Kerry: I’m Here for Biden Because He’ll Do Something About AR-16s and Long Clips

If there’s anyone you can trust to know how the wheels of government grind and what it takes to run this country, it’s a stalwart, distinguished solon like John Kerry.

That’s why a knowledgeable gun owner like Kerry is foursquare behind his old Senate pal, Joe Biden.

You heard from Joe about the things he did with the NRA. That took courage. Delaware is a tough state.

I’m a hunter. I’m a gun owner. Been that all my life. But I got news from you. I’m the furthest…there’s not a veteran here who would take an AR-16 with a long clip to go out and shoot a deer or shoot anything. There has no business.

Joe led the fight to get those things off the street and now we have a crowd that was willing to bring them back.

You saw what happened in Las Vegas and other places. We need a Joe Biden with the guts and the courage and the savvy to be able to do something that’s reasonable about guns in our country.

I will keep my AR-15, my standard magazine, and all the other weapons and accessories Kerry pretends to be familiar with, to defend myself against the tyrannical government that is developing in the USA.

The Constitution and 2nd amendment protect my pre-existing right to do so, while they specifically prohibit fascist idiots like Kerry and Biden from doing precisely what they propose to do.

        wow havent heard that before

I prefer my AR-11 to my AR-16. It shoots a .309 instead of the smaller 5.57.

That must be what this last was talking about. Lol
Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee incorrectly claimed that AR-15 rifles fire .50 caliber ammunition and that the weapons are “as heavy as 10 boxes that you might be moving.”

  2. avatar M1Lou says:

Derp, derp, muh huntin! Long clipz.

This veteran is armed to the teeth because the second amendment isn’t about hunting, it’s about protecting myself from morons that want to use fascist Sturmtruppen against me for owning property they do not like.

My goodness…is there ANY other reason on this planet to keep ourselves armed than to witness what

      2. avatar JW says:

How do you know your guns have never been hunting? I could swear that mine were either locked up in a gun safe or with me, but now I learn from good folks like Kerry that they are apparently living large ‘on the street’ every time my back is turned.

It’s about petty tyrants other than hunting but then they are referred to as Leftard’s for a valid reason.

I once almost got arrested at a bar when a woman sat down next to me asked me the usual, “Who are you, what do you do, where do you live, what do you drive, etc.” When I told her I cut open skulls for a living, and mostly children’s skulls provided by their parents, and that all of them were alive before and after I finished, she had already dialed 911 before I had raised my eyes.

By Kerry’s logic I could counter: My bow is for hunting. My M-400 is for putting holes in paper. No one should be shooting deer with 30-06 or shotgun slugs. Heck, Florida just legalized airguns for deer hunting in 2018. So much for the right to firearms for hunting! Mr. Kerry you no longer need a firearm for hunting, hand it in to the authorities. [SARC-for all the bozos with 1st grade reading abilities in this forum who will bombard me with FUDD comments].
But my right to keep and bear arms has nothing to do with what we choose to shoot deer with, it is about “…the security of a free State…”

    1. avatar Hannibal and the Elephants says:

We have very small whitetails here (LOL)

    2. avatar guy says:

I always use a 30-06 well I learned how to hunt on a 30-30 which is fine but I love my game master in -06 it’s short and packs a whallop. But I’m in Pa different tools for different jobs.

      1. avatar guy says:

I didnt mean anything I just use my 30-06 and learned on a 30-30 is all. Guns are tools different tools for different jobs never know what tools you might need so have one for every occasion. I’m all for Ar-15s wish I had one it wld be great I want one stuffed over my fire place.

    3. avatar Old Fur Trapper says:

If you follow that logic of yours to the polls on what calibers can and cannot or should not be used you are playing right into the dumbassocratic plans for more gun controls! They are already pushing that agenda now! The other issue I have with that is in some areas ONLY shotgun slugs are allowed for hunting due to population density. They do not carry as far and can still take down big game. From the Constitution standpoint, all males are automatically part of a standing militia between ages of 18-35. Therefore our Founding Fathers intended for us to be equally armed as the standing military. Therefore the use of AR-15 platforms and similar other semautomatic rifles should lawfully be allowed under the phrase “to keep and bear arms without infringement!” Last, COWARD KERRY is despised by our military for his dishonorable conduct and claims to false valor in Vietnam Nam!

