OK, my wife the painter has us watching Work of Art/Next Great Artist, a reality competition show on Bravo. They wheel out guest judge Andres Serrano, who is most famous for shock art like Piss Christ, as well as photos of klansmen, nomads and feces. I don’t need to be shocked that much, but many of his photos are decent, such as Objects of Desire, a handful of close-ups of a Colt D.A. 38, a Colt D.A. 45, and a Virginian Dragoon .44 Magnum.
