And under his proposed amendment should a firearm be lost or stolen it would result in a $1,000 penalty with the penalty rescinded or refunded if the firearm is recovered. But there’s a big caveat to that: If the firearm is used in the commission of a felony then an additional $1,000 penalty will be imposed.

Based on the tone and substance of his arguments, I always pictured MikeB as being about 25 years old and either just graduated with a degree in, or maybe doing a graduate degree in something like Left-handed Transgendered Fluffy Bunny Sociology and Peace Studies.

I saw that Manteca article yesterday and tried to comment there. It turned out to be so difficult to register that I said the hell with it.
Not only did the author wrongly say that I and Mike Barkley are one and the same, he also referred to me as Mikeb303000, so I didn’t even get any hits out of the deal.
