The Ruger Single-Ten is a (you guessed it) ten-shot single-action .22LR revolver with a 5.5″ barrel and “Gunfighter” style grips, with click-adjustable (windage and elevation) Williams fiber optic sights. And there you have it. Or will, once you fork-out $619 or less at your local gun dealer.

  1. Me too. Funny, I was looking at reviews of the Taurus .22 revolvers last night (not good) because the S&W’s are very nice but very expensive.

  2. If they bring it out, at some point, in blue or case color, with fluted cylinders in .22 lr & .22 mag, it’s a definite go. My first extensive experience with a handgun was with an early model single six. Ahh…very fond memories. Ten shots has only got to be better.

  3. I love those fiber optic sights! I saw that Remington has one of their 1911 models with a fiber optic front sight. Hmmm…

  4. That IS cool. I hate the fiber optic sight though. A simple black target sight would be better suited to it.

  5. A question from a non-revolver guy, why do revolvers have such uncomfortable grips? I am comparing them to the grips on autoloaders of course. My PX4 and my wife’s Five-seveN fit my hand beautifully, yet I pick up friends’ revolvers and my first thought is WTH? Why doesn’t anyone make a revolver with a grip like an autoloader?

    • You should try and find one of the 80’s Ruger Police Service Six revolvers with the original, smaller grips. It seems like it would be too small, but I feel it is one of the best fitting, finest revolvers ever made. They sit down low, like it should, and being used, the triggers break in nicely.

  6. I just bought this one for 458 @ Buds Gun Shop. I haven’t fired it yet but it is too cool. The grips are walnut and very well done, the gunfighter style is narrower than the single 6 and it really feels good in the hand. The satin ss is nicely done as well. I will give the fiber optics a chance as they glow very brightly and time to target seems much faster. The single 6 was selling for 401 in blued version and I have magnum cylinders for a feww of my other 22 SA revolvers. I don’t really shoot magnums much. I think at price paid it’s a beautiful piece.

for instance it is possible and prudent to check the doctor you
are seeing or the optician testing your eyes is not only in
the directory but also has the qualifications to be treating you.

Internet yellow pages can provide this source given the amount of people who use them
to search for local businesses. The reason – if you use news-style advertising you
will get up to 500% better response.
