Will you be in the northeast this weekend? Do you need to zero your rifle for hunting season? SIG SAUER has you covered. They’re opening up the SIG SAUER Academy this Saturday where you’ll get a class on bore sighting and zeroing rifle and time on the range to get things dialed in. All at no charge.

  1. This sounds like a good idea to promote their scopes. I think the Tango6T looks interesting, but it’s a bit spendy for my tastes. I have one of their cheap red dots, and it works great.

  2. Other than the obvious self promotion by Sig, what is the point of this article?
    Almost all here can zero a rifle by now, as most have had weapons longer than a week or so.

    • We reach almost two million readers a month. They range from experienced owners of multiple guns who load their own ammunition to rank beginners and those who don’t own guns at all.

      We try to serve all of those readers, not just the longtime gun owners.

    • Range Time and Ammo are costly. Some people are more skilled than others at zeroing. Personally, i find it tedious and would love to have a smiling professional do it for me.

  3. If you live nearby and have never been to the Sig range/academy ,I suggest attending,you won’t be disappointed in one of the best ranges in New England.
