The Yom Kippur shooting in Halle, Germany yesterday was carried out by a man reported to be a white supremacist who drew inspiration from the New Zealand shooter who killed 51 people in two mosques in Christchurch.

According to The Guardian, the shooter failed to kill more people because his homemade firearm jammed.

Footage broadcast on a livestreaming platform suggests the deadly attack would have ended with many more victims if the gunman’s homemade firearms had not malfunctioned.

The suspect, named by media as a 27-year-old German citizen, Stephan Balliet, broadcast his rampage on the Twitch platform.

The footage shows the suspect becoming increasingly frustrated as his homemade weapons repeatedly malfunction. In at least three instances the video shows the suspect pointing a gun directly at a victim only for the weapon to jam.

Even in a heavily gun-controlled country like Germany, it’s still quite possible for almost anyone to build their own firearms. The only prerequisites are some basic tools and access to a hardware store. Those who are bent on causing the deaths of as many innocents as possible will always find a way. But Germany, like so many European nations, believes the solution is to keep as many possible targets disarmed and vulnerable.

As the New York Times reports, the shooter published a manifesto online and streamed at least part of his attack on the gaming platform Twitch.

“If I fail and die but kill a single Jew, it was worth it,” the attacker wrote in the manifesto that was found by researchers at the International Center for the Study of Radicalization and Political Violence, a research organization at King’s College London. “After all, if every White Man kills just one, we win.”

The gunman’s manifesto, which included detailed descriptions of the self-made weapons that he used, also included thoughts about the merits of targeting Jews over Muslims, whom he appeared also to despise.

That it was written in English also indicated that the attacker was seeking to draw the attention of an audience wider than just other extremists in Germany, said Peter R. Neumann, a professor of security studies at King’s College and founder of the center for the study of radicalization.

“It clearly shows that he wasn’t trying to impress local neo-Nazis, but that his ‘audience’ was on message forums like 8chan and his heroes were people like Anders Breivik and the attackers in New Zealand and El Paso,” Mr. Neumann said.

German investigators puzzled Thursday over how the suspect in a botched attack on a synagogue on Judaism’s holiest day managed to amass at least 4 kilograms (nearly 9 pounds) of explosives and acquire four firearms, an arsenal they said he planned to use in a massacre.

While many questions remain about the suspect, German officials sought to reassure a shaken Jewish community after Wednesday’s attack in the eastern city of Halle. They invoked Germany’s historical responsibility from the Holocaust as they vowed better security and urged the nation to stand behind its Jews.

The attacker, a German identified by prosecutors as Stephan B., tried but failed to force his way into the synagogue as up to 80 people were inside. He then shot and killed a 40-year-old German woman in the street outside and a 20-year-old man at a nearby kebab shop.

He fled the city, wounding another two people in a small town near Halle where he abandoned his car and driving onward in a stolen taxi. He was arrested about 1½ hours after the attack as he got out of the taxi, which had been in an accident.

“What we experienced yesterday was terror,” said Peter Frank, Germany’s chief federal prosecutor. “The suspect, Stephan B., aimed to carry out a massacre in the synagogue in Halle.”

Frank said the weapons were “apparently homemade” and the explosives were in “numerous devices” found in the car.

The suspect livestreamed the attack on a popular gaming site while ranting in English about Jews and denying the Holocaust, and posted a “manifesto” online before embarking on it.

He “wanted to create a worldwide effect” by emulating attackers such as the man who killed 51 people in mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand in March and by encouraging others to imitate his own actions in Halle, the prosecutor added.

Previously unknown to German authorities, he is being held on suspicion of two counts of murder, nine of attempted murder and other offenses, Frank said.

Frank said investigators “face a lot of questions,” among them how the suspect became radicalized, how he acquired weapons and explosives or obtained materials to build them, and whether anyone else encouraged him or knew about his plan.

Prosecutors plan to sift through his communications and online activities.

The head of Halle’s Jewish community, Max Privorozki, was among those observing Yom Kippur inside the synagogue during the attack.

The worshippers watched on monitors linked to a surveillance camera as the man tried to break into the building and fired at the door, he said.

“We saw everything, also how he shot and how he killed someone,” Privorozki said, standing outside the damaged door. “I thought this door wouldn’t hold.”

He said it took a little while for everyone to understand what was going on.

