It’s been ages since we first checked in with prop-meister Zander Brandt’s M-29 Incisor Rifle project for an unnamed fan of the Mass Effect videogame series. As you can see from the final images, nobody does the George Lucas pre-distressed look better than Brandt. For those you who may wondering what this weapon is supposed to do (i.e. those of you who haven’t experienced high Mass), here’s a word from the wiki-wise: “Firing three shots with each pull of the trigger, the Incisor’s burst is so fast that all three rounds will be in the target by the time the barrel has moved a millimeter, increasing its stopping power without sacrificing accuracy. As an added benefit, the noise of the burst is comparable to a single rifle shot in duration, making it no easier to locate the sniper by sound.” Brandt’s gun is quieter still.
