Protests and riots spread to cities throughout the country last night, Louisville, Kentucky among them. Seven people were shot there during a protest Thursday night. While the George Floyd killing prompted most protests, the shooting death of Breonna Taylor during a plainclothes, no-knock LMPD police raid in March brought out most of the people on the streets in Louisville.

Louisville’s mayor announced a suspension of no-knock raids in the city yesterday.

During last night’s protests, a TV news camera crew was on the air as they were directly targeted by a LMPD officer with a less lethal pepperball gun.

The LMPD has a serious problem.

A police officer was seen on camera firing what appeared to be pepper bullets at a news crew during a live television broadcast of the second night of Louisville protests, prompting an apology from the Louisville Metro Police Department.

A crew from WAVE-TV was downtown in the Kentucky city Friday night, covering demonstrations over the death of Breonna Taylor, a black woman killed by police in her own home in March. Police presence intensified around 9:45 p.m., as officers in riot gear stood shoulder-to-shoulder moving people down a key street near City Hall, the Courier Journal reported.

As WAVE-TV was on air, reporter Kaitlin Rust is heard yelling off-camera: “I’ve been shot! I’ve been shot!” Video shows a police officer aiming directly at the camera crew, as Rust describes the projectiles as pepper bullets.

“I want to apologize,” Louisville police spokeswoman Jessie Halladay told the Courier Journal. “It’s not something that should have occurred if she was singled out as a reporter.”

Halladay said she couldn’t tell who the officer was at this time, but that police would review the video again and “if we need to do any investigation for discipline, we will do that.”

  1. Somehow it’s hard for me to be sympathetic with lamestream media.

This is bad guys (rioters) verses bad guys (cops) verses bad guys (media). Any violence by one of these groups on the others seems like a win for sane people everywhere.

    • I would think there are a lot of normal Americans that would love to have a go at some media members with a pepper ball gun, or rubber bullets, or bean bags, or 40mm Bofors.

    • This was a local TV station covering the activity. They are a local reliable media source. They were covering the “protests” and the cop literally aimed and shot them with Pepper Balls when they had moved to the area the police had designated as where they should be so they could provide coverage. Not “lame stream” at all. Just local TV reporters reporting on local protests and the police directed pepper shot at the reporter and camera operator. Totally uncalled for in this case however you feel about media this was stupid!

      • I wonder if those camera men were holding rifles would the outcome be different? I mean, seriously… how many people get pepper sprayed at armed protests? Zero.

Even still, make it about race and start rioting/looting… your protest can go fuck itself. That is the difference between armed protest and this bullshit. Organization… even when it’s not really that organized… it’s still light years ahead of this shit.

    • I find it interesting that Anti 2A scaremongers have been pushing their concern of a Boogaloo. By Pro 2 “Extremists”. (sarc) Yet they stand back and watch with glee as a Boogaloo by rioters and looters destroys major cities all over the nation. Personally I hope they burn it all down. If the good people of these cities aren’t willing to protect their own. Why should I care. There was a time in this nation when good people dealt with this kind of mayhem. Sans the government or police. When The People cede the safety to others who can not or will not protect them. They get what you see now. Keep’n My Powder Dry.

      • “The people” have never dealt with civil disorder on their own beyond protecting their own property but I agree with your sentiment about letting it burn down. They voted for an inept government so they should live with the consequences.

        • The best example of citizens dealing with civil unrest and looting. Is the Great Northfield Raid. The you have the Indian wars and even The Civil War. Many occasions during the the 20’s and 30’s. Local citizens dealt with bank robbers and malcontents. The history of civilians dealing with this kind of Anti Social behavior can be found. If you take the time to look. The problem is those were different times and much different people. People who understood it was Their responsibility to protect and defend not only their property but, their community, town, or city. People today have ceded all their responsibilities to a bureaucracy that has no desire to do that which needs to be done to stop anarchy. Many of those in charge relish the fact it is happening now. So they can use it as an impetus to further attack the Rights of law Abiding Citizens. While allowing those who defy their authority to run rampant over not only Good citizens but, the very ideals of Our society.

        • The folks in Northfield were deputized as I suspect most of your other examples would show and they were in small towns.