“That was a shock for us. It was Yom Kippur, all phones were switched off. We had to understand what was going on first -then switch on my phone and then call the police,” he said. “It was really panic. But I have to say after that, when the police came, we continued with the worship service. That lasted another three hours.”

The previous synagogue in Halle was set on fire in the Nazis’ 1938 Kristallnacht, or “Night of Broken Glass” anti-Jewish pogrom. German Interior Minister Horst Seehofer called Wednesday’s attack “a disgrace for our whole country” after he visited the current house of worship on Thursday.

“With our history, something like this should not happen in Germany,” Seehofer said. “Unfortunately, we must look the truth in the face, and the truth has been for a long time that the threat from anti-Semitism, right-wing extremism and right-wing terrorism in Germany is very high.”

Unlike synagogues in many other German cities, the one in Halle didn’t have police officers outside for Yom Kippur, an omission strongly criticized by Jewish leaders.

It and other synagogues in the region will now get full police protection. Seehofer promised wider security improvements for Jewish facilities and said the German government also was examining how to better combat hate speech online.

Germany’s domestic intelligence agency says the number of anti-Semitic acts of violence rose to 48 last year from 21 in 2017. It also said the number of far-right extremists rose by 100 to 24,100 people last year, with more than half of them considered potentially violent.

In June, Walter Luebcke, a regional politician from Chancellor Angela Merkel’s party, was fatally shot at his home. Luebcke was known for supporting the welcoming refugee policy that Merkel adopted during an influx of migrants in 2015. The suspect in Luebcke’s killing is a far-right extremist with a string of convictions for violent anti-migrant crimes.

Seehofer and other politicians suggested that some members of the nationalist, anti-migrant Alternative for Germany party were helping stir up anti-Semitism. The party rejected the accusation and accused its opponents of trying to exploit the attack.

Some figures in Alternative for Germany, which entered the national parliament in 2017 and is strong in Germany’s formerly communist east, have made comments appearing to downplay the country’s Nazi past.

Merkel and other officials pointedly noted the impact of hateful words.

“We must take care with our language, because very often deeds can come from words, and that must be prevented,” she said at a labor union conference in Nuremberg.

Germany’s population of some 83 million includes about 200,000 Jews. Before the Nazis came to power, Germany had a Jewish population of about 500,000. Many of the Jews living in the country now are immigrants from the former Soviet Union who were taken in after the Berlin Wall fell in 1989.

“We are happy about every synagogue, every Jewish community and all Jewish life in our country,” Merkel said. “This means first and foremost … that the representatives of the state must use all the means of the state of law to act against hatred, violence and inhumanity. And there is no tolerance for that.”

  1. This will be touted as a victory for gun control. We will point out that people will commit evil with whatever they can get their hands on. The anti gun people will claim that because he didn’t have access to “military style assault weapons” that lives were saved.

    • They’re right. If someone with the will to kill has a modern, functional rifle they will have much more ability to do so than without one. Even a competent DIYer is going to find it difficult to make a reliable semi-auto firearm unless they get their hands on a 80% or similar kit.

If this guy had an AR he could have done much more damage. Hell, even a Glock. The argument that guns don’t matter is silly. However, I am happy to live in a country where if someone attacks me- be it with a gun, a knife, or a cricket bat- I can defend myself. Defensive uses of firearms in the US far outweigh homicides.

      • Then the question always becomes one of surrendering freedom in order to attain a semblance of safety. The premise is that if we can just prohibit the offending “thing” then the acts related to it will be curtailed but, of course, not really eliminated. But what happens when you prohibit enough offending things that the very structure of society is forever altered? Already, we have Texas Atty. General Paxton blathering away of how banning violent video games will undoubtedly do something to save lives, Texas universities are enacting “speech codes” aim at prohibiting the free expression of ideas that may cause people emotional distress, and my local paper reads more like Pravda than a real newspaper. My freedom and liberty is worth more to me than other people’s need to feel safe.

      • “The argument that guns don’t matter is silly. However, I am happy to live in a country where if someone attacks me- be it with a gun, a knife, or a cricket bat- I can defend myself.”

Amen. The worst problem, which does come up (looking at you, France) is when the population is disarmed and modern firearms are unavailable… and yet criminals get them anyway.

I’d really, really rather continue having the means to defend myself.

