  1. Awesome. My PPK is my favorite pistol. A good pair of wood grips gives it so much more character though.

  2. I’m sorry … But I’m getting kind of burned out on the pocket dumps thing. The dose rate is too high for my tastes.

    • The dosage is okay for me. What I see is a bunch of superfluous junk the owner thinks we want to see. Like for instance, a dude stick, a blue tooth earpiece, wallets, altoids, a fancy watch. Really important defense right there

    • I’m pretty much done with it, so I generally hit one out of five of these posts, if that. But it’s not a big deal to just move on to the next thing, and not every post has to be for everyone.

  3. Sweet Spyderco. I have a black version that was lost outside for a year and a half. Found it a few months ago, and aside from corrosion on the spring, it was no worse for wear. I was amazed that it lay in the dirt that long and is still in good shape. I was bummed about losing it because they don’t make them anymore, and you can’t find them on the secondary market at all. It was a great day when I stumbled across it.

  4. I like the PP series. My problem was feeding hollow points through them reliably.

The big question is what holster for the PPKs.

Looks like a reasonable load-out to me.

  5. Oh man! That watch looks so 1977 that I’m about to have a nerdgasm! Is it one where you push a button and miniature nixie tubes (or more likely little red LEDs) light up to tell you the time?

  6. I don’t usually read these (not my thing), but the spyderco caught my eye, and I got taken in by the the sense of style on display here. Very nice.
