penned typed a Unabomber-like manifesto for the world to read in which he calls the murders he’s committed so far “a necessary evil that I do not enjoy but must partake and complete for substantial change to occur within the LAPD and reclaim my name.” Oh, and in case you’re wondering what an unhinged homicidal maniac thinks about the prospect of a new assault weapons ban, he’s in complete agreement with the President and the leading lights in the Senate. “Why does any sportsman need a 30 round magazine for hunting? Why does anyone need a suppressor? Why does anyone need a AR15 rifle? This is the same small arms weapons system utilized in eradicating Al Qaeda, Taliban, and every enemy combatant since the Vietnam war.” Sounds like it could have come from a White House speech writer.