      1. avatar Hannibal and the Elephants says:

But my right to keep and bear arms has nothing to do with what we choose to shoot deer with, it is about “…the security of a free State…”

SHUT UP JOHN, everyone already knows you’re a fuc*in moron!

  9. avatar NORDNEG says:

Kerry is now & has been a TRAITOR since Vietnam,,, lying piece of krap, made things terrible for the men still there doing their job. If it wasn’t for the name & family ties he would have been shut down years ago.
He wouldn’t know a M16 if he was looking at the business end. I cannot think of one person who has hunted Animals with a M16, typical lying politician, but he’s worse, a TRAITOR to his country.💩<<< this is KERRY.!

    1. avatar LampOfDiogenes says:

OK, let’s take it from the top:

      1. Nobody uses AR-15s for hunting??????? REALLY. Go on a feral hog hunt in Texas, sometime, dipshit. And, after you’ve seen a wounded feral boar go after the shooters, you’ll understand why they want an easy to maneuver rifle with substantial ammunition capacity. In an area where you are hunting woodlands, and getting MAXIMUM 100 yard shots, with a need to make a quick follow-up shot if your first wasn’t where it should have been? (Hey, dumbass liberals – we ACTUAL hunters have a rule – You hit the deer, you find and dispatch the deer. We don’t leave wounded animals to suffer. And EVERYONE misses, sometimes.)

      2. While hunting is a noble and valid use of firearms, and I’m all for it, the 2A is designed to protect THE RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS. Find the word “hunting” in the 2A, or even in the Federalist Papers or the notes of the debates around the 2A. Go ahead, I’ll wait. Not that there is anything wrong with hunting, but . . . that AIN’T what the 2A is about. Nor self-defense, as noble as that is. The 2A is about the right to tell the government to fuck off, and the ability to make that right meaningful.

      3. I don’t give a rip what you think about my INHERENT RIGHT to arm myself – whether to hunt, to defend self and family, or to take up arms against an oppressive government. It’s called the “Bill of Rights”, meatheads. Look up the definition of “rights”, sometime.

      4. Last, but not least, that horse was out of the barn hundreds of years ago. Any reasonable competent home tinkerer can make a functional firearm with $20 worth of parts from Home Depot. An even somewhat competent home tinkerer, with COMMONLY AVAILABLE tools, can make a fully functional repeating firearm from billet stock (let alone an 80% receiver). More importantly, anybody with the brains to come in out of the rain can make fully functional incendiary weapons, and even chemical weapons, with crap you can buy at the corner gas station and/or Home Depot or your local garden store.

Try and regulate the human mind, you mouth-breathing morons.

      LOL. GF.

      1. avatar StLPro2A says:

There is no “suitable for sporting purposes” test in the 2A. That is traitorous language conjured up by traitors. Sounds like King George jargon. How did that work out for him?

      2. avatar guy says:

I feel like you stole my words lol way to tell it like it is brother!

  10. avatar NH Guy says:

LOL! Isn’t Kerry the same “hunter” who immortalized the phrase: “Is this where I can get me a huntin license?”

Idiots like Kerry, Biden, and Bloomberg all seem to think the only justification for owning a gun is to hunt deer. And I’m pretty damned tired of hack politicians like Kerry and Buttigieg throwing down their vaunted “veteran” status to tell my what gun they think I should be allowed to own.

Screw these elitist snobs. I’m tired of being told what to do by people who think they have a God given right to force me to live my life in the manner they dictate to me.

My Dad died because of his Vietnam, not “Nam”, service. I did 34 years stateside as a firefighter/cardiac medic/Police Chief so I’m not unfamiliar with service.

      1. avatar Hannibal and the Elephants says:

Of course we all know that someone having served in Vietnam assures us of the noble nature of their character [SARC]. Unlike the crusaders, Vietnam veterans did not earn their salvation through papal dispensation. Ever hear of Michael Lee Platt of the 1986 FBI Miami shootout fame? Platt enlisted in 1972 as an infantryman and served with the U.S. Army Rangers during the Vietnam War. He was honorably discharged in 1979.

      STFU, punk.

    5. avatar Phil says:

Most on this forum were either not born during Vietnam or too young making it impossible to go. I am currently serving in this long war on “terror”. But had I been alive during that time would of probably gone to that war.

Your comment is not based in reality and simply being in a war does not qualify you to trample on fundamental God given rights. Neither does being a “hunter” or whatever other convenient excuse you are using to try and give yourself credibility.