As far as defending against Indians goes, big country, little Army and when it came to Indian v armed citizen the Indians usually won

      • Yet you wouldn’t do anything either because you know very well you would be that ONE dude using deadly force against these rioters and you would be charged with murder if not domestic terrorism in a federal court….and here you are talking shit

      • Personal property is where it ends in this situation. Nobody is gonna try to be batman to these fucken idiots. That’s suicide. When they start dying, then maybe armed people show up to defend them, but that’s pretty much the beginning of a civil war (not like the cold one we are currently in), so they will continue to use “non lethal” tactics until the race baiters stop fucking up their own communities. If these protests were not about race, you can bet the boojahideen would be on the front lines. As soon as they made it a racial issue, they lost 75% of their audience.

  2. The inconsistencies of the police during these protests and riots is half of the problem. Why target the news crew? Is it a calculated effort to get rid of the unblinking eye or simply a bully cop having fun targeting a young woman doing her job? Maybe there’s more to the story, but this pepper balling typifies the “don’t question my authority” that started the whole mess up in Minnesota.

    • The ACLU has gone to court to force police body cameras to be turned off. So at Trump rallies his supporters could be attacked without a video recording of it.

The same ACLU that earlier went to court to force the police to wear cameras in the first place.
The ACLU is causing problems just like the police are. Socialist want the government to spy on you. But only when it’s convenient for them.

      • Chris T in Lalaland, You’re so full of shite it’s hilarious, are you a relative of Chief Censor by any chance? Just on the other side of the political spectrum.

      • Chris, I gotta say you’re over the edge, there. At a Trump rally, turn off all the cameras and then start attacking Trump supporters, and when the cameras are turned back on they will record your body, or at least large, disconnected portions of it, lying around in the mud, while nobody saw a thing. If you’re gonna deal in fiction, you can make it more believable than that.

  3. The camera crew probably did something to start it. The media has been known to instigate things when a story isn’t exiting enough. Either way, I like watching the media get theirs, especially CNN. That was a real treat.

    • This was a local station. They did nothing except stand where they were designated to stand. I share your sentiment to ALL the mainstream media corporations, but a local news crew? No.

  4. It’s interesting how reporters seem to think they’re immune to anything bad happening to them when they willingly enter a maelstrom.

Eh, at this point I figure this flames out over the weekend on it’s own or we have a fair number of areas under martial law by Monday.

      • Probably.

But at this point if the shit doesn’t get dialed back martial law is what’s going to happen, sharpish too. The public will demand it.

        • The Democrat don’t have what it takes to (kill) do that.
I look forward to hearing, “KENT STATE”, KENT STATE, be yelled by Libertarians Liberals and the Left.
Instead they will all be saying, “BURN BABY BURN “.

In Red States with open carry and stand your ground laws on the books. They may not even need to call out the National Guard.

Perhaps it’s time for the blue states to go one way. And the red states to go another way. A peaceful separation. However It might be a burning separation for the blue states.

        • While an amicable separation might be the best solution at this point I doubt it’s in the cards.

Honestly, martial law for 12, or more, cities by Monday is something I put at ~60% chance at this point. And the people there will probably welcome it.

        • Martial law will be unnecessary, by Monday there will be nothing left to burn. Then they can appeal to CA and NY to pay for rebuilding, since I have no interest.

        • “Then they can appeal to CA and NY to pay for…”

But CA and NY are already asking the more fiscally responsible states to come bail them out.

        • There is not going to be a separation of the states without violence. The socialists won’t allow it. They want iron control over all.

And they understand that they would starve without the conservatives.

        • As soon as martial law gets implemented you can expect armed resistance. Won’t be tolerated. Period. Doesn’t matter why.

    • “It’s interesting how reporters seem to think they’re immune to anything bad happening to them when they willingly enter a maelstrom.”

Look how many have been killed covering the recent middle east conflicts :

      https://cpj.org/data/killed/asia/afghanistan/?status=Killed&motiveConfirmed%5B%5D=Confirmed&type%5B%5D=Journalist&cc_fips%5B%5D=AF&start_year=1992&end_year=2020&group_by=location

48 so far, according to that link.

It’s almost like they think wearing a vest that says “PRESS” is some kind of magic talisman that provides an impenetrable bullet-proof force-field that will protect them…

      • Fisk talks about that in The Great War for Civilization. Different numbers, different time frame mostly but he doesn’t seem to romanticize it.

His view on covering the hellholes of the world is essentially “It’s a shitty job but someone needs to do it. We might die doing it but we knew that going in”. No hero worship. Sure, he’s sad for the friends he’s lost but he doesn’t try to lionize them. Just people doing a dangerous job and not all of them make it.

Of course he’s also desensitized having been on the ground and covered wars for 30 years. Guy’s a bit of a nut IMHO, but he’s probably correct in his overall analysis which is presented in that book, that many of our current problems come from the way things ended in WWI.

