280 miles! 26 cyclists begin ride from Washington, DC, to Connecticut to honor gun violence victims.

Stay armed my friends! . . . Couple camping in California receives disturbing threat – “A local couple thought they had found just what they were looking for in Colfax, but soon after they unpacked here on Easter weekend, their storybook stay at the Bear River Campground felt more like the storyline in a horror film . . . They say a group of male campers with a rusted truck, BB guns and a chainsaw complimented their music and even invited them over for beer. But later said it was their territory and threatened if they didn’t leave by sun up they’d raid their tent and rape the woman.”

Stay disarmed my children! . . . Police draw guns on high school students playing ‘Senior Assassin’ – The high school students playing the “Senior Assassin” game were only armed with a water rifle but the cops who chased them down Sunday and pulled over what they thought was a truck fleeing a crime were carrying real guns – and they had them out and ready . . . ‘Officers conducted a felony stop which resulted in withdrawing their service weapons at a low ready position,’ Powers wrote. Officers quickly identified the students and realized they were probably playing ‘Senior Assassin,’ [School Resource Officer Phil] Powers said. A large water gun was found in the vehicle, he said.”

Wonder why The New York Times didn’t mention the fact that Mexican journalists are legally disarmed . . . In Mexico, ‘It’s Easy to Kill a Journalist’ – “March was the worst month on record for Mexico, ever, according to Article 19, a group that tracks crimes against journalists worldwide. At least seven journalists were shot across the country last month — outside their front doors, relaxing in a hammock, leaving a restaurant, out reporting a story. Three of them died, dispatched by armed men who vanished without a trace.” Here in the States, the Second protects the First. Someone should tell the Times, whose publisher has a New York City carry permit.

I’m sure it was their idea . . . Suspected guns-for-weed deals net Merritt College basketball player – “During an investigation spanning several months, which ended with the two men being arrested April 25 in Oakland, undercover officers with the Mendocino County Major Crimes Task Force seized four assault rifles, some pistols and extended ammunition clips, authorities said.” Clips. Heh.

Now that’s what I call reloading!

May the fourth be with you.

  1. Didn’t King publish an anti-gun novella or something after Sandy Hook with the proceeds from buyers going to a gun control group? I wonder what he thinks of this film.

  2. You’re going to come back in the morning and hurt us? How you planning to get back to your truck with my load of buckshot you’re stealing?

I’ve been in them hills. And I’m still walking upright. Wonder why? Being raised by violent rednecks has some advantages.

    • Yep. That right there is a good way to catch a .44 mag in the face. I don’t ever camp or go into the woods without it.

  3. Yeah, need more info on that whole asassins creed game thing before judging the cops. Teens these days have some new version of the “knockout game” where they don masks and fake guns and do surprise “assassinations” in public on unsuspecting victims as part of a prank. It’s all gonna end when they ambush someone who lights their asses up and there’s 6 dead teenagers bleeding out on the pavement.

    • When we played assassin’s back in the day. It was with a group of people who all put their name in the hat. Then which ever name you drew was your target. No outsiders out bystanders involved. That being said they may play differently now.

  4. what the heck is Mendocino county oafs doing in Oakland? that’s like 5 hours up the 101 from Oakland.

I grew up in mendocino county and never had a negative interaction with LE up there. but those waffle heads dont need to be in oakland, wow.

  5. Oh, man, thanks for that last bit. I haven’t been to Ace’s page in *eons*.

For all of you who hated the second batch of 3 Star Wars movies as much as I have, the indomitable “Triumph The Insult Comic Dog’ did a world-class slapdown of Star Wars geeks with his interactions with those costumed dweebs waiting in line to see the ‘Clones’ movie.

Prepare to laugh your ass off:

    • Triumph was the only redeeming (or funny) part of Conehead O’Dipshft’s show. At least the puppet dog is still pretty darn hilarious. If only he could spread that knowledge… 😉

  6. Note to self: put the suburban Chablis swilling virtue signaling bourgeois douche bags in the camps first.

  7. I always hate when some group of turds takes a thing I like and wields it for stupidity. My riding has dropped way off and my group riding has been non existent for a few years now thanks to jerk offs conflating a physical outdoor recreational act with SJW bullshit. The worst part is 280 miles in 3/4 days isn’t remotely remarkable unless they’re all fat sick turds recovering from a stroke.

I’m doing a perfectly ordinary unremarkable thing FOR A CAUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOOK AT ME!!! LOOK AT ME!!!!! LOOK AT ME!!!!!!!

I’ll rip off an unsupported triple century tomorrow for the “you’re all a bunch of bitches” foundation. Media coverage? Interviews?

  8. Stay the hell out of kalifornia. Spend your time an money in a state that respects Freedom and Liberty. It truly sucks living (if one dares call it living) in this lefty progressive democrud hell.

  9. Here in Detroit all our journalists had concealed carry permits long before ‘shall issue’. Bet the NYT reporters covering the hood do too!
