The Ferguson, Missouri police department have named the officer who shot and killed unarmed black teen Michael Brown [above], setting off days of looting and rioting. Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson gave a timeline for the shooting, then named the Officer who pulled the trigger as six-year veteran Darren Wilson.
