Antifa “Gun Club” Responds To Fake Gun Critics With Laughable “Range Day” Intimidation Video – “The group has appeared to respond to criticisms of ‘LARPing‘ with fake guns by releasing a YouTube video entitled ‘Phoenix John Brown Gun Club – Range Day’.  But this video ends up exposing not only the group’s laughable lack of experience with firearms, it all but confirms the (even more difficult to deny) accusation that their ‘open carry’ demonstration did include several fake firearms.” Go figure.

Donald Trump delivers 100 days of 2nd Amendment victories: Chris Cox – “Thanks to President Trump, we are now back to having a 5-4 pro-gun majority on the U.S. Supreme Court. He appointed Jeff Sessions as Attorney General, which means the Department of Justice will return to focusing on prosecuting violent criminals instead of targeting law-abiding gun owners. In Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke, Trump has appointed a man who is firmly committed to protecting hunting and shooting as priority uses on our public lands. In fact, Zinke repealed one of Barack Obama’s most egregious anti-gun policies on his very first day on the job. Ultimately, politicians are judged on whether they keep their promises. For law-abiding gun owners, Trump has kept his promises, after running as the most pro-Second Amendment candidate in history.” Not being Hillary is a huge victory in and of itself.

Don’t be that guy . . . Man Accidentally Shoots Himself in the Leg During Road Rage Incident in Victorville: Officials – “Deputies responded to a shopping center parking lot about 4:36 p.m. Saturday after receiving reports of a man being assaulted and possibly shot. Deputies found Chris Chow, 54, at the scene suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. Chow shot himself during a road rage incident also involving 21-year-old Chance Givens, which started near Petaluma Road and Mall Boulevard, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department said in a news release.”

They don’t give a damn about gun safety, only gun control . . . The Left Slams Even the NRA’s Program to Keep Children Away from Guns – “The same media voices who are relentlessly opposed to private gun ownership are largely unwilling to give the Eddie Eagle program any credit or praise, often hitting it with nonsensical criticisms. At the Huffington Post, Mike Weisser dismissed the program as a “cynical and craven marketing ploy.” (Marketing what?) The Brady Campaign contends that Eddie Eagle “normalizes the presence of guns in kids’ lives from a very early age.” (Isn’t telling the kids to run away from them and tell a grown-up the opposite of “normalizing” them?) Like everything else that doesn’t fit with the worldview of the studio audience of a New York City comedy show, Eddie Eagle has been mocked by Samantha Bee.” Sneering condescension is pretty much all they know.

HuffPo appears to have four anti-gun posts they crank out over and over again . . . We Need To Treat Gun Violence Like A Public Health Problem – “I imagine I’m not the only health professional who feels this way ― in medical training we spend years learning and treating HIV, hypertension, peptic ulcers, and anemia, but we don’t learn how to prevent and treat gun violence, which causes more deaths than all of these diseases combined. … To be sure, there are many reasons why gun violence is very different from other causes of morbidity and mortality. For one, many firearm injuries are intentional, and a slew of complex and interrelated issues like mental illness, a history of violence, substance use, and access to guns may relate to why a shooter ultimately decides to pull the trigger.”

And it’s driving them insane . . . Donald Trump wins the gun-politics war without firing a shot – “The cheers for President Donald Trump at a National Rifle Association convention Friday showed that he’s sitting pretty among gun-rights activists. To keep it that way, the president doesn’t need to do much of anything, for the moment. Trump already put Neil Gorsuch on the U.S. Supreme Court….”

  1. Someone needs to tell those idiots what a real redneck looks and acts like. They’re a disgrace to the name.

    • How do they operate so operationally in those skinny jeans? It’s also amazing how they really stretch the legs of the 556 round.

  2. So, my take away from the antifa video is that if they shoot at me from a range of more than about 20 yards, even with a rifle, it’s the folks around me who are in more danger than I am.

    Seem about right?

  3. So the Phoenix John Brown Gun Club destroys a symbolic nazi, a symbolic communist and a symbolic KKKlansman.

    What’s not to like?

We have old fat white guys. They have young fat black women. I guess that helps round things out. I just hope they clean up their mess. Otherwise it gives gun owners a bad rep.

    • You’re clearly not familiar with the imagery of Pepe the Frog that was being used, what it means or what it means to them.

      • oy. savitri devi?
never once in my life have i typed “lol” but i could see using “kek.”
        what else don’t i know?

    • Problem being that anyone that does not agree with their world views is a NAZI. They are against Trump and that is fine, but they are also against the Concept of Free Speech (again, andy speech not in line with them is hate speech) and will use violence to express this view onto others

      • True enough, they are misguided, intolerant socialist idiots. There is plenty about their opinions that disgust me.

