UPDATE: As is usually the case, the story in Cincinnati has changed since initial reports. CNN is now reporting three dead in addition to the shooter with two more people wounded.
At least three people were killed Thursday in a shooting at the Fifth Third Center in Cincinnati’s Fountain Square, Police Chief Eliot Isaac said.
The suspect is also dead, Isaac said. Two others were injured, he said.
The shooting began just after 9 a.m. ET. The gunman entered a loading dock and opened fire before entering the lobby of the building, where three or four police officers engaged him, Isaac said.
There was a senseless act of gun violence on the streets of Cincinnati this morning. I’ve spoken with the Mayor and informed him the state will provide any necessary resources to the local police. 1/

As always, early “facts” in these situations are confused, misreported and frequently incorrect. More as it becomes available.
