No it didn’t! “The quote is wholly fabricated,” the Hawkeye State paper insists. “Clinton was never quoted in the Register making that statement, and it appears she has not made such a statement anywhere else.” But it’s showing up everywhere else: Facebook, Instagram, etc. The question is: is she thinking it? Why else would it go viral?
