It’s revenge served luke-warm; Bank of America unceremoniously dumped Mr. MacMillan’s mob back in April 2012. MMS promises to donate an unspecified percentage of CC fees to unspecified firearms and outdoor associations. One wonders if Big Mac’s gonna issue a credit card . . .
