This seems to be the year of the AR-10 — everybody and their brother is getting in on the .308 caliber AR style rifles. While CMMG has had an AR-10 in their catalog for quite some time now, what makes this one special is exactly how goddamn light the thing is. Seriously, it was like a longer AR-15, not something in 7.62×51. The rail was a nice touch as well, so fresh off the milling machine that they flew it into town and slapped it on the gun just as the show was opening. Rails where you need them, grippy holes where you don’t. Oh, and they went with a Geiselle trigger for extra awesomeness.