      • Funny enough, a full auto is easier to make then a semi auto. An open bolt smg like a sten is one of the easiest guns to make.

        • So very true. Luckily not many that make the news have tried it. At that point their level of intelligence and creativity leads more to IEDs than SMGs. (For those who do not get the acronyms, Google it, they are not contraceptives)
          [SARC]

        • Both can be true.

If he’d had a functioning modern firearm, it would have been a lot worse. AND it could easily have been stopped with zero casualties (the murderous pos doesn’t count), regardless of what firearm he carried, if his intended victims had been allowed the choice to defend themselves as they see fit.

Heck, if he’d been a bit smarter about it, he *would* have scrounged up a modern firearm instead of a homemade Rube Goldberg contraption. Would’ve been a lot easier to do, if a bit more risky. And if he’d been even smarter about it, he would’ve skipped the gun and used the explosives instead. Thank god for clever idiots, is all I can say.

      • Lives were NOT saved because he did or didn’t have an AR-15. Lives were saved because he didn’t have a working plan on using the (at least) 9 pounds (!) of explosives, the gasoline, and the vehicle he did have.

He had an A-Team, but his desire to ‘copycat’ the Christchurch loser caused him to use the B-Team.

Thankfully in this case, like you guest, his desire to make a statement (because the media loves blood by firearms) was more important than actual results.

    • I’m more worried that this will be touted as proof of the phantom threat of “right wing extremism”. I know it’s in poor taste to talk about “whatabout-isms” this soon, but the next time an aloha snack bar type does some horrendous crime, the leftist German talking heads will simply point to this as a catch all response. “Yeah, rape gangs and truck attacks, but that one guy did something once, so all objections and concerns are mute, and you’re probably (most definitely) some kind of right-wing extremist for voicing them.”

      • It’s moot, and your point is also a moot point since leftists will blame phantoms regardless. They’re after power & don’t care how they get it. So this guy isn’t really giving anyone an excuse, except maybe scaring those non-leftists who don’t wish to be falsely associated into silence.

  2. I visited a shooting club while I was in Germany last week (as well as some firearms factories), and looked into hunting deer there. It seemed to me like hunting-rifle ownership and hunting in general was pretty common. Throughout Bavaria, and south of Frankfurt, deer blinds were in a lot of the fields. Apparently to get a hunting license you have to take a test that is only offered once or twice a year, but other than that, the Germans I spoke with didn’t seem to think that owning a firearm and hunting was terribly complicated.
I should note, however, that most of the folks I was speaking with were fairly well-off, so maybe they had financial or local political means to make the ownership of a firearm simple.

    • The slingshot guy, Jorge Sprave (?) dropped into TTAG awhile back, and his gun collection was pretty much what any self-respecting redneck would have in the US. Heavy into big-bore hand cannons from Ruger, IIRC. And a decent selection of long guns as well…

  3. Another great example of why the msm’s broadcasting and dramatization of these “mass shootings” should not be allowed. There is always going to be some loser trying to copy them.

    • Yes, the media is broadcasting of these news events is a very bad idea, we should sensor the papers of news that we find inconvenient or uncomfortable.

Excellent work comrade, you’re working hard to convince American citizens that censoring news broadcasts is a good idea, very good!

        • I have no problem with anyone monitoring public social media, happens all the time in the private world and as an investigative tool for LEO.

Don’t post it if you don’t want people to see it.

And I don’t want the American government or anyone else to have censorship power over public media, unless the message is intended to create unlawful activity or to encourage crime.

I think the slander and libel laws are relatively robust and can provide an effective legal remedy for untrue claims. But I do think that terroristic threatening should not be permitted, it’s a crime in most jurisdictions in the United States.

We once had a doctrine of ‘fighting words’, giving someone authorization to commit physical violence based entirely upon another person’s speech. Thankfully we have exchanged that for more reasonable standards that prohibit terroristic threatening and prescribes a punishment for those who engage in such verbal or printed threats.

  4. This ‘Lone Wolf’ terrorist or Anti-Semitic White Supremacist or whatever he is being labeled as, is part of a False Flag perpetrated by the ‘Intelligence Community’ on behalf of the Globalists.

They are desperate to disarm us.

    • You are full of shit. Plain and simple. If you believe a word of what you just printed then you are extremely, as in vlad tepes level, full of shit.