        • Why do these shithole places and events need to be covered? It’s a shitty job that does not have to be done.

        • Fisk’s an idealist in some ways. Better information in the hands of the public makes democracy function, transparency in government and international relations etc. Only possible with a proper media that makes the truth available.

The wars he covered are, on his opinion, fundamentally wrong in some way or another, specifically in the terms on which the general Western public understands them and thereby allows Western involvement.

He’s not of the opinion that war is unavoidable but rather that we should pick wars based on a full understanding and go into them with our eyes open.

I think he makes a decent argument that such misunderstanding is what took the French from a relatively benign starting point to casual atrocity in Algeria. It was a slow process of being dragged deeper and deeper into something they didn’t understand from the jump.

Whatever else he is, the dude is no hypocrite. Risked his life to interview Bin Ladin six times just because he believed the world needed to know what was going on with the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan and later because he thought the world needed to know what a monster Bid Laden had become.

        • JWM, it theoretically keeps major atrocities in check. If the whole world can turn a blind eye (or isn’t allowed to see), those in power can do even worse than they will already do.

        • I see the point of your arguments gentlemen. Even the validity. But so much of the media is driven by bias and agenda at what point do we take these reports from back of no wheres as propaganda and not facts?

I’ve been around some of the folks that were born and raised in some of these crisis torn shitholes, took a Sudanese on his first legal hunt, and what they tell me about the events back home rarely jibes with what the media is saying.

I have been directly involved in a couple of events that have the Historic label applied to them. Looking at how the media and academics have treated these events leaves me scratching my head and wondering if I was even there to begin with.

        • “But so much of the media is driven by bias…”

Kinda Fisk’s point and part of the reason he’s blackballed by most media and the UK government. A huge part of why he’s been living in Beruit for 30 years and writing for a paper that routinely draws the ire of the UK government no matter who’s in charge.

Again, I don’t always agree with the man but I do respect his respect for the truth as best he can find it. A lot of it is disturbing as hell.

        • Kind of like Alex Jones. Some of the shit he finds, pretty spot on. But once he starts talking about gay frogs it’s pretty much full retard. I have not listened to him in years, but people like that usually have some very valid exposures. The reason they get overlooked is because they either go too far and generally look crazy or like a conspiracy theorist, or they get snuffed out/deported and are forced into a life of hiding.

I agree though… where do we draw the line? Can’t local news crews do the same job the mainstream ones do? For everything in bewteen, there is the internet. Really no use for CNN and FOX style news anymore other than propaganda.

  5. Media has this mindset they are special. As far as I’m concerned during a Riot everyone is fair game. Don’t want to get shot get behind the police line.

    • That’s why it’s not a peaceful protest. Has not been since the first day. You can’t tell me those people during the day time are not the same people out at night. Some may go home, but most are just there getting amped up for the night raids. A riot is anything goes. Nobody is safe. If you get stuck in one, best to set up some firing positions until there is enough dispersion to bound the fuck out of there. If you are a shop owner and don’t have insurance, ask yourself if those goods are worth your life.

  6. Dang who would’ve thought ….. A Trump lover peppering a Trump hating media… watched it a few times. Ooh Ahhh , OOh aHH.

      • “No, just another democrat government employee following orders.”

I still *love* this classic video clip –

My favorite part is when he tries to get back up and just *collapses* in agony… 😉

        • Good news! That guy was charged with aggravated assault on police :

        • That is one of those things that are just funny as hell….so long as its not happening to you. Maybe it’s just a guy thing. We laugh at this stuff. Dude got hit in the junk. He could have been the good guy. Or the bad guy. We don’t care. It’s just funny as hell to watch.

Its comic relief in an otherwise tense story.

        • Excellent marksmanship !

Groaned in sympathetic pain when he got hit…then laughed out loud.

Took the fight right out of him…no more kicking cans down the block today for you, me boyo!

        • Typical of the blue bloods gang. Deliberately targeting peoples genitals and faces in an attempt to permanently maim them is one of the many problems that continues to fuel the disgust with police across the country. Use the weapons properly, hit him 2, 3, 10 times with body shots until he decides the pavement is less painful, but there needs to be consequence for trying to maim Americans with “less-lethal” weapons.

Cops wonder why they are despised across the country.

  7. At some point you have to shoot a few people to restore order. Once these things get out of hand it becomes a party atmosphere that will consume everything until there is nothing left to consume. The longer it goes on the more people you have to shoot. The cops could have stopped this if they shot early and they had sufficient white targets to avoid the racism charge.

