Kordel Day’s a firefighter, so doesn’t carry during the day while he’s on the job. The evening, though, is a different story. His after-dark gear includes a not-so-compact Smith & Wesson M&P9 with a 4.25-inch barrel.

He doesn’t say how he carries it, but if we had to guess, it’s probably outside the waistband under an un-tucked shirt. That would be our preferred method for that pistol. You?

    • I had one of those… until the AAA batteries in it corroded and killed it.
A nice, lightweight light, as easy to tote around as a Sharpie marker but a bit dimmer than I’d like in a true tac light… these days I insist on lights that put out at least 150 lumens or better.
      🤠

  1. I carry a 4.25″ USP IWB all the time. OWB is pretty rare for me with that gun. Unless I’m on a bike. Without retention losing it from a bike is a consideration.