      • It doesn’t take a whole lot of moxie to make homemade guns that don’t work.

Once again we are saved by the fact these a-holes are, with few exceptions, ineffectual losers.

    • Sure buddy. A global conspiracy dealt with by some mysterious cabal. I bet you and this guy had some thinking in common. Luckily, for all that massive support and secretive planning, all they managed to do was an incompetent squib of an attack.

Lucky, right? OR maybe there are such things as lone nutjobs out there.

      • This was exactly what I would want if I was working for an intelligence agency and trying to set up a Patsy.

Target a special group using someone from the group I wanted to make look bad. Make sure that person was as incompetent as possible.

The headlines get to have evil white right winger shoots up synagogue but no Jews are actually harmed.

You get the political points you want, don’t hurt anyone important to you, and demoralize the target group by making them look incompetent.

This doesn’t take much of a conspiracy. One or two agents posting on the internet encouraging people should be enough.

        • Though, if that were the case, I would think they would make sure the patsy didn’t survive the attack. Loose ends. Unless one proposed a very wide-spread conspiracy within German law enforcement and government. Doesn’t seem very likely.

        • Wait a minute Phil, maybe he’s right!

It could be a widespread conspiracy in the German police and military, and they could be involved with the Sandy Hook false flag action as well, right? I’ll bet the Bundys know all about this secret conspiracy, just ask the old man, he’ll tell you.

I’ll bet they’re all working out of a pizza parlor basement in Washington DC, meeting with Hillary and Obama to plan the next move of the global conspiracy.

Well, at least one Patriotic AR 15 owner had the courage to go to the pizza parlor to try to rescue all those poor child sex slaves, but I think he’s in jail now.

So when will one of you conspiracy believers actually have the courage of your convictions to stand up to the global elites and the Jewish bankers that are controlling Hillary and Obama?

Where do you lack the testicular fortitude to wager your life on your delusions?

        • “The irony of the federal government’s desire to obtain informants within the Aryan Nations is that different branches of federal law enforcement and intelligence gathering occupied five of the six key positions in the organization. This means that the Aryan Nations were effectively a government-run shop, with agents spying on each other to ensure the integrity of an investigation – into an organization almost entirely run by the federal government.”

          https://ammo.com/articles/ruby-ridge-siege-forgotten-history-weaver-family-atf-standoff-militia

    • I don’t believe this event was staged. Neo-Nazis and similar exist, and some commit acts of violence. But I do think the press actively distorts to make acts which fit their narrative seem more common, and acts which do not fit their favored narratives seem less common than they actually are.

  5. By the volume of dense, white smoke it produced, it looked like BP. So he was reloading shotgun shells?

    • My observation too. It was obviously not a front-stuffer. Large volume of smoke, and the barrel looked pretty big from what I saw.

  6. “Unlike synagogues in many other German cities, the one in Halle didn’t have police officers outside for Yom Kippur” Did the perp know this ahead of time? How would armed security change the situation?

“Balliet, who lived with his mother in the municipality of Helbra, about 40km from the site of the attack”
Was he gainfully employed? Did people depend on him? Did he have responsibilities? Any kids? How was his relationship with his parents and kids? Did he see a future with him in it?

They never try to answer the right questions in these situations. It’s always just gunz bad!

  7. Merkel: “We must take care with our language, because very often deeds can come from words, and that must be prevented,” she said at a labor union conference in Nuremberg.”

Translation: “Just a reminder here. You’re too dumb to be trusted with freedom.”

  8. Mein Gott! Look for a mass exodus to Israel. Similarly clueless in Chiraq around Devon Ave. Only blind luck kept this lunatic from murdering more(was the kebob shop victim of the hebrew persuation???).

    • Don’t get to the Northside much? Devon avenue lost its primarily Jewish character a couple of decades ago. (Sullivan High School class of ’67)

        • 40 years ago it West Rogers Park was about 90% Jewish. Now it’s Hindus and Pakis. Pretty much the only Jews left are Orthodox of the Meyer Kahne School. Don’t try to upstage a native, Sparky.

