrial chemicals, treatment chemicals, not for me. I don’t drink river water (city tap / bottled)

    • The people that told him to leave shot back. They shot him in the leg. The protesters had AKs and other guns. Black people are now defending themselves from people like this shooter.

  1. So he’s a hobo or a homeless guy. No one here would guess he’s a right wing dumpster supporter because that never happens. It’s always democrats or leftys but never a conservative. Or they’re just crazy or drug addled. Pathetic.

    • HE was a PARTICIPANT in the protests, got kicked out for being TOO radical/destructive, got butt-hurt and decided to TEACH the protesters a lesson.. Yep, sounds like a typical Right Wing, employed, home owning Conservative to me… Guess you have a valid point there HORUS… The one about “that never happens”…

  2. no-knock warrants need to be outlawed, nationwide somebody come into my house like are going to have more than one shot coming at them but the first thing is they are going to set off an alarm system and my keys and a handgun is right by me and gun safe is four ft. from me with multiply long and handguns and ammo there

    • “…no-knock warrants need to be outlawed, nationwide…”

There’s a very good chance that will happen, and about fucking time. It’s the other crap that will come with that law that concerns me…

      • I dunno, the new law here seems like a mixed bag.

It ends qualified immunity, at the state level, for local and county officers but not the state and in so.e circumstances makes them personally liable for the violations, up to 5% or $25,000 whichever is less.

OTOH it sets up some hard rules that I think will make policing harder based on the definitions and how the courts parse them. A ban on lethal force for non-violent crimes sounds good on paper but in practice could become a mess.

        • Could become a mess? You already have a mess when some badass wants to grow up to be a cop, so he can boss people around.

We need more “peace officers” and a lot fewer “law enforcement officers”.

        • Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. See( )
Written specifically to allow citizens redress for violations of the constitutional rights.
“Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prisons guards and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin of the victim.”

Qualified immunity makes that section of law moot.
“The Supreme Court invented qualified immunity in 1967, describing it as a modest exception for public officials who had acted in “good faith” and believed that their conduct was authorized by law. Fifteen years later, in Harlow v. Fitzgerald, the Court drastically expanded the defense. The protection afforded to public officials would no longer turn on whether the official acted in “good faith.” Instead, even officials who violate peoples’ rights maliciously will be immune unless the victim can show that his or her right was “clearly established.” Since the Harlow decision, the Court has made it exceedingly difficult for victims to satisfy this standard. To show that the law is “clearly established,” the Court has said, a victim must point to a previously decided case that involves the same “specific context” and “particular conduct.” Unless the victim can point to a judicial decision that happened to involve the same context and conduct, the officer will be shielded from liability.” See( )
Even if the cop knows full well that they are violating your rights, they need just claim that they “believed” what the did was legal. Ignorance of the law IS AN ACCEPTABLE DEFENSE if you are a cop.

        • You cannot end QI without tort reform otherwise you just create another set of deep pockets. You will get a lot of frivolous lawsuits and police will stop policing. We have basically ended QI and what have we seen happen over the last couple of weeks?

QI is ultimately a product of the Warren Court decisions. Prior to the 1960s cops didn’t need qualified immunity because they did things like beat confessions out of people with no repercussions. If you are under 60, you have no idea what the police got away with.

    • They knocked at Taylor’s residence. It eas a joint warrant. They no knocked the stash house and nobody died.

So, you going to raid a location with armed terrorists. I let you knock and announce.

      • Can you prove they made anything resembling an adequate attempt to awaken the people in the residence? The survivor was shocked awake by the door crashing in. Taylor was killed by gunshots fired from outside and thru a covered window. The suspect they were after turned out to be in custody already.

The degree of incompetence and careless disregard for the safety of citizens is enormous.

        • She was a named party on the warrant. Her current boyfriend admits firing the first shot. So the cops shot back. He claims he thought it was a home invasion. Why would he think someone would invade her dwelling? He knew her ex was a drug dealer and I can see him thinking, “yeah right the police. Not going to believe that.

        • “Why would he think someone would invade her dwelling?”

I’ll take “Who is Dr. William Petit?” for $1000, Alex.

