At long last, Surefire is introducing a dedicated .22LR silencer designed solely for the consumer market. Previous silencer products had been commercial runs of military contract silencers, but this one is designed from the ground up for anyone but LEO/MIL. The can comes apart for servicing and runs about $450 . . .

Also being introduced is a replacement slide assembly for the Glock handgun, by Zevi. With Surefire’s branding, of course. No word on price or availability yet, but stay tuned.

  1. YES YES YES!!!!! This is going to be a win for their civilian sales, and I love to see competitive pricing from them. And a slide assembly!?!?!?! Count me in!

  2. Zevi makes som really nice stuff.
I’ve been waiting on a .22 cal kit for the glock for 25 years.

    Hot dog!!!

  3. I want a side-by-side with a Silencerco Sparrow, because I’ve still not seen anything that I like more than that in the .22LR market. Their Warlock is a close second. Gain an inch in length but lose half the weight (6.4 oz down to 3 oz) due to more aluminum than steel.