But the video showed only what it showed. They shot holes in the symbols of racism and communism.

I also noticed the one dude wearing the big hood. He’s obviously too much of a coward to be seen associating with such people.

        • “But the video showed only what it showed. They shot holes in the symbols of racism and communism.”

OK, I don’t want to get too far into the weeds here but you’re falling into the trap of believing what they want you to believe. This requires a bit of interwebz knowledge to understand.

Pepe the Frog is a popular meme on the internet that was adopted by a lot of Trump supporters but also HRC detractors and other freedom minded people in general on places like 4chan. Some idiot went and told a reporter for The Daily Beast that it was a white nationalist/racist/xenophobic/Nazi meme (and to be fair there has been a little bit of that but it’s not widespread at all). She ran out and plastered the internet with the notion that anyone who uses the meme is a racist/Nazi. The person who told her that then went to The Daily Caller and explained what they had done and how stupid the journalist who wrote the original piece was because she just fell for his BS when he effectively trolled her in real life.

Trump supporters and other freedom minded people continued to use the meme in non-racist and non-socialist ways yet the nonsense from the original story stuck to the point that the ADL and the HRC campaign both labeled the meme and it’s users as a bunch of racist/Nazi jackwagons. HRC’s campaign went so far as to say that Trump promoted the meme as a dog whistle to Neo-Nazis (as far as I know no part of that statement is true, but don’t hold me to that I might have missed something). Fast forward to today and that notion still sticks on the hard Left and the meme has become a meme of a meme to them.

Therefore, what you’re seeing isn’t just shooting the symbols of racism, communism, fascism etc. The use of Pepe the Frog a thinly veiled threat against people with whom these “antifa” idiots disagree politically. They’re effectively taking their whole “punch a Nazi” (Nazi = anyone we disagree with) up a notch to “shoot a Nazi”.

The entire video is effectively a threat against the safety and the life of anyone they deem to be a “Nazi” which, btw, includes very nearly everyone who reads this site. They’re taking 4chan and 8chan venom, bringing it into real life and basically saying that they’re armed and willing to shoot anyone they don’t like. To those who understand the message it’s an undeniable attempt to chill free speech by implicit threat of death or great bodily harm via GSW.

That’s why it’s important to take note of this. These people are not nice and they’re not “just shooting the symbols of hate”. They are the embodiment of hate and this is them attempting to shut down debate via threats of violence.

        • strych9’s statement is spot on.

When we see videos of ISIS or Taliban shooting and training with weapons, we don’t celebrate their pro-2A position. We understand the implicit threat.

        • Strych9 I appreciate the background on Pepe. And while I wasn’t aware of the whole story, the idea that they would invent a symbol and call it a Nazi while at the same time calling everyone who disagrees with them a Nazi does not surprise me in the least.

When you’re ignorant and you aren’t getting your way, name-calling is about all you have.

        • “The entire video is effectively a threat against the safety and the life of anyone they deem to be a ‘Nazi'”

Based on the shooting skills on display, the video shows a bigger threat to the safety of anyone who happens to be standing ten feet away from anyone they deem a “Nazi”. The “Nazi” is probably pretty safe.

        • ..Therefore, what you’re seeing isn’t just shooting the symbols of racism, communism, fascism etc. The use of Pepe the Frog a thinly veiled threat against people with whom these “antifa” idiots disagree politically. They’re effectively taking their whole “punch a Nazi” (Nazi = anyone we disagree with) up a notch to “shoot a Nazi”.

…which, btw, includes very nearly everyone who reads this site.

Excellent summary. Emotional children though they are, when they say shooting someone you disagree with is a “Righteous act”, then they are fair game for extermination.

What they have just done is give every human being that’s confronted by masked antifa thugs legitimate fear for thier lives. ANTIFA openly promotes lethal violence towards anyone who disagrees with them, as shown in this video.

    • Curtis, they see YOU as the enemy just for not be as hard core of a marxist as they pretend to be.

Understand the issues at hand before you type you fucking moron.

    • “So the Phoenix John Brown Gun Club destroys a symbolic nazi, a symbolic communist and a symbolic KKKlansman.”
Not one of which, by the way, is a fascist.
These people don’t even know who they think they are fighting.

  4. Hey I WAS fairly happy with Trump until a few days ago. Now Springfield and RRA has taken my buzz away. My wife asks me why I keep buying more guns…

  5. “Gun violence” is not a disease. You cannot cut it out with surgery, you cannot cure it with drugs, and you cannot eliminate it by eliminating guns. It is not, therefore, a public health issue. Get over yourself and get back to practicing medicine.