    • What I saw of the riots in Minneapolis they could have shot white guys only and still had plenty of targets. And if those white guys really were part of the brown shirt antifa the world would have been better off without them.

      • Give business owners and militia the same immunity cops get, if the owners or militia decide to shoot looters on their own property. No licenses required, only a video camera for evidence. It will solve the looting over night and only the guilty get hurt.

        • minneapolis cops only made a couple of arrests the night Autozone burned…and one of them was a pawn shop owner who shot a looter.

Duty to retreat laws and all that.

  8. News crews act like they are special and are above having to do what they should. Just like how their storm chasers act like idiots in traffic like they are above the law and have rights over you to do what they want. It’s good to remind them occasionally.

    • Kinda like how we reminded everyone in the media building back in Iraq. Some types don’t like being watched.

  9. “It’s not something that should have occurred if she was singled out as a reporter.”
Should “it” (shooting her) have occurred if she wasn’t singled out, if she was just another law-abiding citizen, or just another rioter?

  10. If you are deliberately targeting people you know are not involved in the riot then you are as much a problem as the rioters and should be treated as such.

No knock raids need to end. All cops, regardless of rank or duty, need to be in uniform. With marked cars. Any cop that witnesses another cop commit a crime and does not arrest him then is an accessory. That includes command structure that tries to cover it up.

That will be a good start. Also we need to recognize that democrats simply don’t have the skills to run a city or state and ban them from such office.

    • “With marked cars.”

My town recently switched all of their marked cars from white to black. It does make a difference. The black cars aren’t as easily spotted from a distance as the white cars. They want to be sneaky and stealthy. Why would someone who is there to protect and serve me want to hide from me?

      • They also use “subdued graphics”–flat black graphics on a shiny black car, almost impossible to see from any distance.
You are right–ALL cops should be in uniform with clearly marked cars. No stealth graphics should be allowed.

        • +1 usually call them ghost cars here. Can’t tell it’s the secret police until its right ontop of you. I make use of the waze app to keep track of my public servants and let other people know where they are.

        • Agreed my city has black cars with dark blue graphics and very dark window tint.

      • It’s because their primary purpose is now collecting revenue from traffic infractions- they don’t want you to see them and slow down. This is the same reason all the work zones seem to extend miles before and after the actual worksite now- double fines.

Easy fix: a law that says 100% of traffic fine revenue goes straight to a homeless fund or something the police derive no benefit from. They’ll pretty quickly lose interest. Good luck getting your state legislature to pass it though. Maybe an initiative if your state has them.

        • Some of the cops here have cars like this that they intentionally give away. They’ll park on the road somewhere that’s obviously a “traffic enforcement spot” and leave the bubbles in the grille, only the grille, running so that oncoming can see those blue and red LEDs coming down the road.

Slows down traffic without handing out tickets like candy. I would guess they’re breaking SOP by doing this, especially since it varies by which cop is in that location. Some cops always do it, are friendly and wave. Other’s don’t and if you wave to them they either scowl or wave back grudgingly.

        • They also leave orange barrels for weeks after the construction is done. More double fines.

      • I think it should be a national color scheme. Black and white for the cars and navy blue uniforms. Traditional looking.

    • JWM, to add to your list: Asset forfeiture needs to end! Most of that is just a way for cops to steal money, they are no different than the masked highwaymen who use to hold up travelers.