        • tdiinva refused to look at the evidence of this case. They lied on the reports, they did not even mention that they killed anyone. Corrupt cops who saw an opportunity and took it. The only evidence they had was suspicion of a courier delivering drugs. Instead of stopping and dealing with that, they invade two stash houses? These fucking tyrants were looking for money. tdiinva has theories that are backed up by NOBODY. Don’t even bother… tdiinva is a thin blue line boot licker – even when they are as wrong as all the evidence here in this case, tdiinva supports them and makes up a bunch of bullshit. No better than Vlad, or Miner.

        • Grow up wood. Just words buddy. Did I hurt your feelings? Because you obviously got the fucken point.

          • I’m sure you’re capable of making discussion without the insults if you’d only try. Doing so might make you perceived as a valued contributor. Instead you’re just acting like a tool bag.

        • I accept conversation from those who are decent people here, and am harsh on certain ones because they deserve it. I refuse to accept their mentality and enjoy calling them out. When they make it personal, I get relentless. It’s the reason why I can still find common ground with someone like Chief Sensor and Miner 49er every now and then, because on the rare occasion they do “contribute”, they rarely result to making it some personal vendetta. Ron, tdiinva, debbie, Grim Reaper, Ned Pepper, Gadsden Flag and a few others deserve the tongue lashings because they make an online comment section personal. I could care less about being perceived as a contributor, if someone wants to converse I will gladly do so, and have on more occasions than the vendettas with these asshats and their secluded delusions of grandeur about themselves. If they can’t handle it being thrown back at them, they should learn to not dish it out. I don’t take shit in person, and it’s even easier to not take shit online, so why not? I’ll continue to berate them until they disappear or wave the white flag. And they will, eventually. They always do. Lastly, about the “vulgar” language… It’s only words. The meanings change and if they offend you then ignore it or move on.

      • No-knocks are wrong, wrong, wrong. If you want 1 person, or 9 people from that address, you put them under surveillance, and pick them off, one at a time. When there is nobody left, you move in and serve the warrant, in a respectful manner, so as to preserve both life and evidence.

No-knocks are something you would expect from the Gestapo, the Stasi, or some petty warlord in the mideast, or Africa.

No-knocks are a big part of the reason we are seeing an uprising in the ghettos. They’re tired of the utter disrespect for life. Can’t say that I blame them. I can look a cop in the eye, and talk to him as an equal, because cops aren’t trained to gun down white men for little if any reason.

        • Hard to carry all that privilege guilt around with yourself?
Funny how they called the cops who did nothing further to harm them.
This article and video has zero to do with any subject outside of mental health. The deflection is laughable.
And get called boot licker in 3,2.

        • Oh I agree Paul…except they DO shoot white folks like dog’s. That boy in Baltimore for one. But white folks rarely riot. That COULD change!

        • Are you kidding?

Have you seen the video of all the protests….seems to be quite alot of young White people.

Now, if you had said Boomers don’t riot or older generations don’t (I forget what they are called), rural folks..sure..I can agree with that…Because if they ever do it won’t be a riot, it will be a full on bloody fight against the ones who are currently, actually ‘rioting’.

There will be no intermediate steps, no peaceful ‘mostly’ sign waving, no marching and chanting catchy phrases.

All the social media influencers, all the media, all the government (State/Local/Feds) everyone with any sense at all should be working to calm things down right now.

I can see it coming pretty clearly if things don’t turn around.

        • This may come as a shock to you but all the Constitution requires is a warrant to enter someone’s premises without their permission.. It does not require you to announce your presence. You are no different than a BLM supporter.

        • You had me on your side until you threw the race bullshit into it. I just can’t believe how thoroughly our Marxist educational system has brainwashed everyone under the age of 40 into believing all this “white privilege” idiocy. You can kiss my happy ass if you think I’m going to kneel down and kiss the boots of anybody walking this planet! What is it like to hate and loathe yourself so much that you will kneel, beg forgiveness for something you didn’t do, and then lick another person’s boots just because they are a different color than you? I mean, you have to know, don’t you white boy? I know you’ve got to know because you’ve said you can “walk right up to cops and treat ’em like equals,” so you must be just loaded down with a whole big mess of that “white privilege” shit! Yeah! I don’t know any black man that could walk up to cop and look him in the eye!
Read the FBI’s own stats on police shootings you moron! 235 blacks shot last year, 370 whites! Whites make up 60% of the population and commit roughly 60% of all violent crime, but blacks are 13% of the population, yet they commit 36% of all violent crime! WHITE PRIVILEGE IS A MYTH CREATED BY MARXISTS TO DESTABILIZE THIS COUNTRY, YOU BRAIN WASHED, BRAIN DEAD JUG HEAD!

