Question of the Day: Boycott Anti-Gun Celebrities?

If you watched last night’s Grammy Awards for more than five minutes, you have a greater tolerance for social justice warfare than I do. The #metoo thing took center stage. Literally. Not to mention DACA dancing set to the beat of Trump bashing, featuring none-time Grammy Award nominee Hillary Clinton. I suppose it’s something of a blessing. Gun control wasn’t highlighted. That said . . .

The virulently anti-gun rights eds at Rolling Stone bent over backwards to put civilian disarmament in the Grammy spotlight. Like this:

On Sunday, during a conversation with Rolling Stone hours before the 2017 Grammy Awards, [singer Marin] Morris broke ranks with country music’s conservative wing once again.

“Having this open conversation about gun rights would be a start, [as well as] changing legislation,” she said, when asked to offer some potential solutions to America’s plague of mass shootings.

Changing legislation is like changing keys in a song, right? Maybe celebrities should STFU about guns and, while they’re not at it, ALL political topics.

I know: how could they feel good about themselves — and achieve an appropriate level of social status amongst Hollywood’s champagne socialists — if they don’t do something with their money and fame to save the world? And yes, there are pro-gun rights celebrities.

Meanwhile, boycott?