    • “To be sure, there are many reasons why gun violence is very different from other causes of morbidity and mortality. “ But let’s go ahead and treat it just like those other things anyway? These people make my head hurt.

  6. The Antifa needs to spend a few days and LEARN HOW TO AIM. Seriously, I’m not that great of a shot and I can take my S&W 66 and shoot better than they can with a rifle at that range while doing so at a significantly higher rate of fire. I only have 6 shots, my reloads take longer!

    • The fusillades remind me of the scene in The Magnificent Seven (both versions) where the farmers are getting by trained and our heros begin to abandon hope. It looked like they had one RSO that knew what he was doing, and I wonder if he felt that way.

Still, these folks are leftists and are using firearms, that’s a win for gun rights, right?

      • “Still, these folks are leftists and are using firearms, that’s a win for gun rights, right?”

No. Absolutely not. It’s taking their “punch a Nazi” theme and kicking it up a notch (BAM! Spiceweasel!) to “shoot a Nazi” (see my comment on this above). This is not a positive development at all.

The silver lining is that these morons can’t shoot worth a damn.

        • Well, if this is the extent of the “liberal” army, I am not to terribly concerned. Yeah, they have a couple rifles, but my guess is that 9 out of 10 of those weapons belong to the gun range and maybe,MAYBE someone else brought their own. And to any antifa t
Trash reading this, you guys are doing great at shooting, no need to keep practicing, looks like you guys got it down pat.

    • Nope. I like them just the way they are. Do not under any circumstances teach them how to shoot. They are way more dangerous if they learn how to aim.

    • “The Antifa needs to spend a few days and LEARN HOW TO AIM.”

Really, I’d rather they didn’t. As strych9 laid out in a post above, these are not nice people. I’d rather those threatening violence be as incompetent at it as possible.

  7. To be fair man in bay next to me at range today using laser on 9 mm and 45 was jerking trigger so badly he missed full size target at 3 yards! I could see the combination of jerk and flinch as the laser went sideways.

Practice helps perfect practice is better.

  8. WTF¿!
HuffPo bovine feces is never ending.
Have these dim witted peeps ever researched the top 10 causes of death in the US?
    The top 20?
Is “gun violence” on either list?
No? Imagine that… hard to believe.
    What’s #3 ?
    Medical errors.
Now, if you can’t get your facts straight, AND you call yourself a health care worker,
YOU ARE part of the problem.
Sweat baby Jesus I hope I never stumble into your hospital/clinic/office for TX.

Do you know what TX stands for? How bout DX? HX?
How about you study your HX and you might come up with a new DX for what kills more people than all the gun violence combined.

    DAMFs

    • “Do you know what TX stands for?”

      Yep! Transmit…

      ” How bout DX?”

      Yep again! Long distance…

      “HX?”

I’ll take a geek WAG. Dolby HX Pro?

    • “Do you know what TX stands for? How bout DX? HX?
How about you study your HX and you might come up with a new DX for what kills more people than all the gun violence combined.”

The radio nerd in me loves this. The rest of me is strangely ambivalent.

      • CW ops reinforces trigger discipline. QRP ops reinforces accuracy with smaller calibers and counters all claims of compensating for something.

      • LoL
My grandfather (Marine, ret.) was an old time ham radio operator (from 1940’s on).
It never occurred to me that post would out you radio geeks.
Because of specifically how my grandfather helped others during times of disasters thru the use of his setup, I have a lot of respect for y’all.
Just like law abiding gun owners.

So, for what it’s worth, to decode my post and how it applies
        TX- treatment
        DX- diagnosis
        HX- history

  9. No discipline. Their tactics and training are non-existent. (20 yard targets, come on!) In a firefight these people are nothing but cannon fodder. If this is the best the enemy has, I say bring it on. Every real redneck that grew up on Red Dawn will wipe the floor with these amateurs.

  10. Don’t be that guy? According to the article he was being punched in the face while he drew. He shouldn’t have given the criminal a chance to even assault him, but don’t try to play this off like it was a negligent discharge.

    • Yes, don’t be that guy.
According to the article, he can’t pull out his IWB handgun while seated without engaging the trigger and putting a round in his leg. It’s unclear whether he uses an IWB holster or “Mexican Carry”.

It’s especially believable that it happened, and that he’s an idiot, if we assume he just had it tucked in his waistband without a holster.

Chow has a valid permit to carry a concealed weapon, and told investigators he pulled his handgun from his waistband because he feared for his safety and that of his wife.

