My greatest firearms-related hope for 2017: National Reciprocity. If all states recognized all states’ concealed carry permits, American gun rights would be safer than they’ve been for decades. Saying that, I’d settle for starting for 2017 with passage of The Hearing Protection Act — making suppressors as easy to buy as firearms.