  11. Ever notice that police unions are “fraternal”? This should tell you something. The “thin-blue-line” is a gang, little different than street gangs–at least when it comes to “covering-up” their questionable and quite often, illegal and criminal behavior.
In today’s day and age, “officer safety” trumps de-escalation of force. This, in part, is due to the militarization of the police along with training in Israeli police tactics. This becomes a problem, with the “us vs. them” attitude that is fosters, along with the fact that Israel is a very different place, being on a constant “war footing”, its police tactics are very different.
There are too many instances of police being “given a pass”, even when incontrovertible video and audio evidence is presented. Grand juries, guided by police-friendly prosecutors, quite often refuse to charge those police officers who abuse their authority.
Police officers, who want to do the right thing, are quite often marginalized and put into harms way, by their own brethren…When a police officer is beating on someone that is already restrained while yelling, “stop resisting” THAT is but one reason police have a “bad name” in many instances…this makes the “good cops” who are standing around, witnessing their “brethren in blue” beating on a restrained suspect, culpable as well…
Here are changes that can help reduce police-induced violence:
    1. Get rid of police unions. Police unions (fraternities) protect the guilty, and are responsible for the massive whitewashing of questionable police behavior that is presently being committed.
    2. Eliminate both “absolute” and “qualified” immunity for all public officials. This includes, prosecutors and judges, police and firefighters, code enforcement and child protective services officials, and others who deal with the citizenry. The threat of being sued personally would encourage them to behave themselves. Require police officers to be “bonded” by an insurance company, with their own funds. No bond= no job.
    3. Any public funds disbursed to citizens as a result of police misconduct should come out of police pension funds–NOT from the taxpayers.
    4. Regular drug-testing of police officers as well as incident-based drug testing should take place whenever an officer is involved in a violent situation with a citizen–no exceptions.
    5. Testing for steroid use should be a part of the drug testing program. You know damn well, many police officers “bulk up” with the “help” of steroids. Steroids also affect users mentally as well, making them more aggressive. The potential for abuse of citizens increases greatly with steroid use.
    6. Internal affairs should only be used for disagreements between individual officers–NOT for investigations involving citizen abuse. State-level investigations should be mandatory for all suspected abuses involving citizens.
    7. Prosecutors should be charged with malfeasance IF any evidence implicating police officer misconduct is not presented to the grand jury.
    8. A national or state-by-state database of abusive individuals who should NEVER be allowed to perform police work should be established–a “blacklist” of abusive (former) police officers.
    9. Most people are unaware that police have special “rules” that prohibit them from being questioned for 48 hours. This allows them to “get their stories straight” and makes it easier to “cover up” bad police behavior. Police must be subject to the same laws as civilians.
    10. All police should be required to wear bodycams and utilize dashcams that cannot be turned off. Any police officers who causes a dash or body cam to be turned off should be summarily fired–no excuses. Today’s body and dash cams are reliable enough to withstand harsh treatment. Body and dashcam footage should be uploaded to a public channel “on the cloud” for public perusal.
    11. All interrogations must be video and audio recorded. Police should be prohibited from lying or fabricating stories in order to get suspects to confess. False confessions ARE a problem in many departments. Unknown to most people, police can lie with impunity while civilians can be charged with lying to police…fair? I think not…
    12. Any legislation passed that restricts the rights of ordinary citizens, such as firearms magazine capacity limits, types of weapons allowed, or restrictive concealed-carry laws should apply equally to police. No special exemptions to be given to police. Laws must be equally applied.
Police work is not inherently dangerous…there are many other professions that are much more dangerous.
A little “Andy Taylor” could go a long way in allaying fears that citizens have of police.
That being said, I have no problem with police officers who do their job in a fair, conscientious manner…however, it is time to call to task those police officers who only “protect and serve” themselves.

    • Those pepperball guns are supremely inaccurate. They’re for dispersing a crowd. There’s zero chance that the camera was the target. I wonder if he was even shooting at the reporter.

  12. This is all very simple…

There would not be any cops there if not for the rioting. The rioters are there as rent-a-mobs. The news media is there because the cops and the rioters are there and as usual, they get in the way with a need to be out front.

The whole thing is Soros/Bloomberg bought and paid for anarchy. They are the ones that need to be stopped. Anything Trump does is a reaction to their handy work.

I have no doubt there are bad cops. DON’T provoke cops.

      • Money comes from a group called By Any Means Necessary (BAMN) that is directly funded by the Open Society Foundation created by Soros. They fund BLM and Antifa among others. You can look up the articles on AmmoLand.com I’m not doing your work for you.

  13. These riots are happening in Democratic strongholds. This is in the anti America camps who are looting and burning their own homes with the help of outside agitators.

  14. Can’t wait till the military uses their black rifles, oh you’ll see some serious protesting then I bet, LOL !!! But but you told us they were evil and we should turn them all in oh, so we did because they could kill people oh oh they are killing people !!! And we turned all ours in, sadness………….. giggling myself to sleep tonight boys

  15. That was completely deliberate, there is no possible way the officer could have thought the news crew were protestors or rioters. That officer should be immediately fired, arrested and charged with assault.

    • And you know there are cameras everywhere recording it too.

Another woman was trying to walk home, walked well out of here way to avoid the protests, and ended up getting stuck in them halfway through. She caught a riot round to the face and it fucked here up. Not sure exactly what they are called, but basically marbles wrapped in rubber. Got lodged in her forehead. I’m sorry, I don’t have the source. I think it was on DPD (Dallas PD) twitter someone commented on. Also, someone was mobbed there too. Died.