Kerry is a shitbag opportunist then and is still now. Plenty of people like this in the ranks unfortunately. These two should be looking at retirement homes and not telling others how to run their lives.

“Kerry served our country in ‘Nam, unlike 99% of you cowardly POTG”

That POS served on a swift boat and managed to get three purple hearts the silver star AND a bronze star all in four months.. My first heart took me out for three weeks, took me two years to get the third, came home signed a waiver and went back two more times for a total of thirty nine months with 5th and 7th Marines… Fuk you got “Truth”?… Kerry came home a (hero?) he lied when he claimed he threw hs medals over the White House fence protesting a war he was too chicken shit to see through (medals that a lot of men died for) and later told the Boston Globe he didn’t have time to go home and get them… then he got elected to the Senate in 1984 after two years as Mass. Lt Gov and became a professional liar which he has developed into an art… He can have all of my AR16s and long “clips” just keep his fukin hands off my REAL guns and magazines…

    11. avatar Mister Fleas says:

Kerry, the man who directly compared fellow servicemen to Genghis Khan?

Kerry, the man’s whose wound didn’t qualify for a Purple Heart, according to the doctor who treated him?

Kerry, the man whose commanding officer denied Kerry’s request for a Purple Heart(but because of Kerry’s political pull received it anyway)?

Kerry, whose tub gunner Stephen Gardner, sped his boat away to safety after a comrade’s boat hit a mine(the other swift boats stayed to defend the stricken boat and render first aid)?

Kerry, who spent Christmas 1968 in Cambodia(except he lied)?

      1. avatar Ogre says:

Kerry’s only qualification for where and what he is doing now (lounging at the yacht club, going out on his cruiser, and making the occasional innane comment based on his past tenure as a senator) is that he married a rich (very rich) widow connected with the Heintz fortune.

    12. avatar Ing says:

I was only a toddler when the US pulled out of John Kerry’s Glorious War, so I guess I was doomed to cowardice from the start. So sad.

  13. avatar Parnell says:

I guess it proves how much weapons training the “hero” John Kerry got in the Navy. I guess he chased own that wounded VC with his AR- 16?

  14. avatar Renault says:

There’s so much idiocy in his comment it’s hard to read.

  15. avatar Scooter says:

The thing is doing something and doing the right thing isn’t always the same thing, but here’s the other thing… you need to know the things you’re talking about doing something about to do the right thing. Did you know AR-16 stands for Assault Rifle for killing people under 16!?! The thing that goes up makes them more powerful than any hunting round from Walmart. The pistol grips makes them more dangerous than the willful ignorance of Fudd politicians whining about common sense gun control while holding the door open for a few more felons’ early release while they work on reducing crime. Too baf I had a boating accident while transporting my entire safe across a lake. Nothing to take here, have a nice day.

    1. avatar Southern Cross says:

An AR-16 would be so rare I doubt Ian at Forgotten Weapons has ever seen one. Certainly too rare and valuable to be used for something so mundane as deer hunting. However, at least 7.62 would be a good cartridge.

For those who don’t know, the AR-16 is the 7.62 equivalent of the AR-18.

  16. avatar Jonathan-Houston says:

Kerry: I’m Here To Bum a Donepezil Off of Biden.

  17. avatar trourbum5 says:

  18. avatar TommyJay says:

“Joe led the fight to get those things off the street and now we have a crowd that was willing to bring them back.”

Don’t you love the pure fabrication of that line? Diane Feinstein is the one that actually led the that fight, and there was never any confiscation. So how exactly were “those things” being taken off the street? Once dodges for the idiotic rules in the “ban” were found, “those things” continued to sell.

Then those dern Republicans put ’em all back on the street. We’d be living in a Utopia if it weren’t for them.

  19. avatar Darren j Davis says:

    Idiot

  20. avatar GluteusMaximus says:

The AR16 is not for deer Joe. It’s for you.

  21. avatar RGP says:

AR16’s are what AR15’s should have been. Everybody who wants an AR16 just mail me $269.95, cash or money order ONLY. NO CHECKS!