        • Chest beating is such an eye-roll until somebody bothers calling bullsh*t, then it’s amusing as hell

        • Sez the old man boasting about his Chicago HS. Guess what doofus-those orthodox Jews are precisely who I’m referring to. Assimilated Hebrews aren’t a target…and your Daley worship is pathetic. Richard J.,Richie and little brother should’ve ALL gone to jail.

  9. F*** Germany…..They didn’t have a problem in the 70’s with guns when I was stationed their protecting their A$$’s from the EAST!

  10. I was not surprised by the shooter being a native. A German friend in grad school use to say that East Germany hadn’t had a change in government since 1933. Most modern neo-Nazis come from the former East Germany.

    • That has a lot to do with what is going on here.

Most people in the US don’t understand the complications of Germany since reunification.

  11. It wasn’t because he made a homemade gun that saved lives; it’s because he was a f*cking idiot.
Even children understand the concept of constructing fully-automatic weapons (they build automatic rubber band guns out of legos and post vids on youtube, not gonna lie it’s sort of impressive).
And not to give anyone any sick ideas, but there are countless other ways to hurt people that is much less risky and more deadly. So why guns? Guns are great for defense of both person and homestead, but luckily for the rest of us they aren’t WMDs (despite what CNN would want us to believe). Why do they keep going back to guns, especially when they claim that killcounts matter (I dont think it does, not to them). And I dont think it’s a rage-base motivation either as stabbings are much more intimate forms of murder. Maybe it’s just for a sense of control? It’d be nice to know for sure as it would be a good first step into addressing this issue in a way that actually makes sense.

    • He’s a follower, not a leader. Low IQ and no creativity thank God. His life had no meaning and this was the only way he could think of to give it some.

    • “Why do they keep going back to guns, especially when they claim that killcounts matter…”

      M E D I A

They want to maximize their media coverage.

Five people stabbed and killed, the MSM gives it a few seconds and page 3 coverage.

Five people killed with an AR-15 (the media’s firearm of choice) and you will receive days worth of coverage and the front page.

Do you think the MSM knows this also? Do you think they care more about A) the victims or B) furthering their narrative?

      • No, mass murderers don’t use guns because they believe they’ll get more media coverage.

They use military style weapons in order to kill as many people as possible in the shortest period of time.

And we’ve all talked to these nut jobs at the range or the LGS or church or 1000 other local places.

We know who they are, those who mutter darkly about the global conspiracy and talk about the coming Civil War and how they’re prepared to shoot police officers and American soldiers.

POTG need to grow a pair and act like patriots, and report these nut jobs to the mental health and LEO authorities. Otherwise reasonable non-gun owning citizens are going to stand up and do something, and the POTG will not like it. But it will be too late, and the POTG will act even crazier, justifying even more draconian repressive measures.

You Rambo wannabes are playing right into the hands of the elite.

        • “Otherwise reasonable non-gun owning citizens are going to stand up and do something, and the POTG will not like it.”

How are non-gun owning citizens going to do anything to the POTG since these citizens are unarmed? Are these fine upstanding citizens going to use their highly dangerous and feared finger guns to impose their will?

        • We POTG have a better chance of surviving the backlash of the ‘mainstream’ voters much better than you socialists have of surviving the backlash from the ‘mainstream’ voters created against socialism by the actions of the ‘squad’ and beto orork.

Heed your own dire warnings and get to work ousting the loonies from your side.

        • P.S. As for elites. Who’s funding the left, the socialists, in this country? kapo bloomberg, soros, gates….. a bunch of billionaire elites. Your movement has been bought for 30 pieces of silver and you still think you’re fighting the ‘evil man’.

        • Reasonable citizens are going to continue to demand more stringent background checks and other measures in an attempt to stem what they see as a threat to them and their families‘ safety.

Of course, you folks immediately leap to the idea of armed conflict, seeking the bloodshed and violence that you apparently unconsciously crave.

In a democracy the most powerful weapon is an educated voter. POTG are failing at educating voters, they would much rather bully and intimidate with threats of Civil War.

        • We’re way past educated or uneducated voters. People today vote their interests. For some that is more re-distributive benefits. For others it is maintaining their constitutional rights. The talk of a civil war is not fantasizing about some subconscious desire. It is a warning that this train is heading down the tracks right to an outcome we’d all like to avoid. It is a warning issued in the hope that those driving the train will heed it and stop before we get there.

