Quick! Name those weapons! ID that gear! The weapons! The gear! They’re right there! Have you no eyes in your head, sir?

But seriously folks, “MTKL’s calendar features Israeli soldier women celebrating their freedoms and life loving culture,” the self-proclaimed “cheeky new street fashion outfitter from TLV” proclaims, “in contrast to the violently negative anti Israeli propaganda which surfaced in light of Israeli military activities in the Gaza strip last summer.”

I think they mean in contrast to Burka-clad female ISIS soldiers who’d face a gruesome death for showing a bare midriff in public. Wait. Yes. Yes that’s exactly what they mean.

Here’s how MTKL’s presser put it . . .

It is something to be noted that in contrast to Israel and the IDF, no other military organization or culture in the region will allow such extensive degree of civil liberty as demonstrated by the MTKL calendar.

I’m thinking that’s not appropriate clothing for urban warfare generally, never mind how “U.S. friendly” Syrian fashionistas might rate it.

Appropriately enough, you can buy the 2015 pin-up calendar at amazon.com for $17. If you need more convincing (a euphemism for fertility maintenance), click here to check out the official MTKL Israeli Army Calendar website.

  1. Disgusting. It shows clearly how Israel is a nation of moral decay, just as we of the west are. Our women should be mothers, with a quiet dignity and dressed modestly, not pornographicaly while usurping the role of man-at-arms from men.

    • Can’t tell if serious, or trolling.

Either way, HA! Now, if you’ll excuse me, I need to scroll back to the top of this page to objectify the hell out of some heavily armed women.

      • That’s a false dilemma. Our choices are not either sexually charged disregard or Muslim oppression. Christian morality is neither.

        • Anthony, heads up, this forum is an ultra politically correct forum, with a heavy dose of political Zionism rhetoric/propaganda.

        • Pg2

Rather depends on your politics. If of the useless libtard bent you will find this forum is rather NOT PC.

        • Nope, your first statement makes it clear that your stance is that women have a place that they have no freedom to chose or not chose. THAT is degrading. THAT is oppressive. THAT is something YOU have in common with Muslim extremists, the main exception perhaps being our secular morality prevents you from enacting biblical (indistinguishable from sharia) law. If you dared to proscribe the punishment demanded in the good book you would be in prison and on your way to a crappy last meal. Because despite all the talk of a certain minority in this country we are not a Christian nation, we are and always have been a nation of secular morality and law.

        • @neiowa, do you even understand what PC is? Aside from the alledgedly pro gun stance here, this site couldn’t be more PC.

        • Drew, the Christian of today is not bound by the laws of Deuteronomy or Leviticus. I find that many people hostile towards the Christian religion like to make it out that we are Stone Age barbarians. I did not say that women need to be “kept in their place” but I would argue that women have a nature which lends itself to the role that they have always played inn society. There is a big difference. I think you are assuming a lot about my position that I do not believe.

    • Right. Allah Akbar to you too. Anyways, this is cool, personally I prefer my women armed, dirty, and scantly clad in post apocalyptic torn clothes Road Warrior or Fallout style. Hottest women around. Bethesda should do a women of Fallout calendar.

      • Yeah, TTAG is actually run by the heads of the ILLUMINATI. Globalist elitist Jewish bankers who are bent on controlling the earth from within it’s core via an alliance with the reptilian hybrids and support from the Grey aliens who are at this moment standing outside your window.

        • Funny you point out the link between Alex Jones and this site. Mix in truth with absurdity to discredit the truth. Old and successful tactic.

        • NSA, agree, organized opposition. Wasn’t it Lenin who said the best way to control opposition is to own it? AJ and TTAG seem to be a bird of the same feather.

      • Where’s the misogyny? Seriously. You may not agree with him, but that’s irrelevant, it doesn’t make his statement misogynistic.

        • “Our women should be mothers”
“usurping the role of man-at-arms from men.”