        • Manse, wrong. The only thing those boomers do is wave thin blue line and trump flags. I have seen them. Weeks after the initial BLM protest in Kalispell, the boomers showed up blasting country music and waving their flags. They also harassed people across the street who were doing nothing… They are fucking idiots. I showed up, witnessed the cringe facebook shared fox news style bullshit, stole a hamburger and left.

        • Yea manse, that was one side of the street where the BLM supporters cornered themselves because they felt surrounded by “larpers”… and that was from the one I mentioned a week before the boomers showed up. I encounter them every day here in Kalispell. They are so out of touch it’s not even funny with the current situation. One guy even comes in the shop regularly and every word out of his mouth is “well you better thank Trump for this, or that” and it’s totally irrelevant to ANYONE in presidency. You can think what you want, but I know what I see on a daily basis. I mean, bless their little hearts and all for being “patriotic”, but it’s entirely too trustful and secluded.

      • I already proved you wrong on ALL your theories and you refused to look at the evidence. Shut the fuck up, you are wrong.

        • “I already proved you wrong on ALL your theories and you refused to look at the evidence. Shut the fuck up, you are wrong“

That’s what you call “circular logic….”
          Why all the hostility???? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

        • tdiinva just runs their mouth about this shit. they tried it once before, refused to reply to all the evidence I provided after asking for it, which is overwhelmingly easy to find on this case, and here they are again saying the same incorrect shit. It’s always funny when certain people want to call me out but can’t back it up, so they get what they deserve. And tdiinva is one of them, right along side Ron. They deserve hostility, because their parent’s did not discipline them enough and now as boomers they are the exact reason the word exists. Fuck em.

      • The “joint warrant” thing doesn’t excuse the raid because it’s precisely the heart of the problem. They had good evidence the primary location was a drug house. Then they glommed Breonna Taylor’s home onto the same warrant for no other reason than that she had visited that house on a several occasions. That should never have flown. Sure, someone visiting a known drug dealer could have been a criminal associate. But drug dealers have family and friends outside the drug business, and they offered no evidence she was involved in that side of his life, let alone that she was so especially dangerous that it would be safer to bash down her door under cover of darkness.

  3. Go to a war zone & expect shit to happen…..Guess he learned the hard way, as most tend to do! So are the police defunded or do they have to investigate?

    • To A.P. – Right. Isn’t that what they teach us in Conceal Carry classes? Avoid bad situations. I’m not going to any protest marches. Around here, you never know when a spark can ignite a serious situation. Maybe I’m just a chicken, but I want to keep all my teeth and my skull intact.

  4. I love how some folks assumed that ‘victim of systematic oppression’ was a right-wing fascist.
Where do they get this notion that the only people who don’t like them are right wing people?

Though I admit, considering how these protest usually become violent at some point, I’m somewhat surprised this doesn’t happen more often.

  5. Douches with cameras will sometimes accidentally capture something. Like this video, that something will be lost in a mad confusion of running away.

I say that, knowing full well that I wouldn’t be a good cameraman either. You can’t hold a camera steady while running toward the gunfire, either.

  6. Allying your cause and your self with every vagrant, addict and mental defective under a bridge.
    What could possibly go wrong?

  7. Is this Protester VS Protester like Spy VS Spy? Hard to tell who the players are…so let’s have another cup of coffee, let’s have another cup of tea.

  8. The video was confusing. It looked as if one guy walking towards the shooter in the very beginning may have had a gun- if so, he fled and didn’t use it. Later on a few protesters(??) with ARs show up around the guy bleeding out. Did they shoot the perp? Apparently someone did.