  22. avatar David Mayo says:

For the love of pete, will ignorant, uneducated politicians stop the nonsense of making themselves sound like an idiot when protesting firearms. Educate yourself on what your protesting. Hey morons, the only guns you can take are the guns you know about, you know, the legal one’s owned by legal and responsible gun owners. Leaving only the criminals guns on the street, and that’s supposed to lower gun violence?? Maybe the money there all spending on gun control should be spent on solving the root problems. Last time I checked, the FBI shows that 3 times the amount of people are killed each year by knives then by all rifles combined. Hell, more people die each year from hands and feet then from rifles. Watch out, they’re coming for our body parts next!! Fix the insanity!

  23. avatar AlanInFL says:

And this is from a guy who staged a fake photo shoot where he is trying to shoot clays without hearing and eye protection plus with bad firearms safety skills during his presidential run.

  24. avatar D Dunbar says:

But guys!! He’s been a gun owner all his life!

    1. avatar Hush says:

He may be a gun owner, but just doesn’t know how to use them safely!

    2. avatar Green Mtn. Boy says:

Just like he’s really a rock scientist.

  25. avatar Paul says:

What a maroon. Sadly, this idiot is a veteran. His service has been questioned often enough already. For him not to know the difference between an M-16 and an AR-15 only adds to the questions. Did he actually perform any service, or did he lounge around the O club, and make up stories while in Vietnam? He probably wouldn’t know WTF an M-14 was, if I walked up and clubbed him with it. It’s a helluva lot less “scary looking” than an AR, but it does have selective fire, making it fully automatic. Actually, I’d enjoy walking up and clubbing him with any of the three. The M-14 would be most satisfying, due to it’s weight and balance.

    1. avatar MLee says:

They know EXACTLY what they are saying. They do that to confuse the uninformed about them. The majority of folks don’t have clue to the difference between a M-16, AR-10, AR-15 etc. They say that shit on purpose because the people that don’t understand are the ones they are TRYING to reach. The ones that understand don’t give a crap about Biden.
It’s NOT ignorance. Trust me, They all say that stuff that sounds ridiculous to US on purpose.

      1. avatar guy says:

That’s actually kinda clever I understand what you mean it’s part of the left’s misinformation campaign. Like the way they call an ar an assault rifle to confuse it with m4s. If people dont understand the definitions or terminology it’s so much easier to make them think all black rifles are the same.

        1. avatar MLee says:

Exactly. This is why it’s important for everyone to kindly educate those who are uninformed about such subjects.

      2. avatar strych9 says:

        This. So fucking much this.

While gun enthusiasts slap their knee and guffaw about how dumb Biden and Kerry are that “stupid message” of incorrect information seeps into Sally Soccermom and Dadbod Dave and further infringement creeps a bid closer.

These people aren’t stupid. They’re calculating and they’re playing on the ignorance of the target audience.

  26. avatar Green Mtn. Boy says:

” I’m Here for Biden Because He’ll Do Something About AR-16s and Long Clips”

    Just moron to moron.

    1. avatar Southern Cross says:

So we now have to watch short art-house movies instead of those long-clip Hollywood blockbusters?

  27. avatar Texas Gun Vault says:

The 2A is not about F%cking hunting rifles. It is about the exact guns needed to wrestle control from those same dirtbags that would use those same guns to force the citizens to comply to their unconstitutional laws.

Do they really think they will win over gun owners by telling us they are gun owners and tell us about hunting rifles?

What if a politician said “no one is coming to prohibit your vote for local dog catcher. No one needs a vote for Congress”?

  28. avatar MLee says:

Well I both an AK 15 and an AR-47 both with extra really big banana things. They are both fully semi-automatic and I can destroy everything within a 15 mile wide radius. They are extra bad because they are black and have this hand job…forward thing that makes aiming easy. I bought one from Casper The Friendly Ghost …whatever that means. I might put a red dwarf star aim thing on it because it will make them even badder than bad.

    1. avatar guy says:

Lmfao thanks that’s good Casper and dwarf star I loled so hard.

  29. avatar enuf says:

An AR-16? Well, that’s an AR-15 plus One isn’t it? So if it’s a bigger number doesn’t that make it better?

Okay, now I want an AR-16.

Oh, and “long mags”? All I have are some standard ones, mostly. I also bought one of those Mag-Pul 40’s, just for shits and giggles. Will that work in my new AR-16? Will it be long enough?

This is always the trouble I have adding a new gun to the herd. Getting all the accessories and manufacturer specific terms right.

