GLOCK has a website widget to help newbies choose an appropriate model from their selection of 50 – count ’em 50 – pistols. It’s a branching do-hickey that falls down at the third entry, where the programmers ask aspiring GLOCK owners to decide whether they want their handgun for home defense or concealed carry. I own a GLOCK 19 (with a Ghost trigger and night sights) for BOTH home carry AND concealed carry. And, soon, open carry. And maybe competition. In fact, I reckon the 19’s do-it-all versatility is what sets the 19 apart from its ballistic brethren and many of its competitors.