Lot of shots fired for very few deaths. Good thing the shooter- who would have been called a protestor as late as a few hours before the shooting- either wasn’t accurate or only had beef with that one guy.

    • Hannibal,

I wondered the same thing when I watched that video the first time. Then I replayed it and I think that man at the beginning of the video is holding a dark glass beer bottle rather than a handgun.

Watch it again and see what you think.

      • I couldn’t tell. I thought that maybe I was seeing gun because that’s what I was thinking, which might be the case.

  9. The chicken who runs away lives to cluck another day! My priority is myself, my wife, and my 4 kids. Circumstances would have to be dire and clear for me to get involved in someone else’s business. If my kids are with me, NOTHING comes before them.

  10. Interesting. I replied to a comment that is no longer there, and my comment showed up as a preview and is awaiting moderation. Could it be them at TTAG in finally cleaning up its comments section? It really has gone into the gutter over the last few years.

Or did goggle threaten to demonetize them if they didn’t purge the comments that violate the feelings of the woke?

    • I normally jump to conclusions but sometimes there are genuine glitches. I have had innocuous postings not appear. But I have my suspicions.

      • Either way I really miss the ability to edit my posts. Seems my phone autoincorrects things after I’ve typed them and moved on. It’s really weird.

        • I need an edit function for both autocorrect and my habit of my brain moving faster than my fingers. It takes multiple edits to get it right.

        • Click “Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment.” and you get five minutes to edit your comments.

As for the comments section, its hit and miss. I find comments “glitch” and never even go to the moderation bin. Its been happening more often but C&P to your computer clipboard is an easy work around right now. It’s easy to spot because there is usually a delay when “post comment” is hit, when there is no delay, the comment needs to be posted again.

    • We have never been monetized by Google. They don’t monetize gun-related sites.

The WordPress comment system is its own mystery. We have certain obvious words that cause a post to hang up for moderation, but very few. Beyond that, sometimes it pends comments for no apparent reason.

      • Good to know Dan. Giggle is evil. Do some users have the ability to delete their own posts? Otherwise a glitch or a cleansing are the other options I can imagine. I’m not overly perturbed; just wondering.

    • “cleaning up” aka censoring the comments section doesn’t eliminate what people feel and think, it does drip gasoline on the fire though, one person at a time.

It’s normal site function for that you describe, usually replies to a deleted comment are also deleted. Some comments seem to be flagged with all responses going into a moderation bin, and some users seem to be restricted from posting to certain articles. I have put comments on different articles from the same author just to test that aspect but it doesn’t seem to apply.

Hard to know how the back end operates, it can only be speculated at from the behavior of the front end.

  11. How did a homeless guy get a gun, which looks like it may be a pcc. Odd in both respects.

    • Easy. He got it from the same dude he got his drugs from. You’d be surprised how many homeless people just live that way and collect something like disability.

      • You are a special kind of f#@king stupid! Been there, done that, got my free 2nd hand tee shirt. Literally no one is homeless for fun and profit. If someone is getting disability payments, I assure you they are really messed up one way or another. Tell me something Moron Actually, have you ever tried to get assistance from the government? Yeah, it’s about as easy as going to a gun show and walking out with a belt fed machine gun without a background check.

        • I get a check every month. LOL!

Took about 8 months to get everything in order. You were saying?

Also, never said they were homeless for “fun or profit”, asshole. You see, the problem with TTAGers is THEY CAN’T FUCKING READ. I know for a fact some people CHOOSE to live homeless because it’s a lifestyle. Others are badly addicted to drugs. Some just fall on hard times, and some deserve it. Literally has nothing to do with how they obtain money, and yes, some actually do get some form of assistance. They more than likely are smart enough to have some location as a “residence” and so on and so forth. It’s not uncommon, and it’s certainly not as negative as you made it out to be. WTF is wrong with people in this comment section? Don’t want your buttons pushed? Don’t push mine. Scared of some wordy dirds? Pray them away at night and suck it up.

          I accept your apology.