Sure hope there will be an adapter to fit my AR-15 mags into my new, shiny, big whoop-dee-doo fancy schmancy AR-16 …… I got a lot of money tied up in that old stuff you know!

    1. avatar Green Mtn. Boy says:

Now I just have got to get me one of those AR-16 and long clips.

  30. avatar guy says:

Ar-16 and long clips huh? What do they call a drum? A barrel?
Obviously this douche has never hunted coyotes or pigs except when he gets horned up n chases the old lady around am I right? lol

    1. avatar enuf says:

They call that a “Tanker Truck of Assault Ammo”.

    2. avatar Miner49er says:

No, he wasn’t hunting pigs, he was hunting Viet Kong and was very successful at it, 10 VC KIA, not bad.

Share with the group, how many Vietcong did you kill in Vietnam?

Would you care to tell us all how you braved enemy fire to rescue a Green Beret, here’s an example:

“It is March 13, 1969, and Lt. John Kerry, 25, a Silver Star winner and holder of two Purple Hearts, is piloting his Navy boat up the treacherous Bay Hap River in Vietnam, a day after escaping a Vietcong ambush.

Suddenly, a mine blast rocks the boat and enemy fire explodes from both banks. Lieutenant Kerry is thrown into the bulkhead, bashing his head and arm. And then, from the fantail, comes a cry, ”Man overboard!” A Special Forces officer — a tall, sharp-featured, redheaded lieutenant Mr. Kerry would remember only as Rassmann — is 200 yards aft, surfacing and diving for his life as snipers rake the river.

In the chaos, Mr. Kerry turns the boat on a dime, races forward, pulls the soldier into the bow and steers to safety. As a result, he wins the Bronze Star with a combat ”V” for valor and his third Purple Heart: a ticket home from Vietnam for good.

      He never sees Rassmann again.

Until Saturday, Jan. 17, 2004, a day after Jim Rassmann, 56, a retired Los Angeles sheriff’s deputy and orchid lover, awoke in Florence, Ore., and decided to contact Senator John Kerry’s campaign.”

  31. avatar Truckman says:

I do not trust john the traitor Kerry as far as Could throw him he protested the Vietnam war in uniform while in service right beside Jane Fonda and was kicked out of the service with a less than honorable discharge and if it had not been for jimmy carter rule forgiving all the draft dodgers and allowing people to go before a review board to change his discharge so if it had not been for jimmy carter Clinton nor Kerry would never
have been in public office so we can blame jimmy for them

    1. avatar enuf says:

What “Less Than Honorable”? Where do you get that one?

    2. avatar Miner49er says:

Truckman, would you care to share with us the details of your military service to America?

What awards and decorations did you earn in combat?

You make many claims with no evidence for citations to back up your empty speech, sad!

      1. avatar jwm says:

vlad/miner. stridently defending one of those Viet Nam rapist murdering vets. You’d let Calley finger bang your mother.

Too bad the didn’t hang all the traitors after the war. We wouldn’t have to hear and look at that disgusting Lurch or Hanoi Jane. All of them are anti-Constitutional communists in the demonrat party.

Just revoke their citizenship and deport them. Tell them to claim refugee status in any socialist hell hole, err paradise of their choice.

They would have discovered like Kim Philby did when he defected to the Soviet Union the cause he betrayed his country to in turn betrayed him.

  35. avatar Mister Fleas says:

Did you slander your comrades as “Genghis Khan” like Kerry did?

      Did you mean Jinjis Khan?

  36. avatar MyName says:

If the population of Arkansas increases by a little more than 300% in the next decade, then we could have an AR-16. Otherwise, not so much.

(I know, 7.62 AR-18. They are about as rare as Arkansas’ 16th congressional district.)

  37. avatar Timothy Toroian says:

If that’s what his platform is, John, it makes him TOTALLY useless. Almost as useless as you were and are, except to the Iranians, maybe.

What a fucking IDIOT. Who are the clapping seals that buy this bullshit. And speaking of bullshit….

When assholes who are living the super rich 1 percent lifestyle, like John Kerry does, start driving an electric car and living in a small, energy efficient home with a low “carbon footprint” — I might actually begin to give a rats ass about that they have to say about “climate change”. Until then, FUCK OFF.