I think you need to re-read the definition of misogyny.

        • You believe women have a pre defined role that they have no choice in and that you feel compelled to enforce. That is a pretty text book definition of the term and yet another reason women should be armed. Who knows when your more extreme compatriots may decide to enforce those ideas with force. Again I mean.

        • @Drew- here I said “should not” I never said “I believe that they should be harmed if they…” You don’t seriously think that Christians would ever go on a murderous spree killing women? I believe in law and order. I would never attempt to harm or murder anyone, self defense excepted.

        • Grind, I never said that women should not own guns, just that they should be neither combat troops nor objects of lust. And as far as mothering goes, not everyone is called to be a parent, but the primary purpose of marriage is procreation. I wasn’t trying to offend.

        • My lady has much more interest in sending lead downrange than pumping out a couple of units. (I guess it’s true that there is someone out there for everyone!)

This world is already too screwed up to bring children into anyways.

But hey, that’s just my $.02

  2. I’m waiting for the ISIS calendar where all the women(?) are covered with head-to-toe black bedsheets on a field of severed heads. They can call their calendar “Heads and Tail.”

  3. I’m sure that the Jew-haters from Palestine will be posting negative reviews over at Amazon very soon. Of course, they are just jealous of our beautiful sabras.

  4. Meh. I was about to say something snarky before I saw they are all supposedly real soldiers.

However, I don’t believe they’re actual soldiers now. “Kim” has her finger on the trigger.

    • Call Israel’s army “murderous” if you must, but let’s not forget that the objects of their ire are irate, genocidal lunatics. Israel doesn’t constantly call for the annihilation of Syria, Iran, or Lebanon, yet “leaders” from these countries continually call for the complete destruction of Israel and the Jews.

I understand that people want to take a side, but why must it always be at the expense of objectivity?

    • Right. Israel is the only country on earth that’s expected to just lie back and enjoy it when thousands of rockets are fired into their country. I wonder why that is.

      • Comments like those sprinkled throughout this thread are perfect examples of why arms are so important. It is saddening to see so many so called POTG revert to the very base was we claim to oppose. These are not the people you want at your back, they do not believe in your rights as anything close to their own.

  5. Fascinating. Reminds me of those vintage WW2-era pin-ups showing the girls with bombs and guns, such as Ronnie the Bren Gun Girl. Although back then they were a little more conservative.

  6. Some of us read TTAG at work. Some restructuring of the artcle’s layout, maybe a courteous “NSFW after the jump” would have been appreciated.

    Just sayin’ …

  7. “MTKL’s calendar features Israeli soldier women celebrating their freedoms and life loving culture,”

..uhh yeah, unless that includes firearms ownership.

    • They can and do own firearms. It is neither a legally guaranteed right nor lightly regulated by any stretch but they do in fact own private arms.

  8. When I travelled to Israel on business for a week a month over a period of a year, they would have the most mesmerizing female Israeli soldier questioning me on entry at Ben Gurion airport. I see why they use them – anyone would be defenseless. They were really good at their job too. It was a sad day when they forced me to go through automated verification because I visited so much.

  9. The lead photo really is remarkable. It shows almost every type of weapon, from those that fire countless rounds with one pull of the trigger, to those that take countless pulls of the trigger to fire once. –In memoriam Soupy Sales (January 8, 1926 – October 22, 2009)

  10. I am an American born Israeli. I immagrated to Israel. Also a Marine Corps vet and firefighter. Oh and a Jew. I think these girls deserve a medal. I agree that women should be for the most part modest. But so should men. I also believe if you are beautiful like these girls we all should celebrate that beauty. Everything we see in nature celebrates and shows off its beauty. It is very important to many species to evolve into a better healthier creature. For example birds. Mates are chosen for there vibrant feathers and plumage. I say show it off girls. I am proud of what you do for our country and for your courage both on and off the battlefield to show you are women. Strong proud beautiful women.
