I can’t count the number of Streamlight products I have, including rail-mounted lights, flashlights, a lantern, even a keychain light. All produce great performance for the dollar. Now they’re announcing a new TLR-6 version designed for use with the increasingly popular SIG SAUER P365 sub-compact concealed carry pistol. Here’s their press release . . .

STREAMLIGHT® INTRODUCES TLR-6® FOR USE WITH SIG SAUER® P365®
Tactical Light/Laser Features One-Hour Run Time, lntegrated Red Aiming Laser

EAGLEVILLE, PA, February 5, 2019 – Streamlight® Inc., a leading provider of high-performance lighting and weapon light/laser sighting devices, introduced a new version of its ultra-compact TLR-6® rail mount weapon light, designed to securely attach to the rail and trigger guard of SIG SAUER® P365® subcompact handguns. The new light/laser module, which uses an ultra-bright power LED, also features an integrated red aiming laser.

The TLR-6 is designed to maximize visibility and targeting capability in a variety of concealed carry, home defense and tactical applications. Streamlight introduced the light — an industry first — in 2015 with a housing designed to fit the trigger guard of Glock® 42 and Glock® 43 handguns. Today, the company offers multiple models of the light to fit a variety of compact pistols and full-size handguns.

“We continue to expand the versatility of the TLR-6, by introducing this new housing that quickly and securely attaches to SIG SAUER P365 subcompact handguns,” said Streamlight President and Chief Executive Officer Ray Sharrah. “Now, tactical, concealed carry and home defense users can attach this light/laser module to their P365 subcompacts and benefit from its targeted bright light, as well as its powerful red aiming laser.”

Importantly, Sharrah added, the light and laser combination enables users to more readily identify a potential threat before taking action.

Like other TLR-6 models, the new TLR-6 for SIG SAUER P365 weapons delivers 100 lumens and 2,000 candela over a beam distance of 89 meters. Its parabolic reflector produces a balance of beam and peripheral illumination. The light features three lighting modes: LED Only, LED/Laser, and Laser Only, with operating run times of one hour for the LED Only and LED/Laser modes, and 11 hours for the Laser Only mode. All modes automatically shut off after ten minutes to conserve batteries. The light also uses an integrated 640-660 nm red laser.

The TLR-6 for SIG SAUER P365 handguns is powered by two 3 Volt CR-1/3N lithium coin batteries. It features an integrated battery door that permits batteries to be replaced while the light remains mounted on the gun, eliminating the need to re-sight the laser after a battery change.

The light is manufactured from durable, impact-resistant engineered polymer. It is IPX4 rated for water-resistant operation, and also is impact-resistant tested to one meter. The new model is 2.5 inches in length, and weighs 1.12 oz.

The TLR-6 for SIG SAUER P365 weapons has an MSRP of $187.43. It comes with Streamlight’s Limited Lifetime Warranty.

  1. Anyone know of a flush fitting light for a gen4 G30? I’ve been looking but can’t find much. The streamlight on it now sticks out a good inch past the muzzle, think it was made for a G21.

      • Yeah it’s a good light. I put that Glock light on a 1911, of all things. Then I smelled sulfur, heard dogs barking, and heard a fiddle play.

        • Come on down to Georgia to give the Devil her due, or you could just watch the replay of the Democrat response to the Trump State of the Union.

      • I have the olight pl-mini on my glock 19, I highly recommend, 400 lumens, charges via usb cable to a magnetic connnector on the light, switches are easy to operate, length doesn’t go past the muzzle, $80msrp. I paid $45 from olight.com which is always having flash-sales. More and more kydex holster makers are offering this WML for thier holsters.

        • Thanks guys, never heard of em but I’ll check it out. My searches always pull up the tlr-6, seems most are 9mm though. Not sure they’ll fit a 30 frame, i could be wrong. Happens a lot

    • A Streamlight TLR-7 or TLR-8 may sit flush with the muzzle. It includes multiple rail adaptors that allow you to seat it flush against the trigger guard to minimize its footprint past the muzzle.

    • Inforce makes a compact Glock light I have on my 20 and 30. 200 lumens, flush with the muzzle, nice paddle switches – I’ve been very happy with them.

    • Sounds like a personal problem to me, Har Har Har. N that’s the first time I’ve ever seen you post curse……. Yeah I know I just thot it was me but for the last two weeks lameville. G damn it How Much For A Bigfoot Tag in Montana or a Serial Deer hunt in Missouri? This canuk owned bitch ain’t what it used to be. Daily Digest and Caption this Photo was nice, fck the prize, it was fun. Fun can’t have that. Huh

  2. Living in a hotel, since my house burnt up, bored, think I’m going to step outside n just mag dump ,, liven things up a bit.. 3’s n 8’s your way catch me later

    • Well hell that didn’t get the desired results I had expected, I seen one curtain/ venetian blind move, but no cops sirens, people in the street, damn I need a bigger gunnn. Who would have guessed you can target shoot at 01:30 in a town population 26,000( there abouts) in a hotel parking lot and not have the coos show up. I need a bigger gunnn or more ammo

  3. “Streamlight’s New TLR-6 Trigger Guard Mounted Light for SIG P-365”

Just a thought, but maybe this one mounts to the accessory rail? Couldn’t get past the title and pic.

  4. Cool. Let’s take a small, lightweight pistol designed for concealed carry and hang some shit off of it, making it less useful at its intended task, because we want to live the fantasy that at some point we’re going to need a light other than what’s on our phone as we aggressively clear multiple rooms in a building instead of complying with our duty to retreat.