        • Miner. Except none of that is going to happen. Even the 9th circus is being rebuilt to conservative. And because you folks refuse to police your own ranks and have sold out to the billionaires that now run you Trump is going to get a second term and it would not surprise me to see the house go gop again.

But you keep letting bloomberg and soros pull your puppet strings. It will make our job easier.

        • Do you think liberals are controlled by the billionaires?

Do you mean billionaire treasury secretary Mnuchin, the mortgage King? Or perhaps you’re talking about billionaire Commerce secretary Wilbur “Rothchild” Ross, the bankruptcy King? Or how about cabinet secretary Elaine Chao, billionaire Chinese shipping family?

Oh, you must be talking about the Trump family, raking in billions through abuse of office:

“On the same day Trump and his daughter dined with Chinese President Xi Jinping at Mar-a-Lago in Florida in April 2017, China awarded her three preliminary trademark approvals for jewelry, handbags and spa services. In all, she has obtained more than a dozen Chinese trademarks since entering the White House, ensuring her access to the world’s second-largest economy if she goes back into business.”

          You are being duped.

        • Doesn’t change the fact that soros and bloomberg, amongst others, are funding the left. But I guess your billionaires are ok, ours are bad.

        • Here I’ll fisk your straw man. First they never said anything about the GOP having or not having billionaires. And even then one select GOP person making money off their position, you know like anyone who has a job in business does, is not the same as others making their position off their money like Bloomberg and company do by paying for political control. Apples and SUVs…

  12. In an urban setting which would I rather have. A decent bow with a good supply of broadheads or a home made gun?

The bow would be more reliable and if a hero bum rushed you the arrow makes a hell of a contact weapon.

Socialism just leads to helpless, unarmed victims to be murdered. All it was ever any good at.

  13. Let’s not call these guys “Lone Wolves” anymore. This is part of a broader Neo-Nazi terrorist movement against Jews, and pretty much anyone else who isn’t a Nazi, same shit as ISIS.

    • Really? Can you name the strongholds and leaders of this movement? What states are funding them? Why aren’t the tens of thousands of US troops already in Germany attacking their training camps? 🙄

      • Since when does a movement require leaders and state funding? Plenty of leaderless movements to be had. We have a neo Nazi terrorist problem Time to admit it.

        • Well you were the one trying to equate a phantom menace to ISIS. ISIS has or had territory, leaders, and state funding. Sounds like we both agree that one man with homemade firearms isn’t ISIS.

“We have a neo Nazi terrorist problem Time to admit it.” Actually the onus is on you to prove your claims. As a wise mayor once said, “Terror attacks are just part and parcel of living in a big city.”

  14. Gun Controllers are so stupid they think guns are magically made by the NRA Fairy!

The same skills the gun maker has can be had by any human with average skills.

U can’t ban knowledge although they will try!

If guns were to be confiscated and melted down.. there would be no shortage of guns available.after the civil war which killed 50-60% of American citizens.

    • No one likes to acknowledge it, but it’s true. Encroaching multiculturalism always leads to violence. It’s not that there can’t be any synagogues or mosques in Europe but they won’t be magically safer than churches in the Middle East or mosques in Israel.

  15. Contrary to the false clam by the government and media, he was a left-wing extremist like the Nazi’s were and are !

    • What’s the difference? One will kill you in the name of the worldwide proletariat revolution and the other for their belief in world ice theory.

  16. I watched the entire video, guy was a bumbling idiot. I’m a proud jewish gun owner and this guy made my stomach turn. I will never forget being in temple (unarmed) on the day my grandmother passed away only to hear about the synagogue shooting in Philadelphia. I didn’t want any of my family members to feel a glock on me and have that conversation so I left it at home. Mid service someone runs up to the rabbi and he announces what is happening. The fear of being utterly helpless and wondering if there were other shooters coming for us was something I would wish upon nobody.

Luckily this idiot was a piss poor gunsmith because that thing didn’t even include an extractor from what I understood. It was fully automatic and he had several including some sort of pistol that looked surprisingly well made and a homebrew shotgun. He shot a defenseless old woman in the back multiple times who probably wasn’t even jewish. An offense his neo nazi friends will surely have no respect or admiration for. The police response was absolutely awful. 35 minutes of this shmuck driving around listening to music and poorly attempting to rampage.