“…He’ll Do Something About AR-16s and Long Clips…”. This man is brilliant, just brilliant. AR-16s are already regulated (also known as the M-16) Semi auto, full auto. The ATF regulates the heck out of them, you can’t own one. Even with a class III license. Now I’m saying that and assuming “yahoo” didn’t F up and really meant AR-16 instead of the civilian AR-15. As for “Long Clips” just more psycho babble BS maybe “30 round magazines” instead. Like Massachusetts or California does.

  44. avatar Wiregrass says:

I wonder when was the last time Kerry went hunting that wasn’t just some photo opp in an attempt to gain points with voters or beg from donors.

  45. avatar Miner49er says:

It is hilarious that the armchair commandos would attack a true American hero like John Kerry because he missed stated a particular number.

John Kerry has led man in battle while carrying a weapon, no matter what it’s called he employed it to great effectiveness, killing America’s enemies.

You cowardly anti-patriots can quote whatever BS conspiracy theory you like, real Americans prefer the actual award citations.

“While transiting the Bay Hap River en route to an insertion point along the Dong Cung River, these craft with thirty Regional/Popular Force personnel embarked in each unit came under heavy enemy small arms fire from the river banks. The Officer in Tactical Command, Lieutenant (junior grade) KERRY directed his units to turn to the beach and charge the Viet Cong positions. Lieutenant (junior grade) KERRY expertly directed the fire of his craft at the fleeing enemy while simultaneously coordinating the insertion of the embarked troops. While the Regional and Popular Forces conducted an area sweep, Patrol Craft Fast 43 remained on station to provide fire support and Patrol Craft Fast 23 and 94 moved upstream to investigate an area from which gunshots were coming. Arriving at the area, Lieutenant (junior grade) KERRY’s craft received a B-40 rocket close aboard. Once again Lieutenant (junior grade) KERRY ordered his units to charge the enemy positions and summoned Patrol Craft Fast 43 to the area to provide additional firepower. Patrol Craft Fast 94 then beached in the center of the enemy positions and an enemy soldier sprang up from his position not ten feet from Patrol Craft Fast 94 and fled. Without hesitation Lieutenant (junior grade) KERRY leaped ashore, pursued the man behind a hootch and killed him, capturing a B-40 rocket launcher with a round in the chamber. Lieutenant (junior grade) KERRY then led an assault party and conducted a sweep of the area while the Patrol Craft Fast continued to provide fire support. After the enemy had been completely routed, all personnel returned to the Patrol Craft Fast to withdraw from the area. While backing off the beach, these units again came under a hail of fire, this time from the opposite river bank. Lieutenant (junior grade) KERRY immediately coordinated the firepower of his units and suppressed the enemy fire. Later, after disembarking personnel, and while exiting from the Bay Hap River, the Patrol Craft Fast were again under fire. Lieutenant (junior grade) KERRY immediately maneuvered his craft through several strafing runs which completely silenced the enemy. As a result of this operation, ten Viet Cong were killed and one wounded with no friendly casualties.”

    1. avatar RedFlagRising says:

The man is a total hero, right up there with Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown.

      1. avatar Miner49er says:

OK big man, how many of America’s enemies have you killed in combat?

When did you volunteer for Vietnam? Or did you serve in the Middle East?

Or did you follow the example of Donald Trump and earn a record five draft deferments, by paying off a doctor to diagnose your bone spurs?

        1. avatar RedFlagRising says:

A total hero, just like Mayor Pete and Oscar Stone (who also served honorably in Vietnam and also came home to realize the Viet Cong were right.)

With heroes like these, our freedom isnt free, but its at a pretty good discount.

    2. avatar MADDMAXX says:

Yeah, old John sure enough packed it all in during his ass kicking four month tour on a river cruise in the Delta… A regular Audie Murphy/Sgt. York/Gen. Patton all rolled up into one big old bag of shiit… Then he got the hell out of country after his thiird bogus heart (which was NOT mandatory contrary to popular belief) and transformed his heroic ass into a regular Hanoi Jane, actually spending time in Hanoi and Paris while still in the Navy Reserves which was highly frowned upon by the Dept. of the Navy… My guess is you only know what bullshit you’ve read and was not actually around at the time otherwise you would not be such an avid supporter of that lying traitorous piece of shit… The only difference between that scumbag and Danang Dick is that Kerry actually put boots on the ground in Viet Nam no matter how briefly but Danang Dick only lied about being there Kerry lied about his bullshit combat excapades then came home and sold out his brothers.. How many gooks you kill?

