Our spies tell us that Cook County State’s Attorney Anita Alvarez is the major roadblock preventing Illinois’ gun owners from legally practicing the “bear” part of the Second Amendment. The anti-gun politician’s scheduled a press conference for Tuesday, and you can bet Dido’s White Flag will be running in the back of her mind. No surprise there.
