Walton said during a news conference Friday. Walton identified the gunman as Cedric Larry Ford, 38, of Newton, Kan. ‘He’s been in my jail a couple of times before,’ Walton said of Ford. The restraining order was served to Ford while he was at work at the factory where he would later open fire, Walton said.” Ford was stopped by a good guy with a gun (a cop). But not soon enough.