      1. avatar Miner49er says:

After action reports show John Kerry and his men killed 10 Viet Cong , how many did you kill while you were in country?

By his patriotic service under fire in combat, Kerry earned the right to come back and speak the truth to the American public.

If only Lieutenant William Calley had held the same high moral standards…

        1. avatar MADDMAXX says:

As a matter of fact during the cleanup of the Citadel in Hue City (11 Feb to 2 Mar) alone I was credited with 26 CONFIIRMED kills and my team tallied up well over 100 kills, this was with little benefit of artillery OR air support (if you are so interested “The Battle of Hue” is a great read)….. I was hospitalized at Cam Ranh Bay in March 69 recovering from one of several wounds I received during my 39 month adventure throughout South East Asia and I can say Kerry was one topic of discussion that I wish I had paid more attention to at the time and trust me no one was singing his praises.. kerry is a coward, a liar, a traitor and a sellout and I would say that to his face.. I served with Charlie Co.1st Bn 5th Marine Regiment from Jan 1968 to March 1970, then Kilo Co 3rd Bn 7th Marine Regiment from May 1970 to Sept 1970 when they were pulled out to Okinawa and returned to the 5th til March 1971 when an RPG fucked up my day resulting in numerous surgeries an extended stay at the Naval hospital in Iwakuni Japan and ultimately a second honorable discharge under medical conditions and 100% total and permanent disability… that was one month before the 5th was scheduled to leave country..

        2. avatar MADDMAXX says:

FYI 49r (didn’t they just get an ass kickin in Miami) anyway, if the Marine Corps passed out Hearts for every bullshit cut and scrape received while under fire I would have been sent home and not even allowed to utter the name Viet Nam before my first tour was over…. Every medal I have has from one to four stars (multiple awards) and or a combat V…

        3. avatar jwm says:

miner/vlad. You share the same high moral standards as Calley. You’ve railed against the war of ‘rape and murder’ in Viet Nam. But kerry gets a pass from you. Why?

    3. avatar bastiches says:

      * Honkity-honk-honk *

  46. avatar Miner49er says:

Thanks for serving on a swift boat, brown water Navy was very dangerous work.

You are correct, this forum is filled with Kmart commandos and armchair heroes.

They all attacked John Kerry without any evidence, just like they attacked John McCain.

Trump likes people who aren’t captured, five time draft dodger words of wisdom!

John McCain was captured because he flew the high risk missions to downtown Hanoi, while Donald Trump was earning bowling trophies in upstate New York.

The only reason all these posters hate John Kerry is because it makes them feel bad that they are cowards who worship a draft dodger because of his racism and bigoted hatred of people not the same color as him.

    1. avatar jwm says:

Vlad. You never say anything but bad things about Viet Nam vets. Except for kerry. Must be because you can overlook his military service so long as he serves the dark side.

  47. avatar NORDNEG says:

    Amazing how 49er & Vlad sound a lot alike…
Definitely not my idea of what a patriot would sound like…

    1. avatar Miner49er says:

Sad attempt to deflect, the subject is John Kerry, American patriot and hero.

I’m interested, exactly how have you served our country in combat?

Exactly what awards for bravery under fire have you accumulated?

      1. avatar jwm says:

Why is kerry a hero when all the other vets are murderers in your opinion vlad/miner? And i thought being patriotic was only for the right wingers?

You have the same morals as Calley.

  48. avatar NORDNEG says:

If you’re referring to me , it’s not really any of your business, but since you’re so into the history of that era, I’ll give you a hint, 1st & most important I’m a Marine, 2nd , my platoon was a killer hunter platoon, 3rd we had bounty’s on our heads,
I’ve probably been in more firefights than you are probably old.
    & thanks for the memories,troll.

  49. avatar Will Drider says:

He will probably throw someone else’s firearms over a Federal fence, like he did with “his” Military Service medals! He’s sucking up for the VP slot on the Biden ticket. He couldn’t win as the headliner w/Edwards in 2004.

  50. avatar Lance Heckerman says:

Kerry is referring to the AR-16 that take a proprietary 500 round clip.

WTF did he do in the Navy that he does not know about firearms and their function? He commanded a fast boat? He was along for the ride until he could collect a Purple Heart for a skin graze.

  51. avatar Quentin Holt, Deplorable Thought Criminal says:

We need for Joe Biden and John Kerry to be swept off the streets like the horse manure that they spout.
