While I’m sure the Texas party will be a hoot, the cost of such a trip would be an expensive way to test ammunition, when you can just, you know, buy some. And test it with your own chronograph at your own range, at your leisure.
As for HPR, the packaging gives me the impression that the maker is trying really hard to justify the price.

I went through 1,000 rounds of HPR 230-gr. .45 ACP at Gunsite’s Defensive Pistol course. At the end of each day, my hands were nearly as clean as when I started. And my Ruger SR1911 Lightweight Commander didn’t need cleaning until the course was over.
Let’s hope the ammo isn’t as expensive to buy and use as the F-22.
Just give it a decade and another few 10s of billions, it’ll be fine…

I use HPR black ops 9mm as my EDC self defense ammo. Expensive, yes, but the lighter bullets, lighter recoil, and no loss in terminal ballistics make up for that in a full size EDC (HK VP9)
If caliber doesn’t matter then why bother to spend more money on”premium” ammunition in your chosen caliber? As far as I know Winchester, Remington, Federal and Hornady always go bang and with one exception.my hanguns have long enough barrels to get proper expansion. from any round. Cleaner burning powders are a plus but in any self defense scenario you won’t get past a few dozen rounds so you won”t be looking at a dirty pistol jamming. If you are shooting competion I can see a reason for using a high cost premium round but other than snob appeal why bother with expense?
I hate to spoil the Mighty Mouse ammo love fest, but you did not mention his followup test of HPR performance through denim cloth and ballistic gelatin (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H-rBxHadw3I). It penetrated well but barely expanded. As with almost all other 380 rounds he tested, the cavity became clogged with cloth and acted more like a FMJ bullet. If you want to skip all the video tests, just watch this last one to see which 380 rounds were crowned King, Queen, and Jack (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GNtPHYwcDts).

I quit using HPR when it became known that it causes premature baffle erosion. It is good ammo, if you don’t shoot suppressed.