  16. Thugs with badges.

The people are turning on militarized police and their abuses.

    How TRY gun confiscation.

    • What is “militarized” about these cops? This term is as ridiculous as “assault rifles” when it comes to AR15. I agree that too many cops are out of control, but they aren’t militarized unless you think they should go to work dressed like a ballerina, only armed with a BB gun and pepper spray

      • Cops in other parts of the world don’t even carry weapons, you don’t see them dying off in droves to well armed criminals.

        • You mean countries where private ownership of guns is illegal? And the cops have to call for backup and wait 15 minutes while someone gets his head sawed off by a aloha-snackbaring dude?

          Go live there.

        • Doesn’t mean civilian ownership HAS to be stopped. They just did it there. They (tyrants) can still arm themselves when needed. Are you saying that those capable of understanding that unarmed police but armed civilians should go live (where?) elsewhere because they would not be able to defend themselves? He mentioned (majority of) cops (beat walkers and patrollers) not being armed. Nothing about civilians. Are you saying that self reliance and self defense would be a bad thing to rely on? Please, clarify since you misread the initial statement and assume that EVERYONE must be unarmed in this philosophy.

  17. In parts of the Mideast they would have only raped her in public, the way they did in Egypt I believe years ago to a CNN journalist. Horny mother lovers! Must have changed them from doing goats!

  18. The news media is a real threat to democracy & in helping to incite riots & in destroying America, they all should be shot!

    • I can’t stomach National anymore. Local news is just barely tolerable. It’s usually just traffic and weather at this point.

      • Sad excuse for a patriot, that’s for sure. They advocate shooting someone for exercising their 1st amendment and call himself a patriot?

Define tyranny. Wanna bet they have an NRA bumper sticker or something like it?

  19. Rare for the “Fourth Estate” to receive ANY sympathy. Most of this BS would lesson or even cease if a leftard crew wasn’t filming and “commenting”. Eff them…

  20. Louisville Police Department Apologizes for Shooting TV Crew With Pepperball Gun. Explains That They Were Out of Live Ammo.

  21. I would be happy to see most members of the media die in a fire.

But what that cop did was illegal. He should be charged with assault and lose his job. I find it amazing that during a riot ostensibly started over the police using excessive force that this dummy was assaulting a reporter and her camera crew while the camera was running. If someone is that stupid they should not be allowed to own or carry a gun.

    • The police act like a foreign army of occupation, yet they expect to be WORSHIPPED.

The Belgians didn’t worship the Germans in 1914.
The Chinese didn’t worship the Japanese in 1937.
The cops better give up on Americans worshipping them in 2020.

  22. I’m no fan of the Marxist media, but you’re next in line after them.

All it takes to be falsely arrested, beaten, maimed or murdered by the police is to not be fawningly servile and willingly give up your rights as a citizen to them.

A lot of cops may hate Black people, but a LOT more hate ANYBODY who won’t kiss their behinds, White, Black or plaid. Just ask Carolina Obrycka.

  23. You think there sorry? Stupid.

I’m telling you people are turning on thugs with badges.

See the one who’s under investigation for assaulting the female in NYC?

Are cops arrogant or just stupid? Everything is being recorded.

    • This small white cop illegally seized a citizen’s property and attempted to damage or destroy it because the citizen was taking pictures of their tax funded badges. The enforcer thought because he had a badge the big black man had to take it and say sorry. Wrong! This is America, at least the new America in the making.

He got knocked out and had to be carried away. Maybe now he knows his place in society?

  24. Charge him with assault. He is a criminal abusing his power and infringing the the 1st Amendment. He needs to be fired and arrested.

Imagine if you shot a cop with a paintball gun during the protest. You know what would happen to you. If you survived they would charge you with a more severe crime of assault on a peace officer. If you killed a cop in Texas you get the death penalty, if a cop invades a home and kills the owner they might get 5 years minimum and forgiveness.

The system is bias and unfair. They follow orders for larger paycheck than the average person they push around. They are the problem. Without them politicians have no power, they would have to convince us to follow them rather than send men in black to beat us or shoot us when we don’t obey.

  25. Reporters when looters are setting fires to building behind them: “This is not generally speaking unruly”

Reporters when someone fires a non-lethal pepperball gun at them: I’VE BEEN SHOT!!!

lol. Probably shouldn’t do it anyway though.

  26. Pulling fingernails out with a pliers is non-lethal, I think it might be funny to do to someone that thinks a non-lethal pepper ball is a lol moment.