          • Yeah, always heard the old saw “You could be just 2 paychecks away for being homeless” and never considered it could be me. WRONG! Although the decent into homelessness took 15 years and a handful of bad breaks one after another, starting with a serious back injury at work in 2000. Probably could have fought to get disability but that was not in my nature. I knew I was still able to do something to carry my own weight, so I did. I pushed on, took a 60% cut in pay, needed an emergency appendectomy (with no health insurance) to the tune of $23,000, credit shot, car wreck and finally employer(who knew 9 months in advance but hid the truth from me) restructured pay scale cutting my annual income from 22k to 9.6k with just 4 weeks notice. I had no choice, business expenses (7 day/week newspaper motor route) roughly equaled 70% total income, I had to quit. Evicted and living in my vehicle with my 2 dogs for the next 19 months. Found part time work right away but stayed homeless mostly due to bad credit and eviction (disqualifying at most all rental properties). Took a solid year + to get a section 8 housing voucher. I continue to struggle both physically and financially but preserver none the less. I’ve made mistakes along the way, but I own them. The fickle finger of fate and my own choices got me where I am today. I accept responsibility for my situation, But I will be damned if I’ll take the blame for anyone else’s.

        • Also, since we are talking about the shirt, got mine 2 years after getting out of the Army. Drugs were a factor for me. Got low, etc etc… Woe is me, pity for the helpless and family finally had enough of my shit, gave me some tough love, helped me clean up and get VA assistance. I filed for PTSD last december and I just had my first check this month. With back pay. I never wanted to, but through the “counseling” (Really just documenting for my claim) and words from my family they encouraged me to b/c it would help me from going back to where I was, twice since 2012. Another thing that saved me, and I have been vocal about here, is guns! Crazy right? A family member that I was staying with at the time of my recovery was all about guns and it’s how I got into all the stuff I am in now. Literally saved my life and gave me a reason to fight. Now the government funds my boog shit, and I have obtained quite a few things in just 4 years. Overdrive now. Better late than never.

Obviously, would be harder for non veterans especially homeless without a residence to get assistance, but there are ways, and just because it’s hard does not mean it cannot be done. You have to help yourself. Most homeless people don’t want to do that. I know I didn’t. Sometimes it takes a swift kick in the ass.

          What size is your shirt?

        • Wow. You check in every hour or so to find something to get whipped up about Monty? Seriously bro hypertension is the silent killer. Or you heard we have a opening for a new preserve and are looking to fill it?

    • The constitution says nothing about having to have a permanent address to exercise your 2a rights or any other rights.

Living in a van down by the river may not be how I would live but the person that decides to live that way is still a citizen with all the rights.

      • That’s a very good point and honestly, not something I ever thought of. When I bought my p365XL I had to buy a conservation license because my address changed and recently given thought to living a “mobile” lifestyle. Food for thought. Thank you sir.

        • In the state of CA, my home for the time, you cannot buy a firearm without proof of residence. And not just a DL. You have to have something else with the same address on it. Utility bill, vehicle registration, etc.

A state ran by dems and they are very comfortable with denying civil and human rights to large segments of the population.

    • Probably for the same reason truckers carry them… it’s a dangerous life. As to how? Probably illegally, given his previous run ins with the law.

    • DO NOT believe this communist propaganda…
“Homeless” people around here DO NOT have the money to purchase guns….
Just more BS from the diversity crowd to demonize white people….. and to prove the diversity crowds indifference to white people, they threw a white HOMELESS man under the bus for this….. no shame in the ghetto game…. lol….

  12. havent released his name yet
must be a known blm or antifa type
it would explain him being a dick and nobody wanting him around

  13. I think we can look forward to many more shootings at these BLM/Antifa street fairs. Well, I’m looking forward to many more. You might not be. As far as I’m concerned, the only good Antifa . . . .

  14. These people want to defund and disband the police but the first thing that they do when one of their own goes even further off the rails is yell “call 911”. The shoot was tragic but these woke children are idiots by way of our public education indoctrination system.

  15. I got a question for those of you who want peace officers instead of law enforcement officers. The latest count in Chicago is 14 KIA (one 20 month old, one 10 year old) and 42 WIA. How would a peace officer bring peace to Chicago?

    • By protecting the communities that are civilized and letting the rest of the city correct it’s self by letting it burn down.

