The demonstration was supposed to instruct the class about making decisions ‘using simulated lethal force,’ according to Chief Thomas Lewis.” So the officer responsible for this travesty not only failed to clear his handgun, but he had his finger on the trigger and pointed it at someone in a room full of people. Three of four safety rules broken. This is what blue guns were made for. But remember, civilians can’t be trusted with the awesome responsibility that is gun ownership.
