Yes, we call these pocket dumps, and many of the items people display are carried in pockets. But the pistols usually aren’t. In this case, though, Derrick totes a Ruger LCP, a true pocket pistol if ever there was one. Slip one into a pocket holster and you’re good to go all day long without being weighed down and no one will be the wiser.

Or a handle for bits or blades.
Or perhaps key for his wheels.
Perhaps if they are willing to post a photo they can list the make/model/description of items as well. Not everything is obvious to everyone every time.
Just a thought.
Not sure about what threat the concealed carrier of the above pocket dump is planning to stop. The person who carries the above, or similar, has either situational awareness that is beyond approach, or has not truly begun to think about multiple attackers.
