Hagle canceled the Distinguished Warfare Medal. They are now creating a device (like the V for valor maybe a C for cyber or a D for drone) to add to a medal to show it was awarded for work with cyber or RPAs.
I’ve been shot at by kids this young. I still regret breaking down my overwatch position 15 minutes before an 8 year old with a PKM wandered out into the open. Someone else got to shoot at him. They missed. Bummer.

i completely understand that. however i think had i been the guy who shot and killed a child id envy the guy who got to leave his post a few min before that child showed up. id still shoot the lil monster, but i wouldnt envy someone else for getting the opportunity. to each his own i guess.
It used to be that a video like this would galvanize Americans into perhaps training our kids the same way, to prepare them for the possibility they may have to fight them. Sadly, now for most, it galvanizes people to shield their kids from this reality, in the hopes it just goes away. Epic fail IMO. If you don’t teach your kids to fight like the other kids, they will be beaten down by the other kids. The other kids don’t understand “nice”.

The parents I know that are teaching their kids otherwise are still in a tough position because they are stuck with the reality that their children may have to either conceal their actual views in public or suffer potentially serious consequences for violating the acceptable group-think of the control freaks. For example, the Eighth grade kid who was just ARRESTED because of the T-shirt he wore to school. Holy Pig Snot Batman, what are we becoming?
If we had a sane immigration policy, we would not have to fight them. But invade the world and invite the world is the path we are on.
Ending all immigration for at least 40 years would be a good first stepl
We had different needs during the first 100 years. Growth was limited only by labor and there was enough land to provide even the poorest with a chance to work his way into owning a farm, or simply homesteading one. All you can homestead now is a broken apartment in South Central, and you’ll cost the government more in Medicaid and SNAP than you’ll ever save. Things change and policies have to change with them. Women didn’t have the vote 100 years ago. Is that a problem?
There’s still plenty of space (esp. if one gets away from the coasts), and you don’t need a piece of land to provide for yourself. There’s plenty of jobs to be done, too, especially if you consider all the ones that are currently done by illegal immigrants (the problem with whom is that they contribute less back to the economy and thus do not create as many jobs to service their needs).
A sane immigration policy can be argued about (and yes, letting in people with a known association with terrorist groups is not sane), but locking the border is not sane by any stretch of imagination.
The trick is letting in people who 1) are ready, willing and able to integrate, and 2) can provide for themselves and are able to demonstrate that. Some other countries do it via skilled immigration programs, whereby a prospective immigrant first comes in under a temporary work visa with a job offer in hand, and then, after a certain period of time – usually around a year or two – and provided that he still has the same (or equivalent) job, and is able to pass a basic language and civic literacy test, he gets the opportunity to apply for a permanent residency, and then citizenship. The requirement to have and maintain a job weeds out the lazy and the incompetent, and the tests are to block those refusing to integrate.
On the other hand, if you look at the troublemakers, they almost always come in as either refuges, or as relatives of refuges…

Am I the only one that noticed that the adult “trainers” in that video had their faces fuzzed out but that the kids were left to be easily identified. These guys are hoping they get killed so they’ll make good propaganda fodder.
