As a certified SIG SAUER Active Shooter Response Instructor, I can tell you that a modern sporting rifle is exponentially better for eliminating a school shooter than pepper spray, a TASER or a handgun. Easier to aim and easier to hit what you’re aiming at, making them more lethal. (Lethal is good.)
