Tyler calls this his minimal EDC loadout. It’s certainly less than a lot of people carry, but has just about everything you’d on a daily basis. See the details at Everyday Carry . . .

  1. I’m starting to really like those cargo shorts trigger guards.

The rest of the loadout is light, tight, and righteous…

  2. Is that what that is? Never saw one before. I was going to make a smart ass comment about a speedo for the gun or some such.

      • Yeah, thread the cords through the drain holes in cargo shorts and knot the cord.

Grab gun, Pull out, negate the threat.

It’s a pretty slick solution, in my non-humble opinion. It would be perfect for that AMT .380 backup I had.Next NAA mini I get, that will be the holster to use.

It would probably be excellent for purse or fanny pack carry as well…

        • I have one for my shield. although it can certainly work for cargo pockets, the problem is there’s nothing to keep it stable in the pocket, it works better in the waistband, but you still have to be aware of it potentially shifting around.

  3. Another one of those stainless steel wallety things. They look cool, but wouldn’t they be murder on your pocket linings and your butt?

  4. That is a funny holster
I never saw one like that before
A pocket holster should hold the gun in one position so you can quickly pull it out
And that magazine sure sticks way out of the bottom of the gun
Is that some kind of extended magazine with extra rounds?

  5. Sooooo…. How do you use that trigger guard thingy?

Do you tie it to your belt, belt loop, or in your pocket somehow.

I know how they work in a bag or purse.

I also see you like Trayvax stuff. They should start making holsters.

  6. Why people use extended magazines is beyond me. If you can accommodate that grip length, why are you carrying a compact pistol?