Chow’s gun accidentally went off while he was retrieving it and resulted in him shooting himself in the leg, sheriff’s officials said.

  11. “we spend years learning and treating HIV, hypertension, peptic ulcers, and anemia”

Treating HIV, not sex or intravenous drug use. Treating hypertension, not according to the MAYO clinic something? Etc.

You do learn to treat trauma (gunshot wounds) in doctor schoolin’.

Doctor’s don’t learn how to fight crime in med school, nor should they. Some do learn about treating mental illness. As suicide is the leading cause of “gun violence,” stay in your lane, shut the hell up about guns, and focus on mental health.

  12. Um hbp kills way more people than guns each year, both globally, and in the u.s. so perhaps she shouldnt have passed med school. Also hiv kills zero people its aids that does the damage. So thats also a very bad analogy. Anemia? The deadly lack of iron, if only it was a lack of lead guns could help. Did they teach you to treat scurvy and the vapors as well? Jeez

  13. Also most firearm deaths are suicides so her program taught her zero on mental heath or depression. Did she goto med school in guatamala? Or can you get medical degrees online these days…..

  14. I bet one drunk redneck with a dull buck knife would have those morons crying themselves to sleep…

  15. Looks like 80% or more of them would die of a heart attack or stroke if asked to move 10 feet.
Note to self: should the most retarded civil war ever break out don’t stand still facing one of these fat fucks from 5 yards for any longer than 15 seconds of they might slowly take aim and maybe shoot in your general direction.

The whole thing looked more like a hastily planned social event than anything remotely resembling training or demonstration of ability.

  16. It should be legal to shoot Commies and Anarchists on sight.. They’re a threat to our Republic and should be destroyed by any means necessary.

  17. Antifa – Idiot children playing dress-ups.

A single competent marksman, with a bolt action rifle, would prevail against all 20 of them . Hell, a single shot rifle would suffice.

    • Hell,a marine in his underwear with a butter knife could take out all those losers before they ever got close to him with a round.

  18. It’s not only “all of the above”. We must also consider their taste in music. That did more damage to my ears than they ever could with a firearm..

  19. “…we spend years learning and treating HIV, hypertension, peptic ulcers, and anemia…”

So, Doctor, where exactly is my Glock gland? Or my MSR organ?

    • Most definitely! Please keep us informed. Though I am concerned about all the B.S you’re going to have to listen to, and not be able to respond to. Also, you’re going to have to speak to.these umm……people on their level, that might take some serious dumbing down. Before you go,watch a season or two of “Jersey shore” and any msnbc news, that should bring your.IQ down near theirs. Please for the love of God,don’t get drawn in. Good luck, leave a message if you need ANYTHING at all.

        • Wow,I almost fell out of my chair laughing on the first line, they mention Jew,then muslim. Wonder how many Muslims would side with a Jew. That whole post is full of so much double talk and mental gymnastics nada my head spin. These morons really do need to read a book or poke their head out of the sand even if it’s for just one second.

  20. Can we put “antifa” in sarcastic quotes from now on? With their disdain for free speech, and willingness to commit violence against people merely for disagreeing with them, these thugs are more fascist than the so-called “fascists” they purport to be against.

  21. What is it about the left that precludes them from picking up trash? They always leave behind a big fucking mess everywhere they go.

  22. Sure, these antifa clowns are bad, laughably bad now. But where did you start? I see this from an entirely different view. Having spent a lifetime estimating enemy strength and capability for my careers, they are starting out, and they will only get better. High-speed better? Probably not. So they have a very cautious range officer walking them thorough the drills. Get your newbie audience addicted to guns by doing simple, fun and symbolic shooting. Did you shoot at targets from 100 yards your first time? The majority have not been in the military and never will be. These aren’t Marine recruits that have an entire week of training before they shoot a round. They are spoiled, short attention span snowflakes that need to be coaxed in. For some, they need to be convinced guns aren’t evil. So blast away at some shit 20 yards away where you can see the damage being dealt and not miss (too much).

That silly line drill/Rev war style formation. I’ll conceived for tactical purposes but if your intent is to get people who’ve never fired a gun to get used to having guns fired them, not bad. In combat, sometimes your are right on top of another guy. How else do you learn to shoot or concentrate while hot brass is falling around you if you never get military, actual military training?

I don’t underestimate these clowns. Fire enough rounds, you’ll hit something. Luck plays a big part on any battlefield. These idiots are committed and thoroughly brainwashed. They’ll get people to train them. They’ll get better and laughing at them only steels their resolve. For now they are a joke, but what are you doing to keep your skills sharp. Do you train with a group? My infantry skills are rusty, I won’t lie. How are yours?
