Ruger Sneaks In New SR40

The .40-caliber version of Ruger’s SR9 may not have hit the company’s official website or earned pride of place on the cover of a gun mag, but thefirearmsblog.com reports that the SR-40’s showing up in gun stores. The one above is (was?) available on gunbroker.com. Our sources reveal that Ruger will make the official product announcement next week. With a bit of luck and the wind in the right direction, TTAG should have a review up not long thereafter.

  1. Looks to me like Ruger is redesigning or replacing older auto pistols. I wonder when an SR45 will show up? Might be the Ruger version of a 1911/2011…
