From my understanding she can no longer run for state Senate due to term limits and that she will be running for mayor of Miami. Obviously that is why she has flipped flopped her stance. Unfortunately it will very likely work.

Is Florida an open primary state? If so, the folks who live in whatever area she chooses to run in next will know what to do in her next primary.