    Stay strapped my friends

      • Never again, LOL ? It happened AGAIN in Cambodia under Pol Pot and AGAIN in Rwanda between Hutus and Tutsis.
Do you just mean never again to the Chosenites ?

    • Tree of Life was in Pittsburgh.

I added a couple of single stack 9s to the stable this year and a much better IWB holster to facilitate occasions where deeper concealment is required. Might be something for you to consider.

My wife is 1/4 Jewish. If I remember my Adam Sandler correctly that qualifies as “not too shabby” 😉

Some of my in-laws are full practicing Jews, and we have to been several events in synagogues. Always discretely armed. I would not want to depend on a locked door to keep out an attacker until the cops could get there.

  17. My greatest sympathies to the victims and their families, but I absolutely just gotta know what the guns he had looked like. I’m searching all over the web and I can’t find any pictures as of yet.

  18. See! That’s why knives are just as dangerous or more dangerous than firearms. I mean, how often does a knife malfunction? It’s just COMMON SENSE that ALL AMERICANS AGREE ON.
I think I’m going to puke now just writing that.

  19. maybe stopping the ethnic cleansing of white would prevent stuff like this?

naw, not an option- thanks zog

    the war on noticing

    • “war on noticing”

…and shooting up synagogues full of innocent people.

Screw all you “I disagree, but I understand” complicit fools. No different than communities that harbor Muslim terrorists, or think tyrants “have good ideas.” Politicians make policies, not random people around town.

Pretty ballsy to be openly antisemitic on a platform run by the Zionist Conspiracy, btw.

      • Are you Jewish? If you’re not- what do you gain by supporting them?

Seriously. Who is responsible for the great replacement? People are waking up to Jewish hegemony, and their not happy about it.

        • Well, this is just so fascinating. The racial bigots are in afraid to reveal their evil thoughts.

Donald Trump‘s naked anger, racism and fear have revealed the true depths of America’s white supremacist movement.

Yep, get rid of the Jews. Then later on when there’s no one left to object, they can take you too.

  20. Well, when you’re completely disarmed and helpless by government dictate, I suppose your best hope is that the person trying to murder you is using a shitty gun.

  21. TTAG, I’ve away for a while changing jobs & because it’s been a slow gun news cycle. This place is turning into a nasty cesspit. Why would I want to view a site at work/in public slathered in openly racist (actual racist, not ‘racist’) comments as well as sympathy with mass shooters? It’s fucking gross. Not a good look.

      • Doesn’t matter. They degrade the site. Drive away the quality folk the site should be trying to pull in. If the new owners of the site are only intent on destroying TTAG they are doing well at it.

  22. “Even in a heavily gun-controlled country like Germany, it’s still quite possible for almost anyone to build their own firearms.”

If anything this proves the utter success of Germany’s thorough vetting of potential gun buyers. In the U.S. this same White Racist Supremacist would have killed dozens because we do not vet all gun purchases nor give psychological exams before a permit to buy is issued as Germany does.

“The Yom Kippur shooting in Halle, Germany yesterday was carried out by a man reported to be a white supremacist who drew inspiration from the New Zealand shooter who killed 51 people in two mosques in Christchurch.”

Studies in the U.S. show the majority of terrorists and pyscho’s that commit mass murderer are committed by White Racist Supremacist’s. These people are the biggest threat to all gun owners who are the majority of all decent law abiding gun owners. We all got a good look at the American Nazi’s at the Charlottesville torch parades. They are the Nazi’s among us and it is because of them that our gun rights are in real danger. Each time the American Nazi’s commit mass murder, desecrate Jewish Cemeteries or paint swastikas on buildings there is more and more calls for complete disarmament. Blame the Democrats all you want but the gun problem originates with the White Supremacists committing hateful mass murder which is convincing even uncommitted independent voters to call for more and more gun bans. None of us decent gun owners want gun bans but we are all being overwhelmed by panic among the voters.

Many on this forum were quick to blame Islam before they even knew the facts of the case which is deeply disturbing in a Nation that has in modern times values the rights of all of its citizens including Muslim Americans (who serve and die in our Armed Services). Its interesting to see now how many on this forum are still refusing to face the facts of this incident and are now still twisting and squirming and despite the facts still trying to blame either Islam or the Liberals for the current tragedy in Germany committed by an avowed White Supremacist Nazi.