      • I am going to play Grammer Nazi. The word is itself. You, or autocorrect, wrote it is self.

20 year white kid coming home from work was shot and killed in a robbery in decent neighborhood. How would peace officer prevent or respond to such an event?

        • A hypothetical? What does race have to do with this or are you baiting, disregard, I already know you are troll baiting.

I can’t know another person’s mind and neither can you, but the behavior I expect from a peace officer would be to immediately stop the threat if the crime is occurring in the presence of the officer. Robbery is an inherently violent crime and its fairly difficult to rob someone without the use of force. Pickpockets need not apply. With regular patrols and the application of force, word will quickly spread throughout the dregs in the uncivilized parts of the city that certain neighborhoods are off limits.

I have family in Houston that lives in an up class neighborhood and it’s still fairly nice while the surrounding city is going to ****. The community has at least one constable patrolling at all times and the crime is low within the community despite being surrounded by a deteriorating city and being without walls.

If the crime has already occurred, there isn’t much that can be done but pick up the pieces and put out a BOLO. Hopefully the peace officers nail the offender before he commits another crime. Maybe if we started executing them more and releasing them less, we wouldn’t have people going in and out of the justice system 20, 100 times, only to come out and continue to commit crimes.

How much surveillance you want in your community, electronic or otherwise, and how many constables you want to fund, if you want a wall, etc, will play a role in how effective the peace officers are. Their effectiveness depends on having supporting elements or they will be handicapped.

        • How would a police officer have prevented it? You are presenting “what if’s” trying to push your agenda.

        • Yes, it’s grammar. But then no, it’s diction, not grammar.

    • And a new record for NYC, 11 shot in 12 hours… Get the party started, get the show on the road, DEFUND THE POLICE now.. quit fucking around, turn the animals loose on one another, I’m not worried they would have to be able to read a map to find my place, only cops here are 5.56, 7.62×51, 7.62×54, 7.62×39, 300 blackout, 8 MM (1916 Gerwher 98K aka Mauser) 12 ga, .22, .22 lr, .22 mag, .38 spec, .357 mag, 10 MM, 9 MM, .45 and an old .44 black powder Navy Colt that works better than new…. DO IT, (thinking about adding a 40 of some kind just for the ammo availability when TSHTF)…

      • Actually that Mauser uses 7.92 mm. Also the 98k model didn’t exist in 1916 it was adopted in 1935.

        • You want fucking technical, cool, but when you buy ammo for that bitch the box says 8MM MAUSER and they are commonly designated 8MM Mauser around the world.. No one says oh yeah I got a 7.92 Mauser, ….And yes the K98 which was a shortened “improved” version was not adopted until 1935 and my 1916 model is actually designated GEW 98, but who the hell ever heard of that? so, ooopps WGAF, you can read…. How many 104 yr old guns do you own with all matching numbers that can take down a buck at 1000 yards with the original iron sights…

        • “How many 104 yr old guns do you own with all matching numbers that can take down a buck at 1000 yards with the original iron sights…“

          TAKE THAT!!!!!!! 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

          The banter here is hilarious!!!!

        • Well I do own a Winchester Model 1894 produced in 1906 passed down from my great grandfather. As to if it would take a buck at 1000 yards with iron sights well i don’t have an overly narcissistic open of my marksmanship so I wouldn’t take a shot like that and risk an just wounding of an animal for it to run off and die someplace. On the other hand even at my decrepit age I still have the field craft to stalk a deer to a realistic range.

  16. The civil unrest in Louisville is derived from an absence of trust, which is derived from a consistent absence of truth. The void left by a lack of truth is immediately occupied by guesses, conjecture, and wild hypothesis that are only limited by imagination.

Until the truth is told on a consistent basis, trust can never be established, and our society will further devolve into unwarranted violent actions/responses. At this point, our logical recourse is to pursue the truth and reject the temptation to let our imaginations run wild.

If we can’t find the strength to pursue, to demand the truth; then we will live an existence more desperate than we are able to conceive. We are at a tipping point.

  17. Lol….I live in this HELLHOLE city…..
The video doesn’t even begin to shine any light on how far this city has fallen in the last 30-40 years….
